President Biden held his first Cabinet meeting in almost a year and immediately turned the session over to a special guest — his wife, first lady Jill Biden. Mrs. Biden sat at the head of the table Friday and spoke about an initiative to fund women’s health programs. “This is the first time Jill has joined us and goes to show how important of an issue it is,” Mr. Biden said. It was Mr. Biden’s first Cabinet meeting since Oct. 2, 2023. The session offered the president a chance to show he is still in charge despite dropping his reelection bid and endorsing his top deputy, Vice President Kamala Harris,

Almost a YEAR without a Cabinet meeting? And none even after 10/07? Now this ~ mrs. jill at the head of the table. Speaking of lunacy, it has risen to a whole new level under biden's alleged administration. I hereby demand that the portion of his salary that comes from my taxes be returned to me forthwith. jill is another "first lady" that I won't miss. Can't wait for them both to exit stage left. Not that she would ever want to do so but can you imagine dems heads exploding if Melania led a Cabinet meeting? MSNBC would be having vapors and Mourning Joe would treat his audience to a epic freak out.

Wonder if they had her Fanfare For The First Lady played. She had one created for her. The joke is on her, tho, it sounded like the theme song from F Troop, a sitcom of long ago.

This must be why radio people were talking about Chelsea Clinton helping her father with an international meeting. Carter used Amy for some governing too. The Bush girls were probably too soused to be of much use to the Shrub.

Not surprising as anyone who has been paying attention has recognized that other than spouting old liberal Democrat BS, that Biden does not know which way is up. No doubt after the do-called Cabinet Meeting ended that Biden took off for another long weekend at his beach house in Delaware.

It's been obvious that after setting an initial course for eventual Disaster (out-of-control spending and out-of-control open borders, DEI, etc.) this administration has been leaderless, running on something between autopilot and bureaucratic inertia ever since. Whatever actual inputs have been imposed are in service of whatever puppet-masters are hidden behind the green curtain, whether it is Zero, Valjar, Soros, the Chicoms, or whoever. This has been forcibly brought home after the Sniffer was kicked out of the reelection process. He's been a 'quiet quitter' ever since. No-one cares what he does or what he says. That he had 'Ed.D' Jill hosting a meeting of the Clown Car Cabinet -the first one in over a YEAR?!) just underscores how inconsequential the whole operation is. It is truly the definition of 'Lame Duck' brought to life. The lights -some of them- may be on, but there's nobody home.

This is no joking matter Vice President Kamala Harris has decided to dodge former president Trump and skip this year’s Al Smith Dinner — a major election year event that generations of candidates have attended — becoming the first presidential hopeful to duck out since failed presidential wannabe Walter Mondale in 1984. While Trump has agreed to go to the 79th iteration of the Archdiocese of New York’s dinner on Oct. 17, Harris’s camp says she will instead campaing in key battleground states on the final stretch before election day, her campaign told The Post.

As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, Kamala Harris agreed to CNN’s invitation to a second debate against President Trump on October 23. Her campaign even had the audacity to claim that the American people deserve another opportunity to see the candidates face off before they cast their ballots after rejecting multiple other debate opportunities. However, it appears that someone forgot to inform Trump of her plans because he has no desire to face Harris again. During his campaign rally today in Wilmington, North Carolina, Trump revealed that he would reject CNN’s invitation to face off against Harris. He cited multiple factors, including that she’s losing the election, he’s already done two debates,

The Secret Service had multiple failures that led to a sniper nearly taking former President Donald Trump’s life at a campaign rally on July 13, according to a summary of an internal agency review released Friday. According to a summary of the Secret Service Office of Professional Responsibility’s initial mission assurance report, the Secret Service’s advance team, which first surveyed the rally site, failed to address or mitigate concerns it came across. The summary said the Secret Service and local law enforcement partners saw the Butler Farm Show site as a “challenge,” and that advance personnel and multiple supervisors with oversight of the security plan “recognized line of site concerns.”

During an interview with Bloomberg on Friday, North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper (D) declared that “you can’t compromise on women’s right to choose. I don’t think that you can compromise on the fact that we’ve got women who are in danger of dying because doctors are afraid of the government coming in and getting between them and their patient.” And opposed a compromise on a ban on abortion after 15 or 16 weeks because “many of these cases are very complicated and often involve parents who really want to have children, but have extraordinary complications. This is an issue that should be left to women and their doctors.”

Tempers flared on CNN when political commentator Scott Jennings correctly pointed out that Democrats are the top source of the troubling wave of anti-Semitism that has erupted in America. In recent years, the Democratic Party’s “big tent” has expanded to become a haven for Jew haters after it welcomed the progressive firebrands known as “The Squad” and their open hostility to Israel over the war on Hamas in Gaza has inspired campus and other protests that are one step away from becoming pogroms. With Democrats and their toadies looking to smear Donald J. Trump as being hostile to Jews by distorting his remarks to the Israeli-American Council summit, the sparks flew

The ruling was handed down on Friday, according to the Associated Press (AP). The outlet noted that the decision came “after officials uncovered a database error that, for two decades, mistakenly designated the voters as having access to the full ballot.” The report also said those individuals were already entitled to vote in federal races regardless of the court’s decision. The database error highlighted the problem with those voters’ citizenship statuses, Fox News reported on Friday.
