FBI Director Chris Wray is concerned that illegal migrants coming across the southern border could potentially launch another 9/11 terrorist attack on U.S. soil.
The intelligence chief's disclosure came during a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing on the greatest worldwide threats facing the U.S. today.
The hearing was interrupted several times by pro-Palestine protestors shouting 'ceasefire now!' during remarks by the nation's top spy chiefs. According to the latest annual report put out Monday by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the U.S. is 'facing a fragile world order' due to

With only 19.5 million viewers, Sunday night’s Academy Awards bombed with the fourth-lowest viewership in Oscar history.
Naturally, the sycophants in the corporate media who need Hollywood’s ad dollars and refuse to admit America will never embrace their fascist Woke Revolution are spinning this failure with these howler headlines: “Oscars 2024 Hit 4-Year Viewership High With 19.5 Million” and “TV Ratings: Oscars Score Post-Pandemic Highs” and “‘Barbenheimer,’ and an Early Start, Boost Oscar Ratings to 4-Year High.”

There is a hilarious YouTube video titled What NYC is Now mocking the disgraceful state of the city’s lawless state that is now a haven for criminals.
The video may be in fun, but is sadly based on fact.
Far too many edicts coming from Mayor Eric Adams’ administration are simply mind-boggling. The city has been invaded by illegal immigrants from several countries and the mayor has ordered that they be sheltered in hotels, schools and senior residencies, displacing senior veterans, and resident citizens. In addition, a pilot program will be giving them $10,000 prepaid debit cards to buy certain items. What?!!

President Joe Biden marked the beginning of Ramadan by issuing a statement recognizing the “moment of immense pain” for many Muslim Americans while affirming his efforts to deliver humanitarian aid into Gaza.
Biden, who says he is pushing to establish a truce in the ongoing Israel-Hamas war, wrote in the statement Sunday evening: Tonight—as the new crescent moon marks the beginning of the Islamic holy month of Ramadan—Jill and I extend our best wishes and prayers to Muslims across our country and around the world.
The sacred month is a time for reflection and renewal. This year, it comes at a moment of

President Joe Biden's budget proposal includes a 25% tax hike on billionaires, tax breaks for families, new social programs, and lower health care costs - all designed to appeal to voters as he seeks a second term.
His plan, released on Monday, will serve as important message to voters as he seeks to reassure them about his stewardship of the economy and his plans to lower the deficit.
It will also serve as a contrast between his vision for the country and that of his rival Donald Trump.

Trust is foundational in relationships, whether between individuals or between individuals and institutions. A Gallup survey from last summer found, “Americans’ faith in major societal institutions hasn’t improved over the past year following a slump in public confidence in 2022.” (snip) Doctors, hospitals, and healthcare systems used to be held in high esteem, but no more. Aren’t these the “experts” in white coats? What happened to that trust? Why do only 1 in 3 Americans trust what was once a sacred healing profession? (snip) What is interesting is the partisan divide, with Democrats far more trusting in medical instructions than Republicans.

The House subcommittee investigating the January 6th committee has released a report they claim pokes holes in Cassidy Hutchinson's dramatic testimony about Donald Trump's actions on that day.
Their report claims that former White House aide Hutchinson's testimony that Trump lunged for the steering wheel of the Beast when a driver would not take him to the Capitol was not corroborated by four other former White House staffers.
The report is made up of transcribed interviews conducted by the January 6 Committee, led by Democrats last Congress.

President Biden unveiled his election-year budget pitch Monday, calling for $5.5 trillion in tax increases by raising rates on the wealthy and corporations — while driving up spending by $7.3 trillion on defense, federal benefit programs, affordable housing and student debt cancellation, among other proposals.
The fiscal year 2025 budget — which is highly unlikely to be approved by Congress — matches last year’s topline tax increase level and spends $300 billion more while purportedly cutting the federal deficit by $3 trillion over the next 10 years, the White House said on Monday.

Alright, alright, alright. All the right people are pearl clutching as the new MAGA RNC leadership starts eliminating positions, reprioritizing the Republican National Committee on the functions that matter, and canceling professionally republican vendor contracts.
Essentially, the business end of the professionally republican RNC is being taken apart and retooled as a more election centric operation. WASHINGTON – Donald Trump’s newly installed leadership team at the Republican National Committee on Monday began the process of pushing out dozens of officials, according to two people close to the Trump campaign and the RNC.

A Massachusetts town that adopted an unusual ordinance banning the sale of tobacco to anyone born in the 21st century is being looked at as a possible model for other cities and towns hoping to further clamp down on cigarettes and tobacco products. The bylaw — the first of its kind in the country — was adopted by Brookline in 2020 and last week was upheld by the state’s highest court, opening the door for other communities to adopt similar bans that will, decades from now, eventually bar all future generations from buying tobacco.

Donald Trump’s newly installed leadership team at the Republican National Committee on Monday began the process of pushing out dozens of officials, according to two people close to the Trump campaign and the RNC. All told, the expectation is that more than 60 RNC staffers who work across the political, communications and data departments will be let go. Those being asked to resign include five members of the senior staff, though the names were not made public. Additionally, some vendor contracts are expected to be cut. In a letter to some political and data staff, Sean Cairncross, the RNC’s new chief operating officer,

Fifty-seven percent of Democrat voters would oppose Congress certifying the 2024 election if former President Donald Trump wins, a Rasmussen Reports poll found Monday.
The poll asked likely voters: “Some Democrats in Congress have said that if Trump wins this year’s election, they will vote against certifying the election results because of Trump’s role in the January 6, 2021, Capitol riots. Do you support or oppose Democrats refusing to certify the election results if Trump wins?”
57 percent of Democrats would oppose certification.
Nearly two-thirds of “liberals” said they would oppose certification.
