An accused California shoplifter was stunned to learn she might be slapped with a felony charge after “new laws” that crack down on low-level theft, police video shows.
The Seal Beach Police Department in Orange County published a montage of security, dash and body camera videos that show three women allegedly lifting more than $600 in merch from an Ulta Beauty before officers caught up with the gals, slapped them in cuffs and shoved them into a squad car.
That was when one suspect asks if they could be charged with a felony, to which her accomplice delivers the sobering news: “B—h, new laws. Stealing is a felony.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wished Christians around the world a Merry Christmas on Tuesday, saying “My dear Christian friends, as you gather this Christmas, I wish blessings from the Holy Land,” in a video recorded especially for the occasion.
Netanyahu further praised Christians for their support as Israel fights on against Hamas terrorists and their barbarism, saying:
My dear Christian friends, as you gather with your family and friends this Christmas, I wish the Christian community in Israel and around the world blessings for a Merry Christmas from the Holy Land.
At a time when Israel is fighting on seven fronts, we deeply appreciate

A top Republican on the House DOGE caucus has revealed to DailyMail.com some jaw-dropping government projects that will be cut by Donald Trump's new initiative.
The president-elect tasked Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy with cutting trillions in federal spending in the coming years using the newly developed Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
And the pair have already been hard at work injecting their influence in to politics. Just before Christmas Musk used the bully pulpit of his app, X, to wage war against Republican Speaker Mike Johnson to destroy a massive, 1,547-page government funding bill. The bill was later revised to 116 pages. Then it was revised again.

‘Twas the night before Christmas and…you know the drill. Since it is Christmas tomorrow and we are only three weeks away from booting Joe Biden and the Democrats out of power, it’s time to get the professional cleaners to come out and remove the stench of what they’ve done over the last four years. The budget and the country need a deep, deep cleaning to remove what it is they’ve done, then we need to resolve to never allow it to happen again.Joe Biden’s legacy is disgraceful. May his last memory be one of realizing the American people rejected him and what he’d done, overwhelmingly favoring his opponent

A Las Vegas mother has settled with her local school district after her 15-year-old daughter was forced to memorize and read out a sexually-explicit monologue in front of her theater class.
Candra and her husband, Terrell Evans, filed a $50,000 lawsuit against the Clark County School District and superintendent Dr. Jesus Jara last year, alleging they engaged in 'unlawful grooming and abuse of a minor' over the assignment which they characterized as 'pornographic material.'
They say their unnamed daughter, a student at the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts, was made to perform the monologue written by a fellow student - in which a narrator came out as lesbian and

Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.) commended President Biden Monday for commuting the sentences of 37 federal inmates on death row, arguing that capital punishment is “racist.”
“There is no action more powerful or righteous than sparing someone’s life, and today President Biden is doing just that,” the member of the far-left “Squad” of liberal lawmakers said in a statement.
Pressley, 50, described the 82-year-old commander in chief’s decision to spare dozens of convicted murderers and rapists from death as a “historic and groundbreaking act of compassion that will save lives, address the deep racial disparities in our criminal legal system, and send a powerful message about redemption, decency, and humanity.”

Border czar-designate Tom Homan on Monday criticized Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul of New York after a woman died Sunday after a migrant allegedly lit her on fire while on the New York City subway.
Sebastin Zapeta, a 33-year-old Guatemalan illegal immigrant previously deported by the Trump administration, was arrested Sunday by the New York Police Department in connection with the incident, Fox News reported. Homan ripped Hochul, who touted the subway’s safety after the killing, about the incident.

Remove him. Now.
It's been sold by Democrats as a mercy to allow disgraced President Joe Biden to ride out his term. How much harm can he do?, they ask.
A lot, it turns out. An ungodly amount.Devastating, unjust, dangerous harms — all exacted by a president we now know, thanks to blockbuster exposés last week, has been cognitively impaired since before Day One.
If the Democratic Party has a shred of self-preservation left, if its leaders hold any hope for rebounding in 2028 as the self-appointed guardians of decency, moral uprightness, and democracy itself, they must remove this dishonorable president immediately.
Early Monday morning, Biden commuted the death sentences

Firebrand former Rep. Matt Gaetz on Sunday teased that he might run for US Senate — even as he faces renewed scrutiny over accusations of sexual misconduct.
Gaetz (R-Fla.), speaking at a conservative event in Arizona, noted how senators essentially tanked his brief bid to become US attorney general.
“It seems I may not have had enough support in the United States Senate. Maybe I’ll just run for Marco Rubio’s vacant seat in the United States Senate and join some of those folks,” Gaetz quipped at the Turning Point Action’s AmericaFest event in Phoenix. (Photo) Rubio, a Florida senator, has been tapped by President-elect Donald Trump as his secretary of state-designee.

On Monday, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) released the latest edition of his annual “Festivus Report,” pitching it this year as being not just a precursor for the incoming Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), but also a useful guide for anyone looking to cut down on federal spending.
The 2024 report highlights more than $1 trillion of “government waste,” including a Florida man stealing $8 million in COVID-19 relief funds and using the money to buy an island and more, “ice-skating drag queens,” a $12 million Las Vegas pickleball complex, $4,840,082 on Ukrainian influencers, $32,596.12 for breakdancing, and the U.S. Navy being “set to waste almost $90 billion on ineffective Navy vessels.”

Colombian President Gustavo Petro has slammed Donald Trump’s proposal to retake the Panama Canal.
Petro, a former Marxist guerilla and vocal supporter of Joe Biden, wrote in a post on the X platform that the number of illegal migrants crossing heading to the southern border would increase by “millions” unless Trump recognized the canal belongs to Panama.
He wrote:
Until the last consequences I will be on the side of Panama and the defense of its sovereignty.
If the new US government wants to talk business, we will talk business, face to face, and for the benefit of our people, but dignity will never be negotiated.

President-elect Donald Trump’s no-nonsense border czar Tom Homan slammed New York Gov. Kathy Hochul for boasting on X that she had improved subway safety just hours after an illegal migrant allegedly burned a sleeping passenger to death on an F train.
The accused killer was once deported back to his native Guatemala but later sneaked back into the US and availed himself of the shelter system in the Big Apple, where sanctuary status is the law of the land.
“Governor Hochul, shame on you. There’s nothing you can say that’s going to make this right in New York,” Homan said on “Fox & Friends” Monday morning as he ripped Hochul for
