Friday marks the 50th anniversary of one of the darkest days in American politics — the day when the FBI and the rest of the deep state overthrew the duly elected government of President Nixon by forcing him to resign in a scandal designed by teh FBI and promoted by the Washington Post. The cover up was worse then the crime, because there really was no crime. Thus in less than two years, the deep state overturned the biggest Electoral College victory in 152 years. Nixon’s 520-17 win in 1972 was bested only by James Monroe and George Washington; both were unanimous choices although one of Monroe’s electors in the Electoral College

People should become familiar with the THIRD AMENDMENT to the United States Constitution. It is there for a very specific reason.

¹I would argue the armed person protecting the president or vice-president meets the general guidelines for a soldier in peacetime.

Probably inadvertently and for all the wrong reasons, Donald Trump made an important point last week when he said of the Democrats’ most recent presidential nominee, Kamala Harris:
“She was always of Indian heritage, and she was only promoting Indian heritage. I didn’t know she was Black until a number of years ago, when she happened to turn Black, and now she wants to be known as Black.”

SASC Chairman Jack Reed, D-R.I., “sweetened” this year’s version with a trade-off deal purporting to exempt female draftees from being “compelled to join combat roles that were closed to women prior to December 3, 2015.”
The defense bill would automatically register all persons of draft age (18-26) who are subject to Selective Service law, extending government power into the lives of every young person in America while weakening military readiness.

During her rally in Las Vegas tonight, she plugged the idea of no taxes on tips for people who work in the service industry. Her supporters cheered for the idea, many of them probably not even realizing that they were cheering for an idea that came from Trump.
This is especially ironic because Kamala Harris’s campaign has been extremely short on policy proposals. Now she finally puts one forth and it’s a Trump proposal.
