United States Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry says it will take trillions of dollars to "solve" climate change. Then he says, "There is not enough money in any country in the world to actually solve this problem."Kerry has little understanding of money or how it's created. He's a multimillionaire because he married a rich woman. Now he wants to take more of your money to pretend to affect climate change. John Kerry who flies around the world in private jets, eats expensive meats and food, stays in the best hotels that have air conditioned rooms and heat, has two or three mega mansions that he heats and air conditions, and who also has a mega yacht that costs thousands in taxes and uses fuel. What's wrong with this picture? How in the world will these Climate Czars get to their Climate Conference without their jets? Hmmmmm!!!

John, you are only mostly right but you leave out the MOST important word - IF. As in IF climate change had anything to do with man's use of fossil fuel and IF climate change of ANY significance had honestly and actually yet been shown true. But you are dead on when you point out the needless hysteria in the first place. One doesn't have to think hard to see that the hysteria is being fueled for the political aims of leftists and their ideology.

Kerry's Parrot song is getting very old. Money is not the answer to Climate Change, planetary motion, the angle of the Sun and some unchangeable conditions in the Earth all bring about temperature and sea level variances with the changes spanning centuries. Man is too puny and helpless to affect any of it but those who would tilt with windmills keep on trying to convince us that we can buy our way out of it. Most of us are happy having four seasons, might as well enjoy the rest of it as well.

Many brilliant and funny people have already weighed in on the terrible, manipulative, and silly film streaming on Netflix that Barack and Michelle Obama had a hand in producing, Leave the World Behind. One has only to read some of the over a thousand comments on Rotten Tomatoes, where 75% of the critics liked it, and only 39% of audiences did, to see mockery at its very best. There are also 851 comments on IMDB that make for amusing reading. Andrea Widburg’s column here at AT is also a comic takedown. Sure, a few people liked it.

There’s apparently no end to how far the mainstream operatives will go in their quest to destroy the virtues of the West, and a USA Today article published last week is a prime example. The man behind the piece, Daniel de Visé, essentially implies that anyone not born into tremendous wealth doesn’t have a chance at success, and those who are rich only got that way by mere circumstance and birthright, overtly implying that capitalism has caused this problem and that, we must work

The three felonies leveled against President Biden’s 53-year-old son include one count tax evasion for his 2018 personal taxes and two counts of filing a false return for his 2018 personal taxes and on a corporate income tax return for his company Owasco, PC. He has also been hit with six misdemeanor counts of failure to pay and failure to file charges for the 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 tax years.

Our border is broken, inflation and crime are breaking Americans, and wars are breaking out all over. Still, the Biden administration is keeping its eye on the ball—and the ball, as Biden made clear during his now-famous speech given against an ominous blood-red background, is to destroy “Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans,” whom he characterized as “represent[ing] an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.” In Biden-world, the best way to recognize these American “Nazis” (for that’s what he’s calling them) is to identify and arrest everyone who showed up in D.C. on January 6, 2021. The latest victim is Siaka Massaquoi.

The video captures the unsettling scene of police hurling not one, not two, but three concussion grenades into an apparently peaceful crowd at the Capitol on January 6. In this eye-opening footage, the peaceful atmosphere is shattered by the deafening blasts of concussion grenades. It made me wonder, "Why hasn't this been shown?" It's the kind of reality check that sends shivers down your spine. But here's the kicker: the January 6 Committee, the supposed guardians of truth in the aftermath of the Capitol insurrection, has kept this video, and probably many others, under wraps. The Jan. 6, 2021, narrative was that the Capitol had seemingly turned into a battlefield,

Manuel Rocha, 73, was arrested in Miami on Friday on a criminal complaint and more details about the case are expected to be made public at a court appearance Monday, said two people who spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss an ongoing federal investigation. One of the people said the Justice Department case accuses Rocha of working to promote the Cuban government’s interests.

When the oil chief was announced as COP28 president in January, campaigners likened it to "appointing the CEO of a cigarette company to oversee a conference on cancer cures". If you could pick one person to try to solve the worsening climate crisis, who would you pick? That person would have to steer this year's United Nations COP climate summit, in a year "near certain" to be the hottest ever on record, and with time running out for the dramatic action UN scientists say is needed to stop climate change hitting us hard.

Hunter Biden has told friends that he might have to flee the country if Donald Trump is reelected, after already enduring months of deeply personal political attacks and mounting legal woes. Republicans have put him front and center of their efforts to say his father acted corruptly when he was vice president. And he could face almost 20 years in prison if convicted of three felony and six misdemeanor charges brought last week. The result is an 81-year-old father desperately worried about the welfare of a son who has battled drink and drugs, and a son who fears more attacks if Trump wins in 2024.

The Senate has pushed off its holiday recess to work on a border security and foreign aid package in what could be a breakthrough on immigration policy - that has not been dealt with by Congress in decades. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said the talks had made 'good progress' on Thursday on a package that would include money for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan and would bolster border security measures in exchange. One idea under consideration is to allow Homeland Security officials to stop migrants from applying for asylum at the southern border if the total number of crossings on a day exceeds 5,000.
