We’ve been hearing a great deal about fascism in this election, with the left making increasingly unhinged warnings about how Donald Trump will destroy Americans’ freedom to waste their lives watching pornography and force them to have children, while in the process of taking an axe to “our democracy” itself.
This seems, however, to be an increasingly obvious case of leftists resorting to their familiar tactic of accusing their opponents of what they themselves are actually doing. Over and over, we see leftists trying to intimidate people into being afraid to express views that oppose them, or even to allow their foes to have a fair hearing.

Sure would be a shame if anything should happen to your legal career because you worked for Donald Trump.
You'd think that there might be an ethical issue running ads that threaten the careers of any lawyers if they work for Donald Trump, but this is the state of play in 2024 in the Democrats' Lavrentiy Beria political police state. Show me the man and I'll show you the crime. Rules of propriety are for you, not for us.
Those ads, which you can see here, are running in swing states online and in legal journals in this election—in effect promising the personal destruction of anyone who touches the Trump campaign.

New York state Governor Kathy Hochul (D) said voting for Republicans who support former President Donald Trump in this election makes you both "anti-woman" and "anti-American."
Hochul made the comments during an appearance on MSNBC on Saturday.
The Democrat governor discussed how she has been able to tie Republicans to Trump, something that, in her sheltered view, is a plus for fellow party candidates in the coming election.
"It gave me a chance to tie the Republicans running in these seats - the incumbents - closer to Donald Trump, and remind everybody if you're voting for these Republicans in New York, you are voting for someone who supports Donald Trump," Hochul said.

Emotions continue to run high as election day rapidly approaches. A coffee shop in Alexandria, VA, was the scene of the latest example when a black, female Trump supporter named Annetta Catchings found herself facing off against a deranged Kamala Harris supporter.
Part of the confrontation was caught on video, showing a white woman in a pink shirt (and self-described Democrat) accosting Catchings, including calling her "uneducated." [Tweet, video]
I won't even attempt to transcribe everything that was said given they are shouting over each other, but at one point, you can hear the Harris supporter say, "I'm shocked, you are all uneducated women,"

The former president’s visit to the Old Dominion suggest the Trump campaign believes it might be able to win the state.

Bill Maher had some interesting points on his show on Friday.
As we reported, he chastised the people/media who were lying about what President Donald Trump said about former member of Congress Liz Cheney, saying no, there was no threat, despite the media and Kamala Harris trying to spin that lie.
Then there was the Joe Biden comment calling millions of Trump supporters "floating garbage." That, Maher said, was going to be bigger than some thought.
But he also had another guest on, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), who said something rather shocking, if you consider the history of what Democrats have been saying about elections and election "denialism."

An Emerson College poll conducted between November 1-2, 2024, which surveyed 800 likely voters in Iowa, found that 53 percent of respondents expressed support for Trump, while 43 percent of respondents expressed support for Harris.
The poll also found that Harris performed better with “voters under 30,” with 54 percent supporting her, while 46 percent supported Trump. Trump was found to be leading “among all other age groups over 30 with varied support between six percentage points and 23 points,” according to the poll.

Mark Halperin is probably familiar to most of our readers. He was at ABC News and then moved over to MSNBC in 2010 where he became a regular analyst on Morning Joe and other shows.
Looking over his Wikipedia page, Halperin was always a bit controversial at MSNBC, including the fact that he predicted it was possible Trump might win in 2016 (he was obviously right about that). But Halperin's career crumbled in 2017 when five women accused him of sexual harassment. That number climbed to more than a dozen by the next day but Halperin had already been let go by NBC.

A ruling by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Friday is being praised by conservatives working to safeguard election integrity.
The court stopped an effort to allow mail-in ballots without a handwritten date to be counted in the 2024 presidential election, which culminates on Tuesday, Fox News reported on Saturday. “The ruling overturns a decision from a Commonwealth Court finding that the state law requiring a handwritten date was unconstitutional,” the outlet said. “The Pennsylvania GOP appealed that ruling to the state supreme court, and now undated mail-in ballots will not be counted in the upcoming election.”

Locals of a tiny California town are turning out in their droves to back Donald Trump for the presidency, despite being in a Democratic heartland.
Discovery Bay, on the east of Contra Costa County, in the San Francisco bay area hosts just a single supermarket, as well as a harbor and yacht club.
The town is an anomaly in the largely Democratic state of California, with the majority of residents supporting Trump in the 2020 election. Residents Paul and Connie Rodgers, both Republicans, had moved to Discovery Bay from nearby Marin County in 2017 without realizing that the town was red.

Hillary Clinton’s infamous “basket of deplorables” comment in the 2016 campaign was one of the signature moments of that entire cycle – and while not the sole definitive reason for her loss, it certainly didn’t help. In fact, it allowed President Trump and his campaign to frame her and the attitudes of her supporters in a very effective, direct and easily understood soundbite. In politics, these types of comments and moments are pure and solid gold – the basket didn’t just carry gifts…it was the gift.

