It’s that time of year!
Wigs, weaves, and fists went flying during a brawl at a Spring Break beach party in Jacksonville, Florida on Friday.
A couple of wigs went flying but that didn’t stop the women from beating each other. WATCH: (X Video) It is unclear what caused the fight, but one of the women seen in the video said a group of girls tried to “jump” her “homegirl.” (X) Last week Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announced an increase in law enforcement and enforcement mechanisms in Miami Beach after a deadly shooting occurred during Spring Break last year:

The mother of slain Lance Cpl. Kareem Nikoui, a Marine killed during the catastrophic Afghanistan withdrawal, has said it's 'BS' her ex-husband was arrested for heckling Biden during his State of The Union address.
Steve Nikoui, the father of slain Lance Cpl. Kareem Nikoui, shouted 'Remember Abbey Gate!' 'United States Marines!' and 'Abbey Gate!' from the balcony of the House chamber in the middle of the president's remarks Thursday.
His son, Kareem, was killed by a suicide bomber during the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021.

CLAIM: ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos claimed that former President Donald was “found liable for rape by a jury.”
VERDICT: FALSE. A jury in New York found that Trump was not liable for rape in a lawsuit brought by E. Jean Carroll.
Stephanopoulos repeatedly claimed, as he interviewed Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), that Trump had been found “liable” for “rape.” In fact, he was found not to be liable; he was found liable for “sexual abuse” and, later for defamation. There are problems with both of those verdicts, but even if Trump were liable (in a civil sense, not a criminal one, as Mace noted), the fact is that he was never found

Former President Donald Trump lashed out at Oscars host Jimmy Kimmel during the ceremony, calling him a “washed up” talent. “Has there EVER been a WORSE HOST than Jimmy Kimmel at The Oscars. His opening was that of a less than average person trying too hard to be something which he is not, and never can be,” he wrote.
The former president issued his insult in a lengthy post on Truth Social. Trump then suggested that the network, ABC, “get rid of Kimmel” and replace him with George Stephanopoulos.

Special Counsel Dave Weiss accused Hunter Biden of lying to the Court in a reply to his motion to dismiss his charges in California.
The Justice Department in December filed new criminal charges against Hunter Biden.
Hunter Biden was hit with a 9-count indictment filed in the Central District of California: Tax evasion, failure to file/pay taxes, and false/fraudulent tax return.
The new indictment was handed down by Special Counsel David Weiss after a sweetheart plea deal on tax charges fell apart over the summer.

Jimmy Kimmel roasted Robert Downey Jr's manhood and past drug use in his bombshell opening monologue at the 2024 Oscars on Sunday - while also appearing to upset actress Emma Stone.
The host, 56, returning for the fourth time, left the A-listers grinning and cringing in equal measure as he took to the stage.
Downey Jr. 58, who is nominated for Best Supporting Actor for Oppenheimer was stony-faced as Kimmel made a crass joke at the start of the ceremony - referring to the reformed coke addict's past addictions.

It's clear that NBC Meet the Press host Kristen Welker has two modes of operation: Democrats get polite questioning, often about internal party matters, while Republicans get hammered with rough questions and predictably interrupted with bickering. There was a dramatic contrast on Sunday between Welker's polite approach to Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and her incessant bickering with Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.).
I'll throw some math in. Schiff received six questions in his interview, and he spoke for 827 words. That's about 138 words per answer.

Academy Awards host Jimmy Kimmel waited to the very end of the Oscars broadcast on Sunday to take aim at former President Donald Trump and the MAGA base.
“Isn’t it past your jail time?” Kimmel said, sending the celebrity audience into paroxysms of maniacal laughter and enthusiastic applause.Just before the final award of the evening, Jimmy Kimmel read aloud a Truth Social post that Trump published during the broadcast in which the former president mocked Kimmel’s hosting abilities while also noteing the Oscars’ poor ratings in recent years.

Professional wrestler and actor John Cena caused a stir at the Academy Awards on Sunday night when he presented the award for Best Costume Design wearing nothing but a placed placard that read “Costume Design” over his privates.
The stunt was a nod to the infamous 1974 Oscar streaking incident, where photographer and activist Robert Opel dashed across the stage naked, sparking both shock and laughter as David Niven was introducing Elizabeth Taylor, Deadline reported.

Academy Award host Jimmy Kimmel wasted little time getting political during Sunday’s telecast on ABC, mocking Sen. Katie Britt (R-AL) by comparing her to the Frankenstein-like heroine of Poor Things.
Jimmy Kimmel was acknowledging actress Emma Stone for her performance in Poor Things in which she plays a woman whose brain is replaced with that of a fetus.“Emma played a woman with the brain of a child, like the woman who gave the State of the Union rebuttal,” Kimmel said, eliciting guffaws of laughter from the celebrity audience.
On Thursday. Sen. Katie Britt (R-AL) delivered the GOP’s rebuttal to President Joe Biden’s State of the Union address.

Retiring Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) endorsed Sen. Katie Britt (R-AL) for vice president Sunday, contending the “media overreaction” she received following her highly scrutinized and oddly delivered State of the Union rebuttal “tells us who liberals most fear as VP nominee.”
The failed 2012 Republican presidential nominee took to X to defend Britt following a wave of criticism over her rebuttal, which was described by some as “cringe.”
In a good way, the delivery was over-the-top, out of character—Biden’s, of course. Katie Britt’s too. The media overreaction to hers not his tells us who liberals most fear as VP nominee.
