Bye-Bye Biden: The Departure of America’s
Worst President

Original Article

In two earlier pieces for Townhall (here and here), I’ve sounded warnings for the Biden administration: Unless something changes, President Biden will be ranked as among America’s worst chief executives. And this is not only according to the Constitution’s job description, a measure conservatives might use to assess presidents. It also is true according to indicators left-of-center academics employ to raise the rankings of presidents whose policies they like and suppress the rankings of presidents they don’t like. Like nearly all deficient presidents, Biden served only one term. He is now mercifully gone. But his actions during his final days will cement his low rating.

Wait! Wait! Does this mean no more magazine covers for "Doctor" Jill? Oh, come on - - how about one more - - just one more?

The Payola has ended. From what I hear, his 2 mansions are mortgaged to the hilt. Perhaps being a Wal Mart greeter is in his future.

Each individual gets to pick who he thinks is the worst President. Biden is definitely at the top of my list with Obama following close behind.

And this also means that there is zero need for a presidential library. Or maybe Obie can spare some wall space in his library for a few of biden the cheater's photo ops.

I don't think that Joe is going to even be aware of his retirement, let alone enjoy it. And I can guarantee that Doctor Jill is not going to enjoy Joe's retirement.

Worst President? Non-president might be more accurate. He was never President. He never should have been there in the first place!

President Biden’s pardon of Dr. Anthony Fauci may protect the former National Institutes of Health official from immediate criminal prosecution, but some critics say he is not completely out of legal jeopardy and that public sentiment might still condemn the man who became known during the COVID-19 pandemic as “Mr. Science.” In the days before Biden offered the pardon to Fauci, along with other critics of Donald Trump, some experts who have followed Fauci’s career and handling of the pandemic, as well as members of the Trump transition team, reiterated their assertion that Fauci perjured himself on several occasions during the pandemic

How stupid are Democrats? Better yet, how stupid do they think you are? As I type this, various left-wing politicians and their press allies are trying to create a narrative that Elon Musk gave a "fascist salute" while speaking at President Donald Trump's victory rally on Monday. Did that happen? Of course, it didn't happen, but that didn't stop everyone from PBS News journalists or Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) from spreading the lie. (X) So what's the real story? Musk, who has publicly spoken about having autism, was awkwardly gesturing toward the crowd while saying, "My heart goes out to you." He wasn't giving a "nazi salute."

One of Donald Trump’s first acts as president was to commute the sentences of or pardon nearly every single Jan. 6 prisoner, setting them all free. But multiple prisons and halfway houses have resisted complying, with the D.C. gulag holding multiple prisoners hostage and refusing to release them. Trump’s historic order commuted the sentences of about a dozen individuals and pardoned “all individuals convicted of offenses related to event that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021.” It ordered that those “currently held in prison are released immediately.” But the thugs who have so abused and trampled the rights of the J6ers

With less than 20 minutes before his term in office expired, the head of the Biden crime family preemptively pardoned his three siblings: James Biden, Francis Biden, and Valerie Biden Owens. He also pardoned his in-laws, John Owens and Sara Jones Biden. This was in addition to the pardon that the family boss had previously conferred on his son, Hunter Biden. I’m referring, of course, to “President Biden.” “Biden” also preemptively pardoned General Milley, Dr. Fauci, and the members of Nancy Pelosi’s January 6 House Committee. Among the January 6 Committee members pardoned by “Biden” is Rep. Jamie Raskin. As House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer cruelly recalled, “Raskin once claimed

As you likely heard already, on Monday, Trump withdrew the United States from the World Health Organization (WHO), citing the organization’s “mishandling of the COVID-19 pandemic that arose out of Wuhan, China, and other global health crises, its failure to adopt urgently needed reforms, and its inability to demonstrate independence from the inappropriate political influence of WHO member states.” Trump also cited the fact that the United States contributes a disproportionate amount of money to the WHO: “In addition, the WHO continues to demand unfairly onerous payments from the United States, far out of proportion with other countries’ assessed payments. China, with a population of 1.4 billion, has 300

