Nearly three years after the protests on January 6, 2021, Judicial Watch filed a $30 million wrongful death suit against the federal government for the Capitol Police shooting of Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt.
The Washington Examiner reported that the suit was filed on behalf of Babbitt’s estate and her husband, Aaron Babbitt, and claims the officer who shot Babbitt was “incompetent” and “dangerous” and should have recognized Babbitt posed no threat to Congress when she entered the House speaker’s lobby.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton shared on X at the time, “We just filed an important lawsuit. A $30 million dollar wrongful death action against the United States government

President Joe Biden is planning to announce a sweeping new policy Tuesday that would lift the threat of deportation for hundreds of thousands of people married to U.S. citizens, an aggressive election-year action on immigration that had been sought by many Democrats.
Biden will announce the new program at a White House event to celebrate the Obama-era 'dreamers' directive that offered deportation protections for young undocumented immigrants, according to three people briefed on the White House plans.
The policy will allow roughly 490,000 spouses of U.S. citizens an opportunity to apply for a 'parole in place' program, which would shield them from deportations and offer them work permits

Videos exposing President Joe Biden’s age, gaffes, and recent awkwardness in public are “cheap fakes” and published in “bad faith,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre claimed Monday.
During the first press conference in about three weeks, reporters asked Jean-Pierre if the White House was “worried” about Biden’s curious behavior that “appears to be a pattern.” (X Video) The questions came after a video on Sunday showed former President Barack Obama walking Biden off the stage after the president appeared to freeze at a fundraiser. Another video from last week appeared to show Biden wandering off into the distance in Europe before Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni turned him back

The Gaza-based reporter who held three Israeli hostages captive at his home worked for a US non-profit accused of “providing material support to Hamas” where hard-left professor Noam Chomsky sits on the editorial board.
Abdallah Aljamal — killed by Israeli Defense Forces during the raid to free the hostages from his home in Nuseirat — was a regular correspondent for The Palestine Chronicle, an Olympia, Washington state-based news outlet established in 1999, with sister publications in France and Italy.
Aljamal’s articles for the website lamenting the evils of war continued until just before the June 8 raid — many seemingly written while Jewish hostages taken by Hamas

More than 171,000 women traveled out of state to have abortions in 2023, according to data from the pro-abortion Guttmacher Institute.
Guttmacher’s Monthly Abortion Provision Study project — which estimates the number of abortions between January of 2023 and March of 2024 in states without total abortion restrictions — found that out-of-state travel for abortion has more than doubled since 2019, when 73,100 women crossed state lines for abortions, USA Today reported of the study.

Howard Kurtz of Fox News Channel’s Media Buzz spent his Sunday morning segment highlighting the past week's “badly hyped story that involves flat-out lying” to U.S. Supreme Court justices. As the election looms in the background of every news story, outing conservative Justices seems to be a weekly segment in the progressive media. Yet Kurtz and a panelist spoke out against the hypocrisy of these actions, defending SCOTUS.
Following soundbites of Lauren Windsor and the deceptively recorded conversations she had with Justice Alito and Chief Justice Roberts and the liberal media’s overwrought reaction, Kurtz questioned: “Clay, with so many shows treating this as a scandal,

Attorney General Merrick Garland was voted in contempt of Congress last week by the U.S. House of Representatives after repeatedly refusing to hand over the audio interview conducted by former Special Counsel Robert Hur with President Joe Biden. The interview was part of Hur's investigation into Biden's mishandling of classified information when he left the U.S. Senate and vice presidency. (X)
The transcript of Hur's interview with Biden was released shortly after the Special Counsel investigation was completed and found the president is "too old" with a "bad memory" to be charged with felonies he committed - which are documented in the final report.

Clashes at The Washington Post (WaPo) between publisher Will Lewis and the company’s staff highlights a growing trend of activist-minded reporters butting heads with their business side throughout liberal media — and stark decline in these outlets’ performance show their current model is simply not working.
Outlets like WaPo, The New York Times and NPR have all experienced high-profile inner conflicts between management and underlings in recent months. These battles underscore a shift in media where reporters see themselves as the vanguard for democracy rather than objective fact-finders, former employees and media analysts told the Daily Caller.

The top intelligence agency in the United States is celebrating Pride Month by inviting agents to have the transgender flag painted on their nails, participate in a “Pride Ally Challenge,” and learn from a “non-binary,” “Filipinx” activist who has taught children about her non-binary identity, a document exclusively obtained by The Daily Wire reveals.
The intelligence document outlines nine different Pride Month activities held by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), a cabinet-level agency overseeing the rest of the IC, including the CIA, FBI, NSA, and intelligence components in each branch of the military.

Is Joe Biden okay?
Biden’s bizarre behavior continued on Monday after he was seen mumbling nonsense about “Joe jobs” at a California fundraiser.
Joe Biden on Monday hosted a bilateral meeting with Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg of NATO in the Oval Office.
After a quick greeting, reporters were booted from the Oval Office.
The reporters were shouting questions at Biden as he smirked. Out of nowhere, Biden mocked the reporters with a bizarre outburst.

People of a certain age will remember the name “Donald Segretti.” In the 1972 re-election campaign of President Richard Nixon, this youthful campaign aide made the phrase “dirty tricks” part of the American political lexicon. Segretti’s mischief included sending embarrassing letters under the names of Nixon’s political rivals. Although his dirty tricks had little or no effect on the election’s outcome, Segretti served four and a half months in prison.
With Segretti’s four and a half months as a baseline, the 51-plus dirty tricksters who conspired successfully to get Joe Biden elected president in 2020 would seem to deserve no less. Confident to a fault about
