During Friday’s broadcast of FNC’s “Hannity,” Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz predicted the New York City jury hearing the Daniel Penny case would remain deadlocked, possibly resulting in a loss for Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
Dershowitz said such a loss, coupled with a loss in his prosecution against President-elect Donald Trump, would likely result in a lost reelection bid. According to Dershowitz, Bragg was the “worst district attorney” in modern New York history.“Professor Dershowitz, in this kind of a dynamic, when you’ve got even at one point, he told the jury that it would have to be another jury, if they couldn’t

President-elect Donald Trump met with Prince William after the ceremonial reopening of the Notre Dame cathedral in Paris on Saturday, calling the Prince of Wales a “great man.”
The two shook hands and spoke briefly at the ceremony, and met after the event for about 40 minutes at the residence of the British ambassador in Paris, where the 42-year-old Prince of Wales, still sporting a beard he grew during summer vacation, met Trump at the door, and said “Great to see you.”
As both men stood in the foyer and posed for photos, Trump praised the British throne’s heir apparent, saying, “Great man this one. He’s going to do a fantastic job.”

We are so back.
President Trump on Saturday arrived to France to attend the reopening of Notre Dame after the cathedral was damaged by a fire in 2019.
Trump proudly announced he would be attending the reopening of Notre Dame.
“It is an honor to announce that I will be traveling to Paris, France, on Saturday to attend the re-opening of the Magnificent and Historic Notre Dame Cathedral, which has been fully restored after a devastating fire five years ago. President Emmanuel Macron has done a wonderful job ensuring that Notre Dame has been restored to its full level of glory, and even more so.

Before he even assumed office, President-elect Donald Trump met with world leaders to establish early lines of communication. He set the tone for the successive four years of his administration. The meetings came before the reopening of the Notre Dame Cathedral, five years after it was set on fire. Trump showcased his unorthodox approach to foreign relations, focusing on strengthening bilateral ties, asserting America's interests, and laying the groundwork for his America First agenda. Trump and world leaders discussed various topics, including defense and global security. His blunt style indeed left an unmistakable impression on the worldwide stage.

The re-opening of the Notre Dame Cathedral, which suffered extensive fire damage in 2019, occurred on Saturday, and dozens of world leaders were on hand for the festivities. There was one notable absence, though. President Joe Biden was nowhere to be found.Instead, Jill Biden showed up with her daughter. That alone spurred questions given the president has long claimed to be a "devout Catholic." Yet, he couldn't be bothered to show up for a once-in-a-lifetime event that other world leaders flocked to? Of course, while the White House will likely claim a scheduling conflict (there was nothing on the president's schedule for Saturday), we all know the real reason.

“Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!”
Can anyone deny that these emphatic words spoken by President Ronald Regan in his speech at the Berlin Wall were some of his most notable (among many) from his stellar two terms in the White House? And, if you thought about it, wouldn’t President Richard Nixon saying, “I am not a crook,” seem to be the words that spring to mind to sum up Nixon’s days in office? One president rises at Brandenburg Gate; the other falls from Watergate.
Before Nixon, who will ever forget President John F. Kennedy’s powerful expression, “Ask not what your country can do for you -

Democrat strategist James Carville went off on Joe Biden and called him the “most tragic figure in American politics in my lifetime.”
Carville said Biden should have announced in 2023 he wasn’t going to run for reelection.
Biden waited until Obama and Pelosi forced him off the ticket in July and swapped him out for Kamala Harris shortly before the DNC Convention.
Kamala Harris blew through $1.5 billion in donor money in 3 months and still lost in a landslide against President Trump.

We may as well drop "President-elect" Donald Trump, which I'm still not tired of writing, and start using "Acting President Donald Trump," because while doddering old Joe Biden is falling asleep in his chair in Africa, Donald Trump is out meeting with world leaders - and they are anxiously awaiting their turn to meet with him. That's what presidents do. In the latest example, Acting President Trump attended the re-opening of Notre Dame cathedral in Paris on Saturday, and did so alongside France's President Emmanuel Macron, where the two exchanged friendly remarks. Notre Dame Cathedral is formally reopening its doors Saturday, more than five years after a devastating fire nearly destroyed the 861-year-old Gothic wonder at the center of the City of Lights.
Archbishop Laurent Ulrich of Paris is expected to preside over the reopening with French President Emmanuel Macron and more than 1,500 invite-only guests, among them 50 heads of state, Prince William, first lady Jill Biden and President-elect Donald Trump, who made his first foreign trip since his presidential victory last month.
The event — the culmination of a painstaking, $760 million restoration project — is taking place on one of the Roman Catholic Church’s holiest days —

Donald Trump awkwardly shook hands with France's president during a visit to Paris to celebrate the re-opening of Notre Dame.
The president-elect met with President Macron as part of the ceremony to commemorate the renovation of the iconic cathedral, which was ravaged by a devastating fire in 2019.
The leaders embraced each other warmly, if not entirely gracefully, at their meeting at Élysée Palace, Macron's official residence. The bizarre gesture, described as a 'power move' by online commenters, saw Trump 'dominate' Macron by gripping his hand from above as the two posed for photos.

While in Paris, he will hold meetings with both Trump and America's first lady Jill Biden, Kensington Palace said. Trump and dozens of heads of state and government accepted invitations from French President Emmanuel Macron to attend the ceremony.

President-elect Donald Trump’s team is reportedly floating the idea of shaking up the White House press briefing room. As expected, members of the press are already whining about it.Team Trump is looking at replacing legacy media outlets in the briefing room’s front rows to make room for independent news organizations, at least some of which might be friendlier to the incoming administration, according to The Hill.
People close to Trump have said in recent days he should dramatically change who gets access to the president, suggesting podcasters, internet personalities and media deemed more friendly to him could replace outlets like the major television networks,
