President Biden granted pardons to several prominent public servants Monday who have faced attacks from President-elect Trump in one of his final acts in office. Biden issued pardons for Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases who led the nation’s COVID-19 pandemic response, and retired Gen. Mark Milley, former chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The president also pardoned members and staff of the House committee that investigated the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack in addition to the U.S. Capitol Police and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee.

As we all knew would happen, Biden’s last act was to pardon every bad actor in his administration. This is hypocritical, to say the least, given his government’s vindictive pursuit of everyone in the Trump administration, including Trump himself. However, even worse than that, it sets a dangerous precedent that can destroy the American Constitution—and no, I’m not exaggerating.
So, here’s the top line from Fox News:
"President Biden pardoned Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, and others who some speculated may have faced investigations under the incoming Trump administration on Monday.
Biden's pardons come just hours before he is set to depart

The cameras followed Sanchez and Bezos as they entered the room and found their seats behind President Trump’s family.

Ocasio-Cortez wrote in the caption of her Instagram post, “Guess I’m old school that way.” In the video, she said journalists had been asking her if she was going to attend the inauguration. “Let me make myself clear. I don’t celebrate rapists. So no, I’m not going to the inauguration tomorrow,” she stated: (Photo) The Libs of TikTok account on X shared the video and said, “AOC calls Trump a r*pist. President Joe Biden pardoned his brother James Biden and other relatives Monday for unspecified crimes, a similar last-minute move to protect his family from potential investigation as when he pardoned his son Hunter Biden for gun and tax convictions.
The president said he pardoned his brother and other relatives − his sister Sara Jones Biden, his sister Valerie Biden Owens and her husband John Owens, and another brother, Francis Biden − because of concerns about "baseless and politically motivated investigations wreak havoc on the lives, safety, and financial security of targeted individuals and their families," he said in a statement released minutes before the end of his term.

Literally minutes before he leaves office, Joe Biden just issued blanket pardons for his closest family. Having previously pardoned Hunter Biden, the departing executive just pardoned his brothers, James and Frank, along with his sister Valerie, and their spouses.
The Biden family crime syndicate, those who engaged in the benefit of Joe Biden selling the influence of his office for financial gain, are attempting to preemptively pardon themselves from any investigation or prosecution of their criminal conduct.(snip)Recent legal debate has surrounded the issue of a prosecutor who may bring an indictment against a person after they have been issued a pardon.

Ahead of Inauguration Day, Time Magazine published a mental health guide for liberals struggling to cope with the reality of President Donald Trump retaking the White House. A group cry session and "forest bathing" were among the recommended coping techniques. The tutorial—titled "11 Things to Do on Inauguration Day That Are Great for Your Mental Health"—extensively lists ways sensitive snowflakes can manage their feelings of impending doom. For those "dreading" four more years of Trump, Time Magazine consulted a handful of so-called mental health experts to advise libs on how to deal with their "distress."

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump said on Monday that he was issuing roughly 1,500 pardons and commuting the sentences of six of his supporters in connection with the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol, when thousands of them stormed the building amid his false claims that the 2020 presidential election was rigged against him.
He made the remarks after returning to the White House Monday evening. An attorney for Enrique Tarrio, the Proud Boys leader convicted of seditious conspiracy, told NBC News on Monday that his client was being processed for release from FCI Pollock, a medium security federal prison in Louisiana. Tarrio was serving 22 years

The Pentagon took down a recently unveiled portrait of retired Gen. Mark Milley, the former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff who butted heads with President Donald Trump following his 2020 election defeat. The portrait of Milley, who served as the 20th chairman of the Joint Chiefs from 2019 to 2023, was unveiled earlier this month. Trump nominated Milley, but their relationship soured until the end of Trump’s first term. As of midafternoon Monday, just hours after Trump was inaugurated for his second term in the White House, the painting was no longer in the spot it was unveiled
