A Walmart Deli worker has qualified for the U.S. Olympic track and field trials in Eugene, Oregon.
Hurdler Dylan Beard qualified for the Olympic trials after placing first in the 60m hurdles at the Millrose Games in February.
Unlike other Olympic athletes who train full-time and are sponsored, Beard is not sponsored yet and supports himself by working as a deli worker at Walmart.
Beard’s Walmart manager, David Davis, shared, “Dylan’s work ethic is next level. He provides excellent customer service all the time. He goes above and beyond, just like he does on the track.”

New York City commuters trying to get home Friday night after concluding their workweek might find themselves stuck on a stalled train car after pro-terrorist demonstrators decided they should hold a rally there.

According to a citizen journalist, delays are expected as an MTA conductor stopped the train, demanding that the protestors leave. The video, uploaded to social media, shows the group, who carried signs aboard, chanting and saying that they had paid their fare and were refusing to get off the train. [Tweet, video]
Preliminary reporting gives little indication about the location of the incident,

Joe Biden held a Medal of Freedom ceremony on Friday in which he awarded standouts like John Kerry, Al Gore, and Nancy Pelosi with America's highest civilian honor. What did they do to deserve such a reward? The answer is nothing, but they have been radical leftists, and that was enough.
As with any public appearance by Biden, the event offered ample evidence of his senility. At one point, he appeared to forget what he was there for, perhaps mistakenly thinking he was awarding the Medal of Honor to someone. [Video]
That was just the warm-up, though. In multiple instances, the president's jumbo-sized teleprompter just wasn't enough.

If you wonder what city has the worst leftist activists in the country, I think it's fair to say there's no real contest there. As we found out during the BLM riots, it was Portland, hands down.
When you attack a federal building for more than 100 days in a row, I think you win the "you're the worst" award.
The problem is that the government has allowed this to fester and get out of hand for years as the radicals have continued to break the law, often with few consequences.
Now we come to the present shiny object, with the campus protests at Portland State University supposedly for "Gaza."

Pro-Palestinian protesters taking part in an encampment at Princeton University began a hunger strike to raise awareness for starving people in Gaza.
The Princeton Israeli Apartheid Divest (PIAD) student organization posted a series of photos on Instagram announcing that pro-Palestinian protests would be launching a hunger strike “in solitary with Gaza.”
“PRINCETON STUDENTS LAUNCH HUNGER STRIKE IN SOLIDARITY WITH GAZA!!” the group wrote.
PIAD explained that as part of the hunger strike, protesters would “abstain from all food and drink” except for water until their demands were met.
“We commit our bodies to their liberation of Palestine,” the group continued. “PRINCETON, hear us now! We will not be moved!”

Mark Hamill made a surprise visit to the White House press briefing room after meeting with President Joe Biden.
The Star Wars actor’s visit came a day before May the 4th, an annual day of celebration for the franchise.
“There’s no introduction that really is needed,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said. “I have a special guest, as you can see, Mark Hamill has decided to join us on this wonderful Friday. And, I am really excited to turn it over to Mr. Hamill.
Hamill, who is known for his role as Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars franchise, asked the group of reporters gathered in the room

Actor Jeff Daniels said Friday on MSNBC’s “Deadline” that he believed midwesterners were done with former President Donald Trump’s “lack of decency.”
On the New York business document trial, Daniels said, “I know this is costing him where I live in Michigan. This is costing him votes.”
He continued, “There’s just a lack of decency that Donald has kind of hitched his wagon to. He keeps telling us these things. You know, I mean, I look at the trial every day, and you watch what happens in the trial, and then you watch him talk about it like it was an amazing day. No, it wasn’t. It really wasn’t.

Despite its previous wars and rhetoric against Israel since the Jewish State's founding — don't get us started on Queen Rania — the government of Jordan, though a senior diplomat, entirely rebuffed the suggestion that Hamas leaders could move to the Kingdom from their current home base in Qatar.
Mousa Abu Marzouk, the deputy political chief for Iran-backed Hamas, said in a recent interview that if Qatar decided to boot the terrorist leaders, Hamas would "move to Jordan."
Jordan, however — after its air force joined in the defense of Israel during Iran's unprecedented direct attack on the Jewish State — said that's not an option.

Every year around this time, the Mainstream Media is filled with claims from "experts" who tell us that there are more tornadoes, hurricanes, blizzards, and every other form imaginable of severe weather, thanks to climate change.
Expect a whole new raft of such claims in the weeks ahead, thanks to this past weekend's outbreak of tornados in Texas, Oklahoma, and elsewhere in the Midwest. The drone shots of the flattened downtown of Sulphur, Okla., demonstrate that severe weather is a seriously damaging and dangerous phenomenon.
When people first began to make these claims, I was naturally skeptical. Having grown up in central Oklahoma, the heart of Tornado Alley,

It's hard to imagine a worse day in court than having a reliable witness come in, throw his own client, Stormy Daniels, under the New York Subway train, and then completely disembowel the prosecution's case, at least the one they're selling to the jury.
That's what happened Thursday in the Hush Trump case in Manhattan. The Get Trump prosecutors' big coup of a witness, Stormy Daniels' attorney Keith Davidson, basically pantsed D.A. Alvin Bragg, his assistant D.A., and lead prosecutor Matthew Colangelo in front of God and everybody.
First, Davidson threw his client, the former adult movie copulator, under the B train by leaving her naked and exposed as the conniving extortionist

Two parents are facing homicide charges after their 15-month-old baby was found dead from ingesting drugs, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
The parents, Daniel Miller, 48, and Kelli Starling, 37, were arrested and booked into the Marion County Jail Wednesday night, Fox 35 Orlando reported. Both are facing charges of homicide-aggravated child manslaughter, and Miller is also facing a charge of fentanyl possession.
The toddler, Daltin Miller, was found dead in a home on 28th Lane in Ocala on March 1, according to the report. Investigators found that the baby had died after ingesting “fentanyl, methamphetamine and xylazine, a horse tranquilizer” or “tranq,”

Former ESPN personality Jemele Hill was triggered by a video of white frat boys counter-protesting left-wing pro-Palestinian supporters who were marching on the campus of the University of Mississippi.
About 30 protesters gathered on the Ole Miss Quad to show their support for Palestinians as Hamas continues its pledge to kill Jews. Still, their protest also brought a larger number of counter-protests, many dressed in the red, white, and blue of our national flag and some carrying Trump flags. The counter-protesters laughed at and mocked the pro-Palestinian demonstrators.
One video of the mocking sent The Atlantic writer to call for an investigation by university authorities,
