group of several hundred illegal immigrants forcibly pushed past Texas National Guard troops on Thursday in El Paso, Texas, breaking through razor wire and assaulting guardsmen as they forcibly rushed a border gate.
Video of the clash, which was filmed by reporters from the New York Post, quickly went viral. It shows the crowd of migrants, all of them adult men, at first putting their hands up as they crowd around a small group of Texas guardsmen trying to block an opening in the fence the migrants had created. After what appears to be a brief physical altercation, the crowd rushes past the guardsmen.

Vice President Kamala Harris’ plan to tour the building where the 2018 Parkland, Florida mass shooting occurred isn’t sitting well with some victims’ parents.
Take Ryan Petty, whose 14-year-old daughter Alaina Petty died during the 2018 mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
Speaking with Fox News this week, he outright accused Harris of trying to use the school for a “photo op” to “push” a gun control agenda.
“What’s frustrating to me is that this building should have been demolished years ago, and it’s now being used as a photo op for politicians that want to push an agenda,” he said.

As the border crisis continues to worsen, it almost seems like each week brings another tragedy to light illustrating the impact that the problem is having on American citizens. Just weeks after the murder of Laken Riley at the hands of an illegal immigrant, another story out of Massachusetts has people wondering when the government will finally do something about the problem at the southern border. A Haitian migrant was arrested for raping a 15-year-old girl at one of the hotels being used to shelter illegal immigrants and asylum seekers coming over the border. Gov. Evans, who hopes to oust Miller in West Virginia’s First Congressional District, spoke to Breitbart News Saturday host Matthew Boyle after Miller, along with 100 other House Republicans, voted for the $1.2 trillion “minibus” spending bill only hours after it was released.
Even though a majority of House Republicans opposed the minibus spending bill, Miller, who represents a ruby-red district in the Mountain State, voted for the bill.
Evans, a former West Virginia state delegate, said that Miller should not be even considered a Republican in Name Only (RINO).

I still keep in touch with people in China and study closely its internal affairs. It isn’t easy because the CCP has such a tight grip on media and communications

The minibus spending package contained funding bills for the Departments of Defense (DOD), Labor (DOL), Health and Human Services (HHS),

A group of several hundred illegal immigrants forcibly pushed past Texas National Guard troops on Thursday in El Paso, Texas, breaking through razor wire and assaulting guardsmen as they forcibly rushed a border gate.
Video of the clash, which was filmed by reporters from the New York Post, quickly went viral. It shows the crowd of migrants, all of them adult men, at first putting their hands up as they crowd around a small group of Texas guardsmen trying to block an opening in the fence the migrants had created.

Fighting raged on Saturday around Gaza's main hospital where Israel says it has so far killed more than 170 gunmen in an extensive raid, which the Palestinian Health Ministry says has also resulted in the deaths of five patients.
The armed wing of Hamas and the Islamic Jihad said their fighters were engaged in battles with the Israeli forces outside and around the vicinity of Al Shifa hospital in Gaza City, though Hamas denies any presence inside the facility. Israeli troops stormed Al Shifa in the early hours of Monday morning and have been combing through the sprawling complex, which the military says is connected to a tunnel network used as

When we started this site, exposing mainstream media bias was a big part of our mission. Using the then-new internet, we and many others held liberal outlets (i.e., virtually all of them) accountable in a way that hadn’t happened before. The effect of that effort was not that the liberal press became more accurate or more objective. Rather, they came out of the closet. For the most part, they no longer make any serious pretense of neutrality. Whether that is an improvement or not is debatable.

