It's not all bad news for the 64% of Los Angeles County who voted for Kamala Harris in the 2024 election. As they flee the brutal wildfires in terror, watching everything they own turn to toast, they can take comfort in knowing that their Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) -- which is powerless to stop the inferno -- overfloweth with sweet diversity, as planned. Check out the Los Angeles Fire Department's website: The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Bureau will focus on building and fostering a Department committed to engaging the voices and respecting the humanity of all its members, reflected in how it handles recruitment and hiring, workplace conduct, retention, and promotion.

Do Expect Incompetents when you go DEI. Woke as shite doesn't really work. Californistan's government at all levels is a prime example. And Newsom wants to be President. Keep all of them in Californistan.

My heart grieves for those in the LA area who have seen their homes and lives go up in flames. For those who did *not* vote for the people who implemented the public policies that made this possible (~36%, per the author), you have my prayers. For the remaining 64%, I have a message: It is said that life is the cruelest of teachers, because she gives the exam first and the lesson afterward. You have just been given an exam and failed. Will you now learn the lesson? Recall Bass, recall Newsom, flip the assembly, and get the court rulings protecting the Australian fish overturned so that you can re-build in confidence. Do it before rebuilding and before the teacher decides to administer the exam again.

Unfortunately, DEI is alive and well in every liberal democrat controlled city. Whenever there is a crisis that requires television coverage, the police commissioner, the police chief, the fire chief, or the emergency management director are either gay, black, a woman, or a combination of all of them. Look at New York City (the killing of the UHC CEO), NOLA (New Years terrorist attack), and now LA (wildfires). All of them incompetent. Heaven forbid these cities would hire the heads of departments based solely on merit or accomplishment. And don't get me started on the idiot mayor's of these cities. Jeez...

As the COVID coverup unravels--at least for normies, it is unraveling, I and many others have been censored since 2020 for stating the obvious--the Pravda Media is looking to cover their behinds by claiming to have been "misled." We all know they were co-conspirators, of course, but they can't admit that. Were they 'misled'? Or did they lead the charge against anyone who dared question the consensus? Now that the cat has come out of the bag, suddenly the New York Times feels the need to get out in front of the backlash. For years, the NYT ran story after story, scathing column after column, about anyone who dared to challenge The Science®. How dare people suggest that a novel coronavirus might have emerged from the nearby lab being run under questionable practices doing exactly the kind of research intended to produce novel coronaviruses! President Trump signed an executive order over the weekend gutting the federal agency that oversees the Voice of America, the news outlet that for more than 80 years broadcast news and information into countries where independent reporting is restricted or censored. Hours after Trump signed an executive order Friday directing the elimination of the US Agency for Global Media, numerous journalists, executives and staff at the organization’s Washington headquarters were notified that they were being placed on paid leave, according to National Public Radio. The White House on Saturday put out a press release titled “The Voice of Radical America,”

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., is postponing several events across the country this week to promote his new book amid Democratic backlash to his handling of last week's government funding fight. “Due to security concerns, Senator Schumer’s book events are being rescheduled,” said a statement provided by Risa Heller, who is handling communications for Schumer’s book, “Antisemitism in America: A Warning.” The postponement comes as protesters were expected to attend the events after Schumer led a group of Senate Democrats to provide key votes to pass a Republican-led government funding bill backed by President Donald Trump to avert a shutdown. Schumer and nine others in the Senate Democratic caucus voted

As we’ve been reporting, President Trump invoked the 1798 Alien Enemies Act against members of the violent Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang and promptly put over 200 of them on a plane to be taken to El Salvador. While the flight was still in the air, Chief U.S. District Judge James Boasberg ordered a temporary restraining order preventing the deportation of any Venezuelans—and he also demanded that the plane turn around and return the gangsters to the U.S. (Attorney General Pam Bondi has already appealed the ruling.) The Trump administration ignored the order, however, and the gangbangers were unloaded Sunday

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth appeared on "Sunday Morning Futures" with host Maria Bartiromo and promised an “unrelenting” campaign against Houthi militants if they keep targeting ships in the Red Sea. As we reported, President Trump ordered heavy attacks against the radical Islamist group in Yemen Saturday, killing numerous terrorists and damaging their infrastructure. Hegseth vowed that this will only be the beginning if the Iran-back proxies keep threatening crucial shipping lanes and attacking American targets: "The minute the Houthis say 'we'll stop shooting at your ships, we'll stop shooting at your drones,' this campaign will end, but until then, it will be unrelenting,"

"The Yemeni Armed Forces will not hesitate to target all American warships in the Red Sea and in the Arabian Sea in retaliation to the aggression against our country," Saree said, vowing the Houthis "will continue to impose a naval blockade on the Israeli enemy and ban its ships

Three months into his second term, President Trump hit the highest approval rating he’s ever had as commander-in-chief — while more Americans say the country is on the right track than at any point since 2004, a new poll found. That’s the good news, according to an NBC News Poll released Sunday. The bad news is that Trump still has not won over a majority of Americans, and 54% said they disapprove of his handling of the economy — the first time he’s lost a majority on that issue in NBC’s poll. Even so, the survey found that voters generally feel Trump is bringing “the right kind

The Democratic Party has reached an all-time low in popularity in the latest national NBC News poll, as it searches for a path forward after a painful loss to President Donald Trump — and as the party’s voters spoil for a fight between their leaders in Washington and Trump. Just over a quarter of registered voters (27%) say they have positive views of the party, which is the party’s lowest positive rating in NBC News polling dating back to 1990. Just 7% say those views are “very” positive. “With these numbers, the Democratic Party is not in need of a rebrand. It needs to be rebooted,”

In this case, though, Jones accurately assesses the anger on the Left toward both Chuck Schumer and Donald Trump, but misses the larger reality around it (via Twitchy): ERIN BURNETT: Van, how angry are Democrats at Leader Schumer? They speak for themselves (and today, they’re parlez-vous-ing exclusively in French): France should take back the Statue of Liberty because the US no longer represents the values that led France to offer the statue, a French Euro-deputy said Sunday. "Give us back the Statue of Liberty", centre-left politician Raphael Glucksmann said at a convention of his Place Publique centre-left movement. "We're going to say to the Americans who have chosen to side with the tyrants, to the Americans who fired researchers for demanding scientific freedom: 'Give us back the Statue of Liberty,'" he told cheering supporters.

According to the lawsuit filed in the California Superior Court in 2020, he “suffered severe burns, disfigurement, and debilitating nerve damage to his genitals when hot drinks ultimately spilled” on his lap. The lawsuit ultimately accused the coffee chain of breaching its duty of care by not securing the lids, according to the report.

There are almost 700 federal district court judges. I say “almost,” because while officially there are 677 of them, some retired judges have taken senior status and may sit from time to time on cases, so the figure is inexact on any given day. Since President Trump was sworn in for a second term, there have been an avalanche of cases seeking relief from executive actions. Last month alone district court judges issued 15 temporary restraining orders. “That’s more nationwide injunctions than there were issued for the first three YEARS of the Biden Administration.
