Honeymoon Over: UK Prime Minister Starmer’s
Net Approval Collapses by 16 Points

British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has seen his approval ratings plunge by 16 points in the past two weeks amid criticism of his handling of widespread anti-mass migration uprisings and the decision by his government to implement major cuts to winter fuel benefits. Just one month after sweeping to power in last month’s general election, it appears that the honeymoon is over for Sir Keir Starmer. According to the latest survey from Opinium, the left-wing leader has seen his net approval rating fall to just 3 per cent, down from 19 per cent two weeks ago, representing a decline of 16 points in a fortnight.

The dumbed-down, immigrant-heavy British electorate willingly voted for this communist - - and he still has +3 approval. The British government - - and all of the Euro governments - - can't undo the massive blunder of allowing millions of uncivilized creatures into their countries. Europe is doomed. It's bad enough now - - but in thirty years it will be completely unrecognizable.

FTA While his Labour Party had one of its largest electoral victories last month....the party did so on the back of just 33.7 per cent of the vote. Good point. The 'Right' vote was badly splintered, letting Labour win dozens of seats in conservative districts. But they are stuck with a left-wing government for up to 5 years.

The country is having buyers remorse, but then the so called Conservative Party was nearly as feckless and left wing as Labour. The UK got the government it deserves and will pay the price over the next six years. Labour won a huge majority in Parliament with 1/3 of the popular vote. Then again the countries with proportional representation as opposed to first across the wire seem frequently to end up with parliamentry deadlocks that cannot produce governing majorities. See the Netherlands, France, and Germany.

What voters need to do is start asking politicians what are you going to do if elected that you aren't telling us. He never mentioned the raise in taxes, the cutting of subsidies for winter fuel for the elderly and my favorite which isn't mentioned in this story is Starmer saying he's going to release all inmates from prison if they have served 40% of their sentence. That's going to be a real barn burner and if they think they have problems now, wait until hundreds of thousands of rapist, murderers and thieves are running around the country. A country where the ordinary citizens, excuse me, the subjects are forbidden to defend themselves.

How quickly politicians find out that it is much easier to run for office and say what you will do based on your political beliefs than to actually govern and make realistic decisions. Reality has set in and he has to make real decisions, not political campaign promises (which are often empty rhetoric).

When you have a large percentage of communists, muslims, assorted radicals and general malcontents in your country, nobody can be happy, as the United States is quickly learning along with most of Europe. That's the reason countries have borders.

There was never any honeymoon. People voted against "conservatives", who are socialists in GB, and are corrupt and worthless. That didn't fix anything, as Labor is communist. GB is finished, with declining standards of living, already 75% of the US, and overran with illegals.

I have to preface this by stating my tin foil hat is firmly in place. I find it very interesting that so many countries are having elections wherein a majority of the people’s choice is not the person who gets elected. Do we have world wide election shenanigans going on to thwart the will of the people and install the globalist’s anointed one? Clearly, the British people are fed up with the invasion of their country. Unfortunately, just like in King George III’s time, the people’s will is immaterial. These elite globalist tyrants have an agenda and it is is no way geared to individual liberty and the right to choose the men and women who would lead them. That particular reality must come from their betters for the greater good, don’t ‘cha know. It looks like free people take a stand now against this tyranny and corruption or we will relinquish our rights to be governed by whom we choose. If not, we will be ruled over by megalomaniacal tyrants driven by their power hungry obsession. As Ronald Reagan told us, there is a time for choosing, and I honestly believe that time is now.

Sorry for the second post, but let’s not be so hard on the UK, if not for the grace of God we would be in the same position. Clearly, evil is afoot in this world and far too many people wake up only when it is too late. 2024 will be defining moment in our history. We are far too close for comfort to falling into the globalist agenda. We are the last, best, hope for mankind but that can change when we wake up on November 6, 2024. The enemy is a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour and right now his sights are on the West, the USA being the big prize. I don’t believe many people are aware of the scope of the evil that is trying to blanket this world.

It has been almost three weeks since Vice President Kamala Harris launched her presidential campaign after President Joe Biden dropped out of the race. She still has not held a press conference. Of course, this isn’t to say Harris’ presence has not been felt on the political stage. She has been traveling to swing states and holding rallies to gin up support for her campaign. The vice president recently made waves on Tuesday by announcing Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her running mate. Yet, Harris appears to be avoiding interactions with the press at all costs.

Kamala Harris became visibly angry on Wednesday when her rally in Detroit was interrupted by pro-Hamas protesters. Members of the group "Uncommitted" began shouting multiple times, leading to Harris scowling and chastizing them as wanting Donald Trump to win the election. It was an awkward moment for a candidate who has remained completely insulated and free of any adversarial confrontations since she became the presumptive nominee. Her supporters quickly sought to spin the exchange as an example of her toughness, claiming she demonstrated what a tough woman who takes charge looks like. There's always more to the story, though.

When Kamala Harris announced the selection of pro-abort, anti-gun Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as a running mate on Tuesday, the Democrats thought they'd hit a trifecta. They have a Midwestern (though, in fairness, Minnesota is much more of an ersatz Canada than Midwestern) veteran high school coach to take the edge off Kamala's particularly nutty form of Marxism. Things haven't worked out that way. Within hours of Walz's announcement, it became apparent that his military service was characterized by opportunism and selfishness rather than the servant leadership that is the tradition of the United States Army. A recently surfaced recording of a Zoom call between the Biden/Harris team from 2020 reveals disconcerting evidence of the team's intentional targeting and manipulation of voters and relentless bullying of media outlets to control information. As RedState previously reported, the Missouri v. Biden (now styled Murthy v. Missouri) case is one of the most important free speech cases of recent years. Originally, the Fifth Circuit had ruled in favor of Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry and entered an injunction against the officials accused of censorship. Unfortunately, the Supreme Court later ruled that the plaintiffs did not have proper standing. One of the key people

Some unknown group set fires that wound up snarling the country's high-speed rail system for most of the day. On the day it happened there was no claim of responsibility so everyone was left wondering. What authorities did know was that whoever did it had a detailed knowledge of the French system. As the country’s train system jewel, the high-speed network remains its most protected, Mr. Dansart said, with fences, security cameras, protected access doors

Let's ask the true question of our time ... do Republicans actually "pounce"? Or do they "seize"? Enquiring minds want to know! The answer: Republicans have seized a moment in this election cycle largely handed to them by the Kamala Harris campaign. By picking a relatively obscure governor as a running mate, Democrats handed Donald Trump and the GOP a golden opportunity to redefine their opposition. And Trump's making the most of it, when he can remained disciplined enough to stay on message. The selection of Tim Walz and his hard-Left policies has allowed Trump to return to the ideological argument, calling him a "shocking pick" for the election.

Vice President Kamala Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz have adopted an interesting strategy for winning the presidency. The campaign is showcasing a conspicuous shift in tone and strategy: Projecting an image of positivity and joy. It’s an interesting approach, but will it be enough to secure a victory for Harris? When Harris announced Walz as her running mate in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, the two candidates adopted a more positive messaging approach. “We are joyful warriors,” Harris declared to raucous applause
