FBI 'Quietly Revises' Violent Crime Stats

Original Article

Last year, when the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) initially issued its "final" nationwide crime data for 2022, the bureau reported that the country's violent crime rate decreased by 2.1 percent. Democrats quickly latched onto this purported percent change to counter Donald Trump's claims that crime is soaring under the Biden-Harris administration. However, a year later, the FBI has "quietly revised" those numbers, according to a RealClearInvestigations report by crime watchdog Dr. John Lott, correcting the dataset to show that violent crime actually increased in 2022 by 4.5 percent. This means the FBI was way off — by 6.6 percentage points.

A number of cities just quit reporting after the idiots at FBI started requiring a lot more data, and apparently very inconvenient to provide. So, either hire a few full time statisticians for the department to keep up with the FBI reporting instead of a few more cops...or.....fuggedaboutit. Cities just stopped reporting. So, FBI crime stats have been worthless for years now.

Well, well, well, well, well! Maybe the pompous ABC and CBS debate moderators (i.e., Democrat co-debaters) should get the update...and a demand for a correction AND apology to Trump for incorrectly "fact-checking" him on this very issue.

There is not a single government agency that effectively works in our country. Nothing but expensive, bloated agencies cranking out stupid policies. Argentina has the right idea. Take an axe to them.

Comedian Andrew Schulz and his "Flagrant" podcast co-hosts did a great interview of former President Donald Trump last week. People loved it because it showed Trump's humor and humanity as he spoke about his family, Elon Musk, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and what he wants his legacy to be. The difference between his off-the-cuff speaking and ability to answer questions versus Kamala Harris is stark. He spoke with the "Flagrant" guys for an hour-and-a-half, longer than anticipated, but they were having so much fun, they just continued.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sued a north Dallas doctor Thursday accusing her of providing harmful gender transition treatments to nearly two dozen minors in violation of Texas state law. AG Paxton filed suit against Dr. May Chi Lau who he claims provided hormone replacement therapy to 21 minors between October 2023 and August for the purpose of transitioning genders. Dr. May Lau, M.D. serves as the Medical Director of the Adolescent and Young Adult clinic at Children’s Medical Center Dallas. Texas state law that passed in September 2023 clearly prohibits “gender transition” medical interventions such as surgeries, puberty blockers, and cross-sex hormones for minors.

During an interview with Fox News Wednesday night, her first ever on the network and one of the few since becoming the Democratic nominee for president, Vice President Kamala Harris claimed she took on the Guadalajara Cartel during her time as a prosecutor in California. (X Video) There's just one major problem. By the time Harris became a prosecutor in the 1990s, the Guadalajara Cartel had already been disbanded. In the 1980s a criminal group rooted in the state of Sinaloa evolved into the first large-scale drug trafficking organization and became the precursor of most of Mexico’s current major criminal organizations.

On Wednesday, Vice President Kamala Harris took part in her first formal sit-down interview with Fox News as she spoke to Bret Baier. Immigration came up as a topic, particularly in the context of Americans who were allegedly murdered by illegal immigrants. Unfortunately, Harris didn't answer as to if she owed the families an apology, and mostly kept pivoting back to criticizing former and potentially future President Donald Trump during the interview. Patty Morin, the mother of one of those victims, Rachel Morin, was asked to respond to that interview during her appearance on "Fox & Friends" on Thursday morning.

Almost 100,000 firepits are being frantically recalled in the wake of multiple federal lawsuits filed by burn victims. The table-top appliances from Miami-based Colsen have already burned 19 people, the company conceded Wednesday - as it issued a historic recall for 89,500 indoor and outdoor items. So far there have been 31 reports of flame jetting and fire escaping the combustible containers, resulting in the injuries that continue to mount. Seven models of Colsen-branded fire pits - varying in size from five to 18 inches - were named in the recall, after two incidents resulted in third-degree burns. The fleet of pits had amounted to the company's entire catalog.

You knew news organizations would be making calls to professional lip readers after Joe Biden and Barack Obama were caught having a frank discussion at the funeral for Ethel Kennedy this week. The late Mrs. Kennedy passed away on October 10 at 96. Her funeral was another event where politicians, friends, and family would gather, and like most scared Democrats, some discussed the 2024 race. With death organs blasting in the background, Obama and Biden seemed beyond dispirited about the Kamala Harris operation, with the former president bluntly saying that Biden’s gal simply isn’t strong enough to win this election (via NY Post):

WASHINGTON — President Biden griped to former President Barack Obama that “she” is “not as strong as me” — with Obama agreeing “that’s true” — in a stunning off-mic conversation deciphered for The Post by a professional lip reader. The apparent candid assessment of Vice President Kamala Harris’ standing going into the Nov. 5 election occurred Wednesday afternoon as America’s two most recent Democratic presidents conversed at Ethel Kennedy’s memorial service in Washington. “She’s not as strong as me,” said Biden, 81, according to the translation, which was produced by analyzing the on-video lip movements during the discussion.

WASHINGTON — Vice President Kamala Harris angrily dodged questions on border policy, Iran and President Biden’s fitness for office in an contentious interview with Fox News host Bret Baier — as more polls showed her losing the initiative in the race for the White House. The 26-minute interview with the Democratic nominee kicked off with a tense grilling by Baier on immigration policy — with Harris repeatedly refusing to say that terminating former President Donald Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy was a mistake. Baier’s first question schooled Harris about the effects of the current administration’s more permissive policies, which allow many illegal border-crossers to await asylum rulings inside the US, before asking

What happened Wednesday night to Kamala Harris on Fox News may have been the equivalent to what happened to President Joe Biden at that infamous debate in June — irreparably exposed her as unacceptable to voters. In what was widely seen as a Hail Mary move by Kamala’s campaign, the vice president agreed to an extended interview on Fox News, one of the exceedingly few national TV interviews she’s done since she was anointed the Democrat Party’s post-Biden nominee. Remarkably, she offered nothing new in terms of her weak, often confusing answers to obvious questions, but she did finally face probing lines of inquiry and necessary follow-up

Vice President Kamala Harris is adding to her recent “media blitz” that until now has included stops at mostly friendly news outlets, talk shows and podcasts (which the Democratic presidential nominee has still inexplicably managed to bomb). Yet, this week, she’s shaking things up and doing her first ever sit-down interview with Fox News. The interview will take place Wednesday with Fox News anchor Bret Baier. Baier has said that he won't treat Harris with kid gloves during their conversation, and that any editing of the interview will only be for “timing” and that “no topic is off the table.” Sounds promising.
