Charlie Kirk Builds on Rush Limbaugh’s
Radio Legacy

President Trump has tapped former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino to become Kash Patel’s deputy FBI director beginning next month. In December 2023, Bongino signed a multiyear extension of his contract with syndicator Westwood One to continue his weekday radio program which airs in the same timeslot as the late talk radio icon Rush Limbaugh. Dan Bongino’s show—which was also distributed as a podcast—was a reflection of the man: former NYPD officer, Secret Service agent, onetime candidate for the U.S. Senate in Maryland and former host of a TV show for the National Rifle Association.

Charlie Kirk would be wonderful to fill in where Dan Bongino's radio program was.

Stop trying to "replace" Rush Limbaugh. Can't do it. Anyone who tries will fail. Just be yourself.

I wish I could hear Dan's radio program - and agree that Kirk would be a great guy to listen to, also - but our local station that formerly had Rush on now fills that slot with Jimmy Failla's show. He can be funny, but he ain't no Rush - but then, nobody is or will be!

Dan's show was okay. He definitely had interesting insights into the Secret Service (duh), the White House, police/law enforcement in general, but his speaking style at times was annoying to me. He would go off on these tangents that I found annoying. The alternative is Andrew Wilkow on Sirius and he had his moments, too. Yes, there will be no second Rush. I enjoy Charlie's show when able to watch it.

No one comes remotely close to replacing Rush... but sorry we're losing Dan Bongino...at least he was interesting Here in Buffalo,NY we have Buck and Clay taking over Rush's time slot ... they are waaaay too "moderate" (milquetoast)for my taste...( and they both sound alike...so which is which?)... ...Charlie Kirk comes on at 3 PM.... he recently replaced motor-mouth Ben Shapiro ( who thinks we ALL care about Isreal as much as he does)...so far Kirk has not been impressive. ...Lars Larson is good...but he comes on 10 pm......

#3 You can hear Dan on your computer at the WMAL website. DAN comes on at noon EST. At 3PM Vince Coglianese comes on. Vince is a DC local-unafraid, smart, informative and funny. DC's WMAL has a great conservative talk radio line-up. IF you have an Amazon Echo-just ask Alexa to play WMAL or the radio station of your choice.

Rush was an entertainer plus a great talk show host. Kirk is a great debater but not an entertainer as Rush.

I wish I could get these shows on the radio in my city. We have to be content those two clowns who took over Rush’s show. Riding on Rush’s coattails, his brilliance and hard work, they like to boast of their sky-high ratings, as if it wasn’t handed to them on a golden, EIB platter.

Those two clowns who took over Rush's show, are banal and boring. If you have a computer, tablet or phone, you can listen to all these other conservative voices over the internet or satellite.

It was the ‘red wedding’ of White House visits. It was a total and complete disaster for the current Ukrainian leadership who now knows that there’s going to be a new directive on assistance to the country from Washington. The Biden autopilot days of endless cash is over, and it was ballsy for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to try and shake us down again. He’s not entitled to US aid, which President Trump made clear during an epic smackdown in the Oval Office yesterday.

Let’s be honest; it is impossible to be friendly with the radical left. I’m not talking about the run-of-the-mill Democrats who vote that way because their grandparents and parents were Democrats; I’m talking about the hate-America left – the mutants burning American flags, throwing bricks at cops, and taking over college campuses calling for the extermination of Jews every time Israel retaliates after an attack from terrorist scum. You can’t be friendly with them as they are the enemy of everything good humans have created over the centuries.

Crooked Joe Biden is no longer in office, but the consequences of his criminal regime are still having long-term effects on our nation. Thanks to Biden’s CHNV program, our country was flooded by thousands of illegals who were flown into the US under the guise of parole. Thankfully, President Trump put a stop to this program. One of Biden’s Haitian illegals was charged with the alleged murder of three people in Fayetteville, North Carolina, in late February. The victims of these murders were apparently his family members.

What do the twelve most formative battles in Western history tell us? And how did they create the world we know today -- and what lessons have we forgotten from them? Author Michael Walsh presents them in his new book A Rage to Conquer, detailing the fascinating lessons from The Iliad all the way to the World Trade Center. Michael and I discuss some of the connecting threads between these battles, why Napoleon Bonaparte gave us modern Europe, and how a return to masculine virtue and martial spirit is essential for Western survival.

Instead, Zelenskyy took it in an entirely different direction, aggressively challenging Trump’s peace-first approach and attempting to box the President into an all-or-nothing commitment to endless funding and military intervention.

Actually, the Ukrainian president did read a room — but it was the wrong room. Before meeting Trump, Zelensky met with anti-Trump Democrats who advised him to reject the terms of the mineral deal the president was offering, according to Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.). “Just finished a meeting with President Zelensky here in Washington. He confirmed that the Ukrainian people will not support a fake peace agreement where Putin gets everything he wants and there are no security arrangements for Ukraine,” Murphy’s office posted on X at 11:15 a.m. Friday.