I for one have not yet grown tired of all the winning. And I suspect our readers have a second wind for more, too. Especially when this win means we all get to stay in the game rather than have the federal government shut us down. The win this time came at the Department of Homeland Security, which is days away from getting newly appointed Secretary Kristi Noem installed. Word has reached DHS that the new sheriff is in town anyway, and this one plans to put an end to government censorship via politicized "fact checks." The acting DHS head has put an end

President Donald Trump on Monday signed an executive order requiring most federal employees to return to work in person full time, a move that is likely to spark backlash and legal challenges from unions. WHAT DOES TRUMP'S ORDER DO? Trump directed the heads of all federal agencies to "take all necessary steps to terminate remote work arrangements" and require employees to report to "their respective duty stations" full time. The two-sentence order says the directive "shall be implemented consistent with applicable law." CAN TRUMP PROHIBIT FEDERAL EMPLOYEES FROM WORKING REMOTELY? It depends. The president has broad authority over the federal workforce, including the power to tell agencies to stop allowing remote work for employees

All of Joe Biden's preemptive pardons for the worst political malefactors in recent years are an insult to the rule of law, but one in particular sticks in my craw: Mark Milley. Why? I expect bureaucrats like Anthony Fauci to be ass-covering snakes with a lust for power and disdain for accountability, and I am confident that he will burn in hell and be remembered as the mass murderer that he is. I expect politicians like Liz Cheney, Adam Schiff, and the sc*mbags of the January 6th Committee to be liars who would sacrifice their souls for an extra minute on TV and an additional campaign dollar.

As we all knew would happen, Biden’s last act was to pardon every bad actor in his administration. This is hypocritical, to say the least, given his government’s vindictive pursuit of everyone in the Trump administration, including Trump himself. However, even worse than that, it sets a dangerous precedent that can destroy the American Constitution—and no, I’m not exaggerating. So, here’s the top line from Fox News: "President Biden pardoned Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Anybody who wants to explain how bad the Biden administration is has to start with COVID. As such, we knew a few things early on in the pandemic, and they were as follows: The average age of death from the virus was in the 80s. It had almost zero effect on young people and children. Most people who died from it had three or more co-morbidities — that is, they were old as hell, fat as a hog, and really liked smoking, or drinking, or cancer. It was in the same class of virus as the common cold. Once we knew these things, especially the last one, the obvious thing to do

President Biden granted pardons to several prominent public servants Monday who have faced attacks from President-elect Trump in one of his final acts in office. Biden issued pardons for Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases who led the nation’s COVID-19 pandemic response, and retired Gen. Mark Milley, former chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The president also pardoned members and staff of the House committee that investigated the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack in addition to the U.S. Capitol Police and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee.

President Joe Biden pardoned his brother James Biden and other relatives Monday for unspecified crimes, a similar last-minute move to protect his family from potential investigation as when he pardoned his son Hunter Biden for gun and tax convictions. The president said he pardoned his brother and other relatives − his sister Sara Jones Biden, his sister Valerie Biden Owens and her husband John Owens, and another brother, Francis Biden − because of concerns about "baseless and politically motivated investigations wreak havoc on the lives, safety, and financial security of targeted individuals and their families," he said in a statement released minutes before the end of his term.
Supreme Court Ruling: Accepting a Pardon

A Presidential Pardon does not take effect unless the suspect accepts it. That according to a little known, 1915 ruling from the Supreme Court, once accepted, the pardon serves as an “imputation of guilt,” or what’s more commonly known as an admission. Because accepting the pardon is “essential to it’s validity,” I am demanding the Biden family, Dr. Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, the members of the J6 Committee and everyone else Biden unsurprisingly pardoned declare their acceptance of the pardon publicly. Because, according to the Supreme Court, it would also serve as a declaration of guilt.

President Donald Trump was left in disbelief as he was forced to listen to a woke bishop deliver a stunningly negative sermon calling for him to show 'mercy' to illegal immigrants and transgender children. On the first full day of Trump's presidency Marianne Budde, the left-wing Episcopal Bishop of Washington, unleashed a wild lecture claiming trans kids were 'fearing for their lives' due to him being in the Oval Office. Trump sat stony-faced in the front row, next to First Lady Melania Trump, as the prelate told him illegal immigrants were not criminals and he shouldn't deport those with children.
