Self-described “Catholic” and “Republican” senate candidate Larry Hogan is advocating for “restoring Roe v. Wade as the law of the land.”
Hogan previously served as the governor of Maryland.
“As governor, I protected the rights of Maryland women to make their own reproductive health decisions. I will do the same in the Senate by restoring Roe v. Wade as the law of the land. No one should come between a woman and her doctor,” Hogan wrote in a post on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter. (X) The candidate also linked to an article from the New York Times headlined, “Hogan Backs Codifying Roe, Tacking Left on Abortion

Yes, Mr. Hogan appears to be another “Cafeteria Catholic,” choosing what he wants to believe in, just like Joe Biden, the “Geriatric Goniff,” another loathsome Roman Catholic.

What SCOTUS SAID is that the FEDERAL GOVERMENT does not have the authority to rule on abortion under the Constitution, which specifies the reach of the Federal government. Such matters then devolve to the States.
So, Constitutionally, "returning" to Roe v. Wade is legally impossible. It is simply NOT the business of the Federal government to do it.
Larry Hogan is a moron and doesn't seem to have the grasp of legality to qualify to be a Senator. Unfortunately, he won the primary so it's a choice between him and the dem. If he wins, he should be primaried out in 6 years.

Selfish, promiscuous people will always clamor for the right to kill their babies and it will always be wrong. Can we discuss something else that can be solved instead of this never-ending liberal topic?

Hogan seems to be a "Catholic Republican" the same way Biden is a "Catholic Democrat".
How disappointing.

I think he meant to say "No one should come between a woman and Planned Parenthood". And if he feels so strongly about this issue, then call it by the correct term -- abortion, not "reproductive health".

If Hogan manages to win the election, we'll be saddled with another insidious rino. Will he do anything worthwhile? Probably not.

Hogan has always been a RINO. He has to say this in order to have a chance in The People’s Republic of Maryland.

This is why conservative Republicans in Maryland held their noses and voted for Hogan. Hogan passes as a conservative in Maryland. His popularity to many demosluts was that he was a never Trumper. He can win the Senate seat in Maryland based on that alone. The Supreme Court has made it known that Roe V Wade is NOT a federal issue. It never should have been, but a liberal court made it so. His calling for Roe v Wade to be restored is just a campaign ploy. Getting an abortion in Maryland will never be a problem. So, it's a nonissue in Maryland. Getting Hogan as a senator isn't the best solution, but it's better than the alternative. Another demoslut that will vote against everything Trump wants and what's best for the country.

True Republicans and Christians do not kill their young. Dems, leftists, feminists, and liberal sorority girls do. Think about it.

Read carefully, and you see he's simply stating he's okay with allowing such a decision to be made by the woman.
He does not support or condone the decision, or makes his own personal beliefs part of the consideration.
Most people don't want to be told what they can, or can't do (remember the jab demand that suddenly created the resistance?). PERIOD.
And, whether you personally believe it's immoral or something more, is your belief.

Good. He backs repelling Obambicare! He just stated (FTA), " No one should come between a woman and her doctor,” So not just women, but men as well. And since Obambicare copied that the federal goobernment and insurance companies could and should strand between every man, woman and child in this country and their doctor. Oh wait, he is an undocumented Democrat so of course he stands for a two tier Healthcare system.

Hogan is nothing but a big government democrat with an R behind his name. He is worse than a Rino. If he wins, he will just be replacing the other democrat Romney who is retiring.
