Warren, Mich. — Bernie Sanders is standing alone on the back of a pickup truck shouting into a bullhorn.
He’s facing several hundred ecstatic voters huddled outside a suburban Detroit high school — the group that did not fit inside the high school’s gym or two overflow rooms. The crowd screams in delight when he tells them that a combined total of 9,000 people had shown up for the rally.
“What all of this tells me, is not just in Michigan or in Vermont, the people of this country will not allow us to move toward oligarchy. They will not allow Trump to take us into authoritarianism,” Sanders yelled.

Approximately 60 drones were launched from Ukraine overnight to attack the Russian capital city of Moscow. This is the largest escalation of drone/missile attacks into Russia so far. The attack comes, predictably, as Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Nat Sec Advisor Mike Waltz and President Trump envoy Steve Witkoff arrive in Saudi Arabia for preliminary face-to-face talks with Ukraine officials. [Snip] 60+ drones launched against Russia’s largest city is intended to draw a major retaliation from Russian President Vladimir Putin, that is what the UK/EU and NATO apparatus want. The Zelenskyy people want Russia to attack Kiev so they can enlarge the scale and scope of U.S. involvement.

Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency, known as DOGE, has been working to eliminate what it considers redundant positions and cut costs. With roughly 200,000 federal workers now out of jobs, many are scrambling to find new employment. But for those who worked for agencies like the National Park Service, U.S. Forest Service, or Fish and Wildlife Service, job opportunities outside of government are slim. Coloradan Tina Jackson's one-year probationary period as a federal employee was set to end on March 10. But three weeks ago, she was let go from the Fish and Wildlife Service team she headed. After

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard announced Monday that the security clearances of 51 intelligence officers who signed a letter portraying Hunter Biden’s laptop as ‘Russian disinformation’ have been officially revoked.
Gabbard, one of several strong, intelligent women with a significant role in President Trump's cabinet, delivered the bad news to some high-profile members of the intelligence community.
Names such as former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former CIA Directors Mike Hayden, John Brennan, and Leon Panetta, and former National Security Advisor John Bolton signed on to the letter. And by doing so, they eventually signed onto their own security clearance revocation.

Alejandro Mayorkas, the nation’s top border official from 2021 to 2025, is denying blame for President Donald Trump’s smashing victory in 2024, which has scattered and impoverished the Democratic Party’s many interest groups.
Instead, Mayorkas is blaming Texas GOP Gov. Greg Abbott and the upstart new media that he could not control as he gambled the party’s future by importing more than 10 million migrants for use by businesses and progressives.
“I am very proud of what we did do,” Mayorkas told a friendly Harvard interviewer on March 5.

It’s called a “squash match.” And it’s one of the secret ingredients that makes the con so effective.
[Spoiler Alert] Pro wrestling isn’t real. (Snip) This takes us to the Democratic Party’s hysterical response to Donald Trump’s speech to the nation. While the president of the United States was explaining his agenda — recognizing courageous cancer survivors and applauding sick children — the Democrats were booing, waving signs, and disrupting the proceedings.
Never mind that Donald Trump won the popular vote.

Ukranian President and EU spokesperson Volodymyr Zelenskyy announces on his X-account that U.K officials traveled to Kiev for a proactive strategy session in advance of Tuesday’s talks in Saudi Arabia. The UK (Starmer), France (Macron) and EU Commission (von der Leyden) are focused on ways to continue warfighting operations in Ukraine. California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) admitted to Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk that the Democrats have taken wildly unpopular positions on certain issues — such as men competing in women’s sports — but will continue maintaining such losing stances as a matter of “principle.”
“I don’t mind losing. Sometimes you lose on principle,” the California governor told Kirk during Thursday’s episode of the This Is Gavin Newsom podcast.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Starlette Thomas remembers coming down almost daily to the intersection of 16th and H streets, to protest police brutality and systemic racial iniquities during the summer of 2020. On Monday, the 45-year old Bowie, Maryland resident returned to the site of those protests to mourn the end of Black Lives Matter Plaza. “I needed to be here today. I can’t just let this go away,” Thomas said, as jackhammers began tearing into the giant yellow letters in the street. Thomas discretely secured a chunk of pavement and said holding it made her feel conflicted.

Former Obama advisor Van Jones declared that the Democratic Party was "screwed" and trapped between two deeply unpopular factions.
The CNN commentator couldn’t help but laugh at the "nightmare" Democrats were in when asked about the ongoing friction between party members.
"Look, man, we’re screwed," Jones said on "CNN Newsroom" Sunday. "I mean, Democrats don’t know what to do. This is a nightmare. You know, somebody like Donald Trump, we thought we’d at least have Hakeem Jeffries in the Speaker’s chair to hold him back if we didn‘t have Kamala in there to do the right thing."

Some of the country's elite law firms are discovering that their activities as part of the "resistance" during Trump 1.0 and the harassment of Trump and his allies during the interregnum were not all fun and games. Thursday, President Trump signed an executive order stripping powerhouse Democrat and progressive law firm Perkins Coie of all government contracts and supported facilities, like sensitive compartmented information facilities, and suspending the security clearances held by its attorneys; see Addressing Risks from Perkins Coie LLP – The White House. The reasons given were Perkins Coie's acting as George Soros stormtroopers to knock down voter ID laws,
