The 1792 Exchange launched a database exposing the political biases of woke Fortune 250 companies such as Disney.
The 1792 Exchange is a nonprofit dedicated to providing resources and developing policies to educate Americans about “woke” companies, as well as the dangers with Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) investing.
The nonprofit launched its “Board Bias” database exposing the political activities and ideological statements from board members and executives.
“The Board Bias database gives folks a fuller picture of the people behind the decisions made by corporations. We hope it’s a tool that informs shareholders and educates the public,” Daniel Cameron, the CEO of the 1792 Exchange, told Breitbart News in a statement.

The judge presiding over Donald Trump's falsifying business records case shot down his bid to use presidential immunity as part of his defense, finding the former president waited too long to raise the issue.
In his ruling Wednesday, Judge Juan Merchan also denied Trump's motion to delay the trial's start date until the U.S. Supreme Court rules on his immunity claims in the federal election interference case in Washington, D.C. Trump had contended in a New York filing last month that he’s immune from state prosecution based on “official acts,” and that some of the evidence against him should be kept out of the impending trial because

In 2020, President Joe Biden's victory was buoyed by strong support among Black and Latino voters, as well as young voters.
It was this concentration of support in key swing states including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin that gave Biden the edge that year.
But in a new Wall Street Journal survey of the seven swing states, Biden continues to struggle to recreate the 2020 electoral coalition that paved his way to the White House.
Former President Donald Trump leads Biden in all of the above mentioned states, plus North Carolina.

NEW YORK CITY — First Lady Jill Biden refuted a new Wall Street Journal poll Wednesday showing former President Donald Trump leading President Joe Biden in six battleground states.
Jill Biden claimed on CBS Mornings the president was even with or leading Trump in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina and Wisconsin.
He’s not losing in all the battleground states. He’s coming up, and he’s even or doing better,” she said. “Once people start to focus in, and they see their two choices, it’s obvious that Joe will win this election.”
Americans have been excited and understand the presidential election’s consequences, according to the first lady.

The Biden administration is secretly using migrant flights to dump illegal aliens into the United States. It turns out that most of them are being flown into Florida and Texas.
Hmm. Is it a coincidence that two red states that are being vigilant in securing their borders are receiving 90% of the migrant flights? I don't think so.
The Center for Immigration Studies analyzed available public information on U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) website. It's difficult to know the full picture since the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) refuses to publicly identify the dozens of international airports it has approved for direct flights from abroad for some inadmissible aliens.

Elon Musk is backing Nelson Peltz in the proxy battle for the future of Disney.
Onlookers are waiting with baited breath after the bitter voting to select Disney’s board of directors closed last night, with CEO Bob Iger‘s nominees appearing likely to win out. However, that didn’t stop X/Twitter and Tesla owner Musk taking to social media this morning to provide his two cents.
He wrote: “Nelson Peltz should definitely be on the Disney board! He would help reform the company, improve the quality of product and generally serve in the best interests of shareholders, as he has done at many other companies. This would significantly improve Disney’s share price.”

Disney shareholders on Wednesday reelected the media conglomerate's full board, preliminary results show, handing a stinging defeat to activist Nelson Peltz and former Marvel CEO Ike Perlmutter, both of whom agitated for change at one of America's most storied companies.
The widely expected victory caps a combative months-long process and affirms the board's decisions, from the move to bring back CEO Bob Iger to his efforts to re-invigorate the $223 billion media company. Peltz and Trian wanted to oust two directors — Maria Elena Lagomasino and Michael Froman — citing sustained share underperformance, a failed succession process, and billions in misdirected investments.

Special counsel Jack Smith strongly criticized a recent order by the judge presiding over the case of former President Donald Trump’s alleged mishandling of classified documents, saying that her request for jury instructions from his office and Trump's lawyers is based on a “fundamentally flawed legal premise.”
In a court filing Tuesday, Smith argues that the legal premise behind Judge Aileen Cannon’s request is “wrong” and that it would “distort” the trial. The special counsel urged Cannon to “promptly” decide whether the legal premise in question represents a “correct formulation of the law,” and indicated that federal prosecutors might file an appeal if the judge rules against them.

The House Judiciary Committee is investigating whether major advertisers ran afoul of antitrust laws by coordinating about which news outlets to blackball.
The committee, chaired by Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), obtained documents from the World Federation of Advertisers that show how it implemented a strategy to prevent major advertisers from doing business with disfavored news outlets. The coordinated effort could have the effect of bankrupting news organizations that don’t get the stamp of approval. “The World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) through its Global Alliance for Responsible Media (GARM) initiative may be acting inconsistent with U.S. antitrust laws and congressional intent by coordinating GARM members’ efforts to demonetize

Tesla, Inc. stock took a hit Tuesday as the electric vehicle maker posted sales numbers showing their first year-over-year quarterly decline since 2020. As of this writing, the stock is down five percent for the day, and it's tumbled 34 percent over the last six months.
The sales drop comes amidst increasing competition and a lowered customer appetite for EVs.
The Austin, Texas, company said Tuesday that it delivered 386,810 vehicles worldwide from January through March, almost 9% below the 423,000 it sold in the same quarter of last year. It was the first year-over-year quarterly sales decline in nearly four years.
Sales also fell short of even the most bearish

As RedState reported, Israeli forces mistakenly hit vehicles carrying aid workers on Monday as they traveled through an active war zone. The World Central Kitchen convoy included citizens of Australia, Britain, and Poland. One American perished as well. Israel immediately admitted to the mistake and started an investigation into how it occurred. That didn't stop Joe Biden from climbing upon his high horse and raging against the long-time American ally. In a statement brimming with condescension and faux righteousness, the president claimed he was "outraged" at the event, asserting that Israel "has not done enough"