“The campaigns certainly want the [celeb] support because it helps in a broader sense to brand their candidates and highlight strengths or mitigate weaknesses,” said Brett Buerck, CEO of Majority Strategies, a national Republican consulting firm that’s worked on presidential races for more than three decades. “Having the support of younger, more glamorous Hollywood influencers creates an illusion of vitality.”

Democratic Rep. Rashida Tlaib publicly refused to endorse Vice President Harris during a rally in Detroit — a critical decision that could tip the scales against Democrats in Michigan.
The move carries significant electoral implications, with Michigan part of the Democrats “blue wall” of must-win states in the 2024 presidential election.
A Trump triumph there would hamper Harris’ chances of winning the White House. Tlaib, a member of the House’s far-left “Squad,” is upset with the Biden-Harris administration’s support for Israel.
The only Palestinian-American in Congress, she has been openly supportive of Hamas during her time in office and has been censured by her colleagues for defending Hamas

Update (1836ET): After the MSM spent the day in histrionics peddling the falsehood that Trump said Liz Cheney should face a firing squad, - when he was simply calling her a chickenhawk - CNN panelist Jonah Goldberg offered a mea culpa, and has retracted his claim that Trump called for Cheney's execution.
"This morning on CNN I referred to Trump’s “rifles” quote as him advocating a 'firing squad' for Liz Cheney," said Goldberg. "

The StopBogusBallots.com team has begun posting videos about the wildly anomalous voter rolls in the swing states.
Voters by the thousands, tens of thousands and hundreds of thousands living in anomalous addresses like hotels, casinos and parking lots – now being made visible with Fractal quantum-speed technology.
In this video, the Fractal team performed an analysis of the current Pennsylvania voter roll – with over 8 million voters. Those voters were then sorted real-time, at quantum speed, showing an alleged 3,000 voters under the age of 9.
A parallel analysis of the voter registration dates showed these voters registered as early as 1952.

Democrats desperate to convince vital swing-voters that theirs is not an effete party of snooty coastal elites might be best advised to steer eyes away from the pages of Vogue.
And, in particular, from a breathless July feature introducing readers to the magazine's new 'political correspondent'.
Bob Woodward of Watergate fame, perhaps? CNN anchor Dana Bash? Or maybe veteran political strategist Donna Brazile? No. Vogue was welcoming Jack Schlossberg, John F. Kennedy's only grandson and, more important for the fashion Bible, a Gen-Z dreamboat who lights up TikTok just as his grandpa once caused the hearts of so many '60s women to skip a beat.

Hard-pressed Democrat candidates are running away from their migration record as the voters pay attention just before election day.
Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT) ran an ad where he declared “Benefits for illegal immigrants? No way.” But Tester has repeatedly voted for funding that is used to shelter, feed, and transport President Joe Biden’s flood of at least five million illegal migrants.Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) defended her plans to amnesty illegal migrants but also told WISN.com on October 27. “Well … We need to vet everybody who is in this country — anyone who’s committed a crime should be deported,” she said,

With only four days to go until Tuesday’s presidential election, the poor jobs figures could not have come at a worse time for Kamala Harris.
To be sure, there were special factors that explained why the world’s biggest economy added only 12,000 new jobs in October.
Last month two severe hurricanes – Helene and Milton – hit the US. The temporary lay-offs caused by the disruption led to an estimated 20,000 to 50,000 drop in payrolled employees. Manufacturing employment fell by 46,000 – with most of the drop the result of a strike at the aerospace giant Boeing.

Former President Donald Trump on Friday responded to the Harris-Walz campaign twisting his words to falsely claim that he suggested former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) be executed by firing squad, posting on Truth Social:
All I’m saying about Liz Cheney is that she is a War Hawk, and a dumb one at that, but she wouldn’t have “the guts” to fight herself. It’s easy for her to talk, sitting far from where the death scenes take place, but put a gun in her hand, and let her go fight, and she’ll say, “No thanks!” Her father decimated the Middle East, and other places, and got rich by doing so.

The non-citizen population in the United States has grown so fast that it could swing 12 states toward the Democrats’ presidential candidate if the foreigners were allowed to vote, says the non-partisan Center for Immigration Studies.
“Census Bureau data collected earlier this year indicates that there are 23.2 million voting-age non-citizens in the country, roughly half of whom are illegal immigrants,” said the report by the group’s research chief, Steven Camarota, which continues:
Our analysis does show that in a dozen states … the non-citizen population in 2024 is potentially large enough to exceed the state winner’s margin in 2020.

Google-owned YouTube is still finding new ways to interfere in the 2024 presidential election, suppressing a three-hour Rogan interview of Trump.
Scarcely more than a week before the 2024 presidential election, YouTube stymied users’ efforts to search for and find the recent episode of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast featuring former President and GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump. This is despite the fact that the interview was one of the most anticipated episodes of the most popular Spotify podcast in the U.S. and that the episode reportedly saw more than 28 million views in just the first two days it was available. MRC tested YouTube’s search function after the platform supposedly

We’re seeing a lot of fuss and bother over the 2024 presidential election.
But do we even need a president?
I ask because we don’t have one now. And we haven’t had one for all practical purposes for something between a few months and three years.
Independent journalist Glenn Greenwald recently tweeted, “The US has no functional president and has not had one for months, and it’s barely noticeable and barely matters because there’s a permanent unelected machine that runs the government.”
Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ken.) replied, “Where’s the lie?” Elon Musk commented, “Bingo.”
Joe Biden may be capable of lobbing insults at half the country, but he certainly isn’t running things.

