There is a considerable discussion starting about Kamala Harris potentially having a problem with alcohol {LINK}. In part, people are reviewing the videos of Mrs. Harris and there appears to be a pattern of odd behavior that seems like she is drunk. Mrs Harris has always been a rather odd person, with a propensity for speaking in gibberish.
