In the last two weeks, Vice President Kamala Harris has been trying to revive her stagnant campaign by smearing Trump as being Hitlerian and a fascist. She claims Trump is planning to put his enemies in encampments.
Yet in the modern era, it was not Trump who put large numbers of U.S. residents and citizens into "relocation camps," but liberal Democrat President Franklin D. Roosevelt who sent Japanese-American citizens and residents into them.
If Harris refers to Trump's supposed fascist policies during his prior four-year tenure, there is no such evidence.
Nonetheless, the once "joyful" Harris is ending her campaign by trafficking in lies and smears reminiscent of the Joe McCarthy era.

CNN’s Jake Tapper gave a live fact-check of Vice President Kamala Harris after she claimed former President Trump said he would "do what he wants" whether "the women like it or not." At a rally in Phoenix, Arizona on Thursday, Harris asserted Trump will do what he wants regarding abortion restrictions and policing women’s bodies.
"Now in America, one in three women lives in a state with a Trump abortion ban, many with no exceptions, even for rape and incest, which is immoral. And Donald Trump’s not done.

My first reaction when I heard Joe Biden was calling Donald Trump supporters “garbage” is that he (Biden) wanted to sabotage, consciously or unconsciously, Kamala Harris’ campaign.
I could be wrong, but, as the Zen Buddhists say, “First thought, best thought.” There are other possible explanations, such as he was desperate to stay relevant in the final hours of his presidency and just happened to make his dopey comment at the moment Ms. Harris was making her supposed “important closing argument,” such as it was.
Or he is just so terminally gaga that he doesn’t know where he is or what he’s doing? But there’s nothing new in that.

Jake Paul has taken time outside of preparations for his upcoming bout against boxing legend Mike Tyson next month to speak out on the upcoming presidential elections, encouraging voters to educate themselves in order to "quite literally save America." The YouTuber-turned-boxer posted a lengthy video on social media Thursday opening up about his thoughts on the current state of politics in the U.S. and who he believes will be the best fit for president.

Currently, both the national climate and the polling seems to point to a Trump victory in November. For instance, according to polling averages , only 28% of Americans say the country is going in the right direction, compared to 61% who say it’s on the wrong track. Why is this important? Because wrong track voters are more apt to vote for the party out of power – i.e., the Trump campaign – than the party “in power.”
Second, President Joe Biden’s average approval rating is still at a dismal 41% nationally, with a higher 56% of Americans saying they disapprove of his job performance. Why is this important?

Vice President Kamala Harris, her surrogates and media handmaidens spent three days putting a comedian’s ill-chosen words in Donald Trump’s mouth. Now they are pretending the sitting president didn’t call Trump supporters “garbage” and, even if he did it’s irrelevant because Harris is the one running for president.
Double standards, much? They keep insisting that Trump and his supporters are Hitler, Nazis, fascists, semi-fascists, deplorables, bitter clingers, and now, “garbage.” That’s half the country they’re defaming — millions of voters. Heck of a way to run for election.

Things could, and did, get worse for America after January 6th. I served in the Trump administration but I withdrew my support from the president after that dark day. Four years later, I’m back. And here’s why. The Biden-Harris administration weakened our power, our pocketbooks and our values. After living under this reality for nearly four years, there is no choice: We need former President Donald J. Trump back in the White House.

One of the first things I ever said on Twitter when I was pulling away from the Left was that my side treated Trump supporters like “human garbage.” That’s one of the main reasons I left. You can search for that phrase and my name and see it come up a lot. I felt that way four years ago, and nothing since has changed my mind.
I was disgusted to be a part of it, especially after I got to know the world of Trump and MAGA. There I was, on the side with ALL of the power - all of the culture, all of the institutions, all of the corporations

Kamala Harris’s closing message to women couldn’t be more condescending: If you aren’t voting for me, it must be because a man won’t let you.
Her campaign treats women as prisoners of their own marriages and relationships, as if the only way a woman can be free is if she’s wedded to the Democratic Party.
The vice president has an especially big problem with married women: They voted for Donald Trump 52% to 47% over the Biden-Harris ticket four years ago. But what if those weren’t really women’s votes — what if they were men’s votes, cast by women too scared to stand up for themselves?

Former President Trump rolled up to the battleground state of Wisconsin in a garbage truck on Wednesday, an apparent reference to President Biden's remarks about supporters of the Republican nominee, which has caused a firestorm for Vice President Kamala Harris in the final days of a hotly contested election. Trump was pictured in Green Bay inside a white garbage truck wearing an orange reflective vest with "Trump Make America Great Again 2024" emblazoned on the vehicle.
"How do you like my garbage truck?" Trump asked reporters. "This truck is in honor of Kamala and Joe Biden."

Former President Donald Trump was greeted at a Wisconsin airport Wednesday by a “big, beautiful MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN Garbage Truck.”
“Happening Now—President Trump is wheels down in Wisconsin…Everyone say hello to a special guest,” Trump campaign official Dan Scavino wrote on X, including a video of the MAGA-adorned garbage truck driving around the tarmac.

This year, Democrats are playing defense in Senate races, with all the most likely seats to flip currently held by Democrats. As the election nears, several races are tightening, putting Republicans within reach of gaining more Senate seats than anticipated.
The states that have shifted most in the Republican challengers' direction are Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. Both feature similar races, with former businessmen challenging longtime incumbent Democratic senators in swing states. A few months ago, both Republican challengers were trailing by more than 5 points, but now the races are much closer.
