LOL - Ron DeSantis Presented a Participation
Trophy in Iowa

Original Article

This is more than a little funny. The stuff people do can just make you laugh out loud sometimes. Some guy interrupts Ron DeSantis as he begins to start his remarks at a campaign event to present the Florida governor with an actual participation trophy. It took a few seconds for people to realize DeSantis was being trolled. Making matters all that much funnier, Casey DeSantis eventually plays the role of security and stands between Ron and the guy with the trophy.

I don’t think this is funny. DeSantis has every right to run as a candidate for president and shouldn’t be scorned for his efforts. Although I won’t vote for him I fully respect his work and the results of his governorship.

That's a bit childish, really, on the part of the "prankster". Whether it was his time or not, DeSantis at least had the courage to put himself out there and stay the course, which is more than this smart-a*s can say.

Instead of being in the sub-zero cold of Iowa right now he could be enjoying the beautiful weather of Florida and preparing for the 2028 election. Donald Trump endures humiliation worse than that every day. Regardless, nobody should have been allowed to get that close to him.

When you create sympathy for any candidate with a prank like this, it’s always a losing proposition. The prank falls short and the candidate looks pitiful. Casey did not help the situation either. It is disturbing that this man who had so much potential fell so far so fast. Wisdom comes from learning from your mistakes. It will be interesting to see if RD can exhibit the kind of experience that only failure can bring. He has forever changed my opinion of him. Now he is just cringeworthy. Thank you, Rino donors. You helped destroy a good man just out of pique and hatred for PDT. Of course, you did only what he let you.

No sympathy here. They need to be treated more like the rest of US and less like untouchable royalty. These people are running for office for themselves and other interests. Almost all their goals hurt US. Fair game. The prankster's doing a lot more than most of US to fight this toxic political culture. Ron is double minded at best when it comes to the unfair treatment President Trump receives, and he's the least one like all of them. Aren't you fed up enough already?

Wow, that Sundance really nailed DeSantis. Ron may be the best governor in the country but Sundance, in his mommy’s basement, has penetrated the facade and revealed that DeSantis is a RINO extraordinaire who is manipulated by his evil wife, an incarnation of Lady McBeth. A grateful nation thanks Sundance for opening all our eyes to the danger Sundance has so obsessively documented.

This is as funny as a crutch. As we know, the GOP often plays the role of the Stupid Party. Well, it is not only the RINOs who helped to create that sobriquet. So go ahead - trash your best young talent. And when "The Revenge of The Donald" bombs at the box office blame everyone but yourselves. What was it they used to say about Magnavox - "Smart. Iranian Regime's Sham 'Elections': Perpetuating
the Deception

Iran's so-called "elections" stand out as a grotesque parody of democracy. Yet... the mainstream Western media persistently mislabel these charades as "elections," thereby bestowing legitimacy upon a regime entrenched in authoritarianism and dictatorship. For decades, Iranians have endured oppression, censorship, and violence at the hands of a regime that masquerades as a legitimate government while trampling on their basic rights. To dismiss their struggle by equating their aspirations for freedom with a sham electoral spectacle is to disregard the sacrifices made by countless activists, journalists and ordinary citizens who dare to dream of a better future.

What is essential to remember is that the Houthis and other proxies of Iran are in all likelihood deeply apprehensive about the prospect of their senior leadership being targeted. By refraining from targeting Houthi leaders, the United States has inadvertently emboldened the group and allowed them to act with impunity. In recent months, the Red Sea has become a battleground for attacks by the Iran-backed Houthis of Yemen, with the Biden administration facing mounting criticism for its failure to quell the escalating violence. As the Houthi group continues to build its weapons stockpile in Yemen, supported by the Iranian regime, the urgency of the situation cannot be overstated.

Just how politicized is Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis' office and her prosecution of Donald Trump and 18 other Republicans? It's been obvious since day one that this prosecution is all about politics, but in the last few days we've learned specific details about Willis' conflicts of interest and her office's apparent collusion with the White House. However, there's now even more unethical behavior to report out of Willis' office. In May 2022, right around the time Willis seated a grand jury to investigate Donald Trump, a new part-time employee showed up at the office. Her title was innocuous enough: Records and Documents Supervisor.

Just days ago, on February 14 to be precise, Vladimir Putin said he prefers Biden in the 2024 presidential race. Thin gruel, indeed. A quick review of the FBI’s consistent election meddling and gaslighting of voters is the necessary background for this week’s account. In case, like me, you’re finding it hard to keep track of all the gaslighting on Russia in recent years, Adam Mill kindly documents 14 recent Russian hoaxes:

Although I was born into a typical Democrat New York City family, I registered as a Republican as soon as I was old enough to vote. Why? Just to be different but at heart, I was as enamored of John F. Kennedy as the nuns at my high school. My first vote was for Democrat Hubert Humphrey, and I worked for Robert F. Kennedy’s senatorial campaign. But I was never really a Republican at heart until Ronald Reagan ran for president in 1976. Before that epiphany, I was as clueless as the rest of America, and when a German coworker asked me the difference between the two major parties,

It’s going to be difficult to get tens of millions of illegals out of the country. If there were some fear of that happening, the Democratic Party would rise up and steal as much of the American taxpayers’ money as necessary to protect this future constituency of theirs. Corporations that want cheap labor would press politicians with threats of reduced campaign money, and everybody knows politicians love other people’s money more than they love anything else. The illegals themselves would disappear under rocks, into holes in the ground, and into every cavity and crevice they could find to escape deportation.

The move reflects the former president’s desire to have loyalists within the party, which has raised alarms among Trump’s critics.

Several key indicators of the 2024 election environment indicate that President Joe Biden faces an uphill climb to win a second term. His job approval rating, Americans’ satisfaction with how things are going in the country and their confidence in the economy are below the levels associated with successful reelection bids in recent elections. While Democrats hold a slight edge in national party identification and partisan leanings, that advantage is smaller than what it has been in past presidential elections won by Democratic incumbents. In less direct measures of the electoral environment, Americans are more inclined to say that they are worse off financially,

A great deal hinged on Joe Biden's performance during Thursday evening's State of the Union address. The White House knew more than anything that Biden had to dispel concerns regarding his age and cognitive decline. Naturally, the mainstream media did its part to help in shore up this narrative affirming Biden's presidential competence, and wound up choosing the same entry from the thesaurus to characterize his delivery: "fiery." I'm sure it was just a coincidence. But, it didn't work for those of us who saw and heard Biden's loud and angry delivery, which was punctuated by constant slurring and slip ups.