In the 1966 movie "A Man for All Seasons," Sir Thomas More faces Richard Rich, an ambitious office seeker who would ultimately lie and betray him. In this British historical drama, More warns Rich that "when a man takes an oath, he's holding his own self in his own hands like water, and if he opens his fingers then, he needn't hope to find himself again." This week, Democrats appear to have finally drained away what remained of themselves and their party. For years, Democratic members and the media have demanded any evidence of the direct involvement or knowledge of President Joe Biden of the influence-peddling

WASHINGTON — The Senate voted 74-24 early Saturday morning to pass a sweeping $1.2 trillion government funding bill after heated last-minute negotiations caused senators to breach the midnight deadline to avert a shutdown.
But the funding lapse was brief and technical, having no meaningful impact as the White House said it has "ceased shutdown preparations" due to a Senate agreement, which came after Republicans demanded votes on a series of amendments. The legislation, which passed the House on Friday morning by a vote of 268-134, now goes to President Joe Biden, who has said he'll sign it into law. It completes a turbulent government funding process during the divided government,

A new air quality report found that Canada had the most polluted air of any North American country in 2023, as critics say the Trudeau government's scattered response to the disaster likely made matters worse. "2023 marks the first time in our report’s history that Canada had such high levels of PM2.5," Natasha Ganes, Public Relations Manager for IQAir North America, told Fox News Digital. "Wildfires in the summer of 2023 devastated air quality throughout not only Canada, but also the United States as well due to transboundary haze and air pollution that drifted across borders."

Alongside their usuals of drug and human trafficking, certain cartels are beginning to target the elderly population in America with timeshare scams that are estimated to be earning millions.

A Venezuelan TikToker who has gone viral for videos where he tells his followers how to exploit the US as a migrant has been deemed a troll by his fellow countrymen.
Leonel Moreno, who goes by @leitooficial_25, has amassed half a million followers on TikTok with inflammatory videos where he takes the persona of a stereotypical freeloading immigrant, telling his followers how to exploit America's social safety net.
In one of his now-viral videos, the Ohio resident instructed his followers how to 'invade' American homes and invoke squatter's rights, claiming that under US law, 'if a house is not inhabited, we can seize it.'

In the spring of 2021, volunteer investigators from Ohio acquired publicly available voter data for all 88 counties and started their analysis. Over the next year the researchers found hundreds of thousands of records in their state’s voter rolls with irregular data for which they couldn’t identify consistent explanations, no matter who they asked.
In late summer of 2022, they reached out to Marly Hornik, co-leader of New York Citizens Audit, whose team had identified similar inaccuracies in the New York State data. In 2023, Hornik and Harry Haury, an expert in cybercrime and election law, founded United Sovereign Americans and developed a legal strategy for securing the validity of

During an interview with the Fox News Channel aired on Friday’s broadcast of “Special Report,” Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) reacted to claims that 30,000 Palestinians have been killed in the Israel-Hamas war — a claim that has been repeated by President Joe Biden — by stating that number includes a huge number of Hamas terrorists and also said that the war could end immediately if Hamas would surrender and release the hostages.
Fetterman said, [relevant remarks begin around 1:55] “I was very disappointed that our caucus wasn’t — we didn’t have the opportunity to do that. I really wanted to hear from Netanyahu. In fact, I even asked the Republicans —

We are all aware that democracy is not a modern invention. It was characteristic of many city-states in the ancient world. Athens, for instance, had a flourishing democracy in the 5th and 4th centuries B.C., until the independence of the city disappeared in the emerging age of empires. Rome had a “mixed” constitution in which democracy was an important element until the republic vanished, to be replaced by monarchy in the first century B.C., the age of Caesar and Augustus.
We moderns didn’t create democracy. However, beginning with the American Founding Fathers,

Recently, The New York Times called one of their little exposés of normal people with government jobs no one had ever heard of the “deep state” and then went on to say that those people and their jobs are “kind of awesome.”
It is always enlightening when the incompetent media tries to use propaganda and fails spectacularly. It’s obvious that they never even consulted the official definition of the “deep state” — a body of people, typically influential members of government agencies or the military, believed to be involved in the secret manipulation or control of government policy — before writing a completely bogus piece.

Karl Marx would be proud: Bernie Sanders has urged taking another step toward the philosopher’s envisioned utopia by proposing to mandate a four-day work week In communist society, Marx wrote, workers would be liberated to “hunt in the morning, fish in the afternoon, raise cattle in the evening, criticize after dinner, just as I have in mind, without ever becoming hunter, fisherman, shepherd, or critic.” Needles to say that’s not how communism turned out. Yet the belief that work is basically a capitalist imposition that is unnatural and bad for people still holds sway on the left, and Sanders is, accordingly,

The ousted news exec was seen solo in the corner of the Los Angeles club’s private open air library, texting away on his phone with his feet up.
Maybe Licht’s had the last laugh after all?