The Minnesota Governor made the remark while speaking out against tax cuts for the rich in Michigan - before painting the billionaire as someone who has benefited from them.

He proceeds to trail off - before laughing off what Harris's team now says was a slip.

Billionaire X owner Elon Musk has triggered the powers that be, so much so that they are now going after his American citizenship.
Legal experts claim that if Musk were to have lied on his immigration forms, he could have his citizenship stripped and be denaturalized. The Washington Post, which has had a leftist lean as of late, alleged he illegally worked in the United States in the 1990s. Their claims are allegedly backed up by “former business associates, court records and company documents,”

The distraught mom of the five-year-old girl allegedly raped by an illegal migrant on Long Island tearfully said she’s “losing confidence’ in the world — as she recounted the horrifying moments her daughter spent with the suspect under their roof.
“I am sad. I am scared, and I’m losing confidence in the world,” the girl’s mother, Petronila, 46, told The Post in Spanish on Friday, days after Honduras national Wilson Castillo Diaz was arrested for the sickening sexual assault.
Diaz, 27, who skipped an immigration hearing after being cut loose at the US-Mexico border, was collared last week for the sickening attack that occurred inside their shared Westbury home.

Active-duty U.S. service members are complaining that the Pentagon has not given them enough absentee ballots to vote in time for Election Day, prompting three Republican congressmen to demand answers from Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.
Reps. Brian Mast, (R-FL), Bill Huizenga (R-MI), and Mike Waltz (R-FL) sent a letter to Austin on Wednesday, saying they have “grave concern over deficiencies in the Defense Department’s protocols” when service members claimed absentee ballots had not been made available to them because their base’s stockpile was “depleted and had not been replenished.”

It's no secret that Arab Americans in Michigan have soured on the Biden administration, with some saying they will not vote for Kamala Harris and others promising to vote for Trump. Today, Trump became the first candidate to visit Dearborn, MI, the largest Arab-majority city in the country. He stopped by a coffee shop where he received a warm welcome.
On a crisp, sunny day in the largest Arab-majority city in the US, dozens of people gathered outside the Great Commoner cafe to catch a glimpse of Donald Trump.
“What we want is peace,” Trump told a group of Arab-American business leaders inside

Talk about a statement against interests. Or perhaps this analysis from veteran Democrat adviser Doug Sosnick in the New York Times intends to be a final warning call to the Kamala Harris campaign.
In fairness, this reads more straightforwardly than a partisan panic-porn blast. Sosnick only allows himself one bit of partisan editorializing while noting that the data he sees suggests that Donald Trump has the clearest path to an Electoral College win. "Clearest" is a term of art in itself, as he rightly observes that the partisan trench warfare over the past two decades has made American presidential elections a constant vigil

The South Dakota Republican governor told RedState the energy she feels as she travels the country campaigning for President Donald J. Trump and other GOP candidates reminds her of the 2010 Tea Party wave that swept her and 62 other freshmen congressmen into the Capitol.
“I’ve been in states across the entire country – we definitely have the energy and the momentum right now,” said Governor Kristi L. Noem, who is termed out after her second term in January 2027.
“The Tea Party has grown into the America-First movement, and the energy is similar, but also unique in a few key ways,” said the married mother of three.

Former Georgia Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams said Friday on CNN’s “News Central” that “voter suppression activity” was occurring in Georgia despite record turnout.
Co-anchor Kate Bolduan asked, “Early voting has been just breaking records from day one in Georgia. You have been working on improving voter turnout in Georgia for years. What do you think is driving this surge in early voting this time?”
Abrams said, “Well, while we are excited about who’s showing up we have to understand that turnout does not mean there is not voter suppression activity. A lot of those voters in 2020 were able to vote by mail.

“I really don’t understand how any person of color or any woman could find it in their hearts to vote for Donald Trump,” Robinson declared in a video posted to his social media on Thursday.
“I’ve never felt the need to campaign publicly until now,” the “The Tears Of A Clown” singer said. “This is the most important election of my lifetime, and as far as I’m concerned, it’s a choice between good and evil.”

Amish voters in the upcoming presidential election may be an important demographic in former President Donald Trump winning Pennsylvania.
Rep. Lloyd Smucker (R-PA), who grew up Amish, spoke to Fox News about how more Amish had switched from farming to running businesses, and were “becoming much more engaged politically.”
Smucker noted that people in the Amish community “love President Trump” because of “his policies,” adding that they like Trump because he is in favor of small government among many other reasons. The Republican congressman explained that the Amish are “very interested in religious liberty” and are “concerned about the border and economy.”
