Protests and Wheatpasting: 'Intifada'
Planned for NYC

Wheatpasting? Yeah, I'll get to that. New York City does not have enough problems these days. True, those problems are largely the result of the choices of the electorate, and for that, residents of the Big Apple have no one to blame but themselves. You know, elections, consequences, blah, blah, blah. Advertisement Between the crush of illegal immigrants, the Mad Max reenactments on the subway, open-air drug sales, homeless people, and God knows what else, the good people of Gotham must now gird their loins for a four-day event like no other. And we are not talking about Fashion Week, a film festival, or a major sporting event.

Comments:

Sounds kinda insurrection-y to me . . .

And it's not a coincidence that it's on Easter weekend either. I hope the electorate in New York are happy with their choices.

We may surmise the uses planned for illegals in NYC. They will come in handy when bridges, tunnels, runways, highways and building entrances need to be blocked.

The terrorist 'religion' is in a panic mode, if you can't tell the difference from their normal mode, since Bibi is doing a great job of eliminating that hateful cancer from Israel's border. Meanwhile those demonic Koran worshippers are right here, and it's our problem as well.

Since there is absolutely no republican presence in NYC voters have little chance to vote for anyone but a communist which is exactly what NY democrats are. So substantial blame MUST be put on the so-called republican party and Ed Cox, the renamed NYS republican party chair. Moron and rhino extraordinaire Cox offers absolutely no serious opposition to the NY democrat/communist candidates.

Toss another reason on the huge pile that I won't be going to NYC, probably ever again.

Political pollster Frank Luntz is no fan of Donald Trump but he sees the former president back in the White House if the current persecution against him continues. Luntz issued a direct message to New York Attorney General Letitia James and warned that the legal machinations against the presumptive 2024 Republican nominee could backfire, speaking specifically about reports that James may be preparing to seize Trump properties as part of the civil fraud case she brought against him. During a CNN panel discussion, Luntz cautioned the New York AG not to “play politics” lest her efforts propel Trump to a victory in November.

April’s total solar eclipse promises to be a scientific bonanza, thanks to new spacecraft and telescopes — and cosmic chance. The moon will be extra close to Earth, providing a long and intense period of darkness, and the sun should be more active with the potential for dramatic bursts of plasma. Then there’s totality’s densely populated corridor stretching from Mexico to the U.S. to Canada. Hundreds if not thousands of the tens of millions of spectators will double as “citizen scientists,” helping NASA and other research groups better understand our planet and star. They’ll photograph the sun’s outer crownlike atmosphere, or corona, as the moon passes between the sun and Earth,

One of the many weaknesses Democrats have is their inability to understand the opposition. This was most evident following former President Donald Trump’s upset victory against Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election. Democrats were left shell-shocked and bewildered because they just didn’t get Trump’s appeal, nor did they comprehend how repulsive the former secretary of state was to ordinary Americans. Still, it seems they may get another crack at learning this lesson in the 2024 presidential race, if MSNBC host and former White House press secretary Jen Psaki is any indication. She correctly identified the threat a strong third-party candidate presents to President Joe Biden’s re-election bid

Over the years, investigations and reports have revealed a disturbing culture of corruption, favoritism, and cover-ups among the leaders of the U.S. Capitol Police (USCP). With incidents dating back to the late 1990s, high-ranking officials, including assistant chiefs and deputies, have been implicated in various forms of misconduct including fraud, forgery, obstruction of justice, and others. A new Blaze Media investigation highlights some of the shadier aspects of the USCP, detailing a culture in which misconduct not only goes unpunished, but is often rewarded. “Corruption is endemic at the highest levels of the United States Capitol Police,” the report reads. High-ranking USCP officials, including a present-day deputy chief and an assistant chief,

They are such amateurs that they can't even throw Israel under the bus without screwing it up. The southern border has seen an overwhelming number of illegal immigrants since day one of President Joe Biden’s term. In February, there were more than 189,922 illegal alien encounters— higher than the 156,000 encounters at the southern border in February 2023. On Thursday, nearly 100 illegal immigrants rushed the southern border, bursting through razor wire and surging the El Paso, Texas border wall. On top of the ongoing border crisis, the federal government was facing a looming shutdown pending the passing of a spending bill. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre confirmed that regardless of what would have happened, Biden still planned to check out for the weekend,

Donald Trump was right. It's going to be a bloodbath when China's BYD starts selling its "fun-to-drive" Seagull EV in this country at a price not even Tesla can match. The five-door hatchback doesn't have the best range or fanciest amenities. But what it does have is a top price under $14,000, good safety features, aggressive looks, and plenty of financial backing from Beijing. BYD's specialties are batteries and high-tech manufacturing, and they're using both to aggressively expand overseas production and deliveries. An improved version for South American markets, called the Dolphin Mini, is already on sale, starting at $21,990.

Democrats tried and true tactic when their policies failed and Americans abandoned them: blame Donald Trump. And it was no exception for Democrat Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson who claimed Trump supporters are the reason his homeless policy was rejected by voters. Johnson’s progressive agenda failed Wednesday night after 53.7 percent of Chicagoans voted against his homeless referendum, compared to 46.3 percent who were in support of it. The Democrat claimed that the same people who voted against his policy were “the same people who want to see Donald Trump … be president again.” “There were 38,000 Republicans that showed up and voted for Donald Trump… in Chicago,” Johnson said.