Ketanji Brown Jackson, is concerned the First Amendment is “hamstringing the government.”
That’s a 5-alarm fire of a pull-quote from a sitting Supreme Court justice, and she should absolutely be impeached and removed from the Court over it. I’m as serious as a heart attack here. Nearly every sentence of this single thought of hers adds up to textbook fascism, (a hybrid economic system in which the private economy exists but under strict state regulations, and must give way to the national interest, which is whatever the government says it is.) So, let’s go. First the full quote, directly from the SCOTUS transcript, followed by seven handpicked doozies worth analyzing:

A federal judge on Thursday dismissed a lawsuit challenging a District of Columbia law allowing “noncitizen residents” to vote in local elections. Judge Amy Berman Jackson, an appointee of President Barack Obama, found that a group of seven citizen plaintiffs lacked standing to challenge the legislation. (snip)
The judge concluded: “At bottom, they are simply raising a generalized grievance which is insufficient to confer standing.” (snip) Additionally, in combination with other laws, the Noncitizen Voting Act permits illegal immigrants to serve as D.C. mayor, to serve on the D.C. Council, and to serve on the D.C. Board of Elections.

BASTROP, Texas — A cement truck veered into a school bus carrying more than 40 pre-K students returning from a field trip to a Texas zoo Friday, killing a boy on the bus and a man in another vehicle, authorities said.
Officials said the bus rolled over on the highway in the rural outskirts of Austin, where a heavy presence of emergency vehicles shut down traffic for hours. The roof of the bus was crumpled, and much of another vehicle nearby was pulverized. Personal items were strewn across the road.
Four people in critical condition were airlifted from the crash site. Six others with potentially serious injuries were transported by ambulance,

The Senate failed to pass a $1.2T government spending package that was approved by the House earlier on Friday, ushering in a partial government shutdown. The upper chamber's Republicans and Democrats did not reach a deal in which they would forego a lengthy period of debate and swiftly take a vote on the spending bills in time to avoid the shutdown. Due to disagreements between the parties on whether to consider several amendments, the bills weren't passed prior to the 12:01 a.m. deadline on Saturday.

It's 3 pm Central as I'm writing this, so there could well be more updates before posting time. But what we know so far is that, a few hours ago, gunmen entered one of the largest concert halls in a suburb known as Moscow Oblast and opened fire on the crowd within.
There were also explosions reported.
The concert hall is connected to a large shopping mall. That was seen erupting into flames as panicked shoppers and concertgoers escaped, and drivers on the roadway next to it videoed the scene. At last count there were over 40 (now reporting up to as many as 60) dead and at least 100 injured,

Frank Luntz recently appeared on CNN and was asked about the possibility of New York AG Letitia James seizing Trump’s assets.
He gave the far left network a stark warning, saying that if James does this, she will essentially make Trump’s case for him and he will surely be elected.
The point Luntz is making is a good one, but it may have already happened in the mind of the public. People already see this happening. The mere possibility of it is as real as if it already happened.

Harry and Meghan have reached out to Prince William and Kate after her shock cancer diagnosis.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were understood to have made contact with the Prince and Princess of Wales 'privately' last night.
It is not clear if the contact was a phone, video call or some messages of support. The possibility of whether Harry would fly back to the UK is not known. It was also claimed in the United States last night that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex only learnt about Kate's condition at the same time the world heard the news.

Political pollster Frank Luntz is no fan of Donald Trump but he sees the former president back in the White House if the current persecution against him continues.
Luntz issued a direct message to New York Attorney General Letitia James and warned that the legal machinations against the presumptive 2024 Republican nominee could backfire, speaking specifically about reports that James may be preparing to seize Trump properties as part of the civil fraud case she brought against him.
During a CNN panel discussion, Luntz cautioned the New York AG not to “play politics” lest her efforts propel Trump to a victory in November.
