“Bait and switch” is a form of consumer fraud in which the seller offers a superior item at an attractive price but then withdraws that item and tries to get the buyer to purchase an inferior item at possibly a higher price. “A ‘bait and switch’ is ... a violation of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.” The Democrat party just perpetrated this fraud on its own voters when, after baiting them with an offer of Joe Biden as their 2024 presidential candidate, they sabotaged his candidacy, forced him to withdraw, and substituted Kamala Harris (AKA “Mike Nifong in a Pantsuit”) instead.

Joe Biden’s America.
With the focus on the Presidential election, Americans must remember that the border is still wide open.
The San Diego Sector has seen a massive increase in illegal immigration, especially since Texas has taken action under Operation Lone Star to protect their State from the invasion.
In one day alone this past week, 127 Chinese illegal aliens were apprehended at the southern border in the San Diego sector in California, per CBP.So far in fiscal year 2024, there are over 33,000 illegals in San Diego. That is a shocking 9,600 percent increase since 2021.

A Kamala Harris presidency would be historic - but not for the reason you think.
The VP's late entry into the 2024 presidential race has raised the prospect of America having its shortest ever leader.
At 5ft 2, Harris would be the shortest president since the 6ft 1.5in George Washington took up the role in 1789 (although Harris strongly insists she's around 5ft 4).Statistics suggest that candidates' stature plays a crucial role in whether they're picked for the next president.
Two-thirds of US presidential candidates who have won the popular vote were taller than their rival and the average height of US presidents is around 6ft.

In 2021, all eyes were on President Joe Biden after he abruptly pulled American troops out of Afghanistan, resulting in the deaths of 13 U.S. service members in a terror attack outside of Kabul’s Hamid Karzai International Airport. However, it turns out he didn’t act alone.
The media has been laser-focused on blaming Vice President Kamala Harris for the millions of illegal immigrants entering the U.S. through the southern border, but that's not the only thing she should be ridiculed for.She had just as much of a hand in the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan as Biden did.

Elon Musk retweeted a masterpiece on Kamala Harris created by Mr. Reagan.
The ad showcases Kamala Harris, her strengths and her record.
Here is the transcript:
“I, Kamal Harris, senior Democrat candidate for President because Joe Biden finally exposed his senility of debate. Thanks, Joe.
I was selected because I am the ultimate diversity hire. I’m both a woman and a person of color. So if you criticize anything I say, you’re both sexist and racist.

President Joe Biden is reportedly planning to unveil a dramatic Supreme Court reform next week in an attempt to overhaul the high court.
Two people familiar with the matter told Politico that the president is likely to endorse establishing term limits for justices, and bring in a code of ethics.
The 81-year-old is expected to push for an amendment that would limit immunity for presidents and other officeholders. His amendment would come directly after the court ruled that presidents are shielded from prosecution for officials acts, in a case brought by Donald Trump.
According to the outlet, the specifics remain unclear and could still change sources said.

Former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris are neck and neck in Pennsylvania, with results nearly identical to when President Joe Biden was presumed to be the Democrat nominee, according to a poll.
The Commonwealth Foundation poll of 800 registered voters, conducted after Harris became the frontrunner to be the Democrat nominee, showed her and Trump tied at 44 percent in a race including third-party candidates. Independent Robert F Kennedy Jr. lands in third place with six percent, while the Green Party’s Jill Stein and Libertarian Chase Oliver tie at one percent.
Another three percent of respondents were undecided.

The opening ceremonies of the Paris Olympics, which featured a transgender parody of the Last Supper while highlighting a controversial Muslim performer, have been branded as a national “suicide” by a former French government cabinet member.
While the Olympics were supposedly set to mark a political truce in France, which remains in limbo following President Emmanuel Macron’s snap elections that left the country without an actual government, the deeply divided country saw rage and elation — depending on political affiliation — over the opening ceremonies of the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris on Saturday evening. Dubbed the “gayest ever” games, the opening ceremony sparked condemnation for promoting paganism

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) praised the opening ceremony of the Olympics in Paris, France, as being “imaginative, inventive and memorable.”
The opening ceremony featured an opening dance number that showed women being “flung around on poles,” while another dance number showed three dancers, two men and a woman, who had been dancing through the streets, going up the stairs of a building as they began kissing. The dancers then went into a room and began to kiss some more. Lady Gaga also sang French songs in a prerecorded opening, while Celine Dion sang from the Eiffel Tower.

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals responded to Jack Smith’s bid to appeal Judge Cannon’s decision to dismiss the classified documents case against President Trump.
The appeals court provided a schedule that requires Trump and Jack Smith to file briefs through October, Politico reported.
Jack Smith’s chances of reviving the case will not happen before the election after all the legal briefs are filed and the court hears oral arguments.
Special counsel Jack Smith’s bid to revive the classified documents case against Donald Trump appears unlikely to be resolved or even argued in court before Election Day.

Kamala Harris regularly seems like a parody of a vice president, but a new fake campaign ad created by a social media creator who goes by the name “Mr Reagan” hysterically points out her serious flaws as a presidential candidate and shows why we should be terrified at the thought of her taking on the job of commander in chief.Mr Reagan makes it clear that the ad is not genuine and titles it simply “Kamala Harris Campaign Ad PARODY.” Then he brandishes his sarcasm scalpel and rips the VP’s speaking style and horrendous record to shreds.

Anti-Israel protestors and Hamas sympathizers who desecrated Washington, D.C.'s Union Station have learned their fates.
A minimum of eight people who participated in the anti-Israel protest during Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's speech Wednesday are now facing federal criminal charges after defacing federal property and fighting police.
Some protestors, however, have had their charges dropped by more lenient Washington, D.C. prosecutors. Frederick Coates, Crow Momamome and Antonio Somerville have all been charged with attempting to carry a dangerous weapon, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in D.C.
Nathaniel Lawrence, Sonia Krishan and Roger Miller have been charged with attempted theft.
