"I am writing to request the Department of Justice disclose to my office its case file inSpecial Counsel’s investigation and prosecution relating to the 2020 presidential election in Washington, D.C. Wait til she finds out Smith's lawfare was built on sand. That all PDJT wanted was for VP Pence to pause the certification (tat's pause!) and return electoral votes to states where there had been fraud for another look. Legal, Constitutional. We'll never know who got to Pence and with what. Thhe benefit to the Dems from lawfare is that it dirties up an opposing camdidate by using a complicit media. Ask Obie. Knows all about it from way back.

Trump will be President on Jan 20. The Az AG will have no standing to bring any suit against him, due to Federal and Presidential immunity. The law schools have become worthless at training lawyers.

#6 fruit of the poisonous tree refers specifically to the 4th amendment and searches. If the search is improper, the tree is poisoned, as is the fruit of the search, and so it is disallowed. So, for example, if Smith was really not a gov special council, the search at Mira Lago should be deemed improper, and its findings invalid. By extension, if Smith is not really a special prosecutor, the grand jury he convened was improper and invalid, imho.

This is precisely what Mark Levin warned the Supreme Court about on his show this week. By not taking the NY phony federal election law case and quashing it as a violation of the US Constitution Supremacy Clause, they validated the prosecution of a President by state officials. This opens up the possibility for any blue state prosecutor to charge Trump with whatever they want and drag him through court attempting to rig an election outcome. This falls at the feet of the five SCOTUS judges who abdicated their responsibility to the Constitution and refused to hear Trump's plea to end Marchan's NY circus trial.

A mob of far-left agitators heckled U.S. Defense Secretary-designate Pete Hegseth as he appeared before the Senate Armed Services Committee at a hearing Tuesday to confirm his nomination. Sporting pink faux-military uniforms, they looked exactly how you'd expect: [Tweet] Prior to the proceedings, members of the group CodePink, an anti-Israel instigator known for organizing pro-Hamas protests on Capitol Hill, jeered at President-elect Donald Trump's pick to lead the Pentagon. "No Hegseth. No Religious Extremist," said one of the signs brandished by the activists. "No Christian Jihad," another read. An activist wore a button bearing a red "X" over the Jerusalem Cross.

WASHINGTON — President Biden touted his infamous decision to end the American military presence in Afghanistan during an end-of-term foreign policy speech Monday, saying he “saw no reason to keep thousands of servicemen” there — despite top generals warning him against the move. “Today, I can also report to the American people [as] the first president in decades who’s not leaving a war in Afghanistan to his successor,” the 82-year-old boasted at the State Department, arguing that “the primary objective of war had been accomplished” when SEAL Team Six took out Al Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden during a daring Pakistan raid in 2011.

It has been two months since Vice President Kamala Harris lost to President-elect Donald Trump, but a new report reveals that some Democrat donors are still being charged. As Democrats continue to reel from the decisive Republican victory in November, recurring charges are adding insult to injury for some who donated to help steer Harris toward victory. According to a report from Politico, a joint fundraising committee that worked with the Democratic National Committee (DNC) still has some donors enrolled in recurring payments. This is causing some strife among those who gave to the campaign.

The guy's not only a master at trolling; he often uses the Democrats' own words to reduce them to rubble, which he did throughout the 2024 presidential campaign. In the two most memorable examples, Trump hopped a ride in a Wisconsin garbage truck in response to outgoing President Joe Biden calling his supporters "garbage." And in response to Vice President Kamala Harris' unsubstantiated claim (lie) that she once worked at McDonald's, Trump responded by working a short shift at a McDonald's drive-through window.

WASHINGTON - U.S. Special Counsel Jack Smith concluded that Donald Trump engaged in an "unprecedented criminal effort" to hold on to power after losing the 2020 election, but was thwarted in bringing the case to trial by the president-elect's November election victory, according to a report published on Tuesday. The report details Smith's decision to bring a four-count indictment against Trump, accusing him of plotting to obstruct the collection and certification of votes following his 2020 defeat by Democratic President Joe Biden. It concludes that the evidence would have been enough to convict Trump at trial, but his imminent return to the presidency, set for Jan. 20, made that impossible.
