Seventeen-year-old Jonathan Lewis (pictured above) was beaten to death by a mob of 15 just blocks away from his high school after standing up for smaller friend whom the mob had put into a trash can.
KLAS reported that Lewis was beaten on November 1, 2023, and died on November 7.
The New York Post quoted Lewis’s father saying, “One of his smaller friends had something stolen by this group of 15, and they threw the small boy in the trash can, and our son confronted them and he was attacked.”
Responding officers found Lewis on the ground, “bleeding from his head” following the attack.

The Biden administration may approve a sanctions waiver on Tuesday that will allow Iran to access at least $10 billion in previously frozen funds held in Iraq, a closely watched decision that comes just a month after the Tehran-backed terror group Hamas launched an attack on Israel that left 1,200 dead.
The waiver would extend the multibillion-dollar sanctions relief first issued in July that expires tomorrow. It allows Iraq to transfer frozen electricity payments into Iranian-owned bank accounts in Europe and Oman.

An estimated 10,000 people from across the Lone Star State attended a protest in support of Palestinians at the Capitol on Sunday. It is believed to be the largest pro-Palestinian rally in Texas since the war began Oct. 7. A diverse crowd of all ages, religions and ethnicities turned out to protest the ongoing war in Gaza, displaying their palpable anger and desperation. According to the World Health Organization, more than 10,000 Gazans have been killed by Israeli strikes since the start of the war, the majority of them women and children.
Protesters called for a cease-fire and political accountability Sunday, levying accusations of genocide and complicity

Illegal aliens being deported from the United States will be a “horrifying reality” if former President Donald Trump is elected president next year, a spokesman for President Joe Biden’s campaign says.
As Breitbart News reported, Trump’s immigration agenda was detailed in the New York Times over the weekend. The plan includes:
Mass deportations of illegal aliens;
An end to birthright citizenship for the U.S.-born children of illegal aliens;
A large-scale increase in immigration detention space;
The end of former President Obama’s DACA program for illegal aliens;

In the aftermath of another disappointing election night for Republicans, questions need to be asked about supposedly non-partisan get-out-the-vote (GOTV) operations Democrats are using to ensure their low-propensity voters – and only their low-propensity voters – get to the polls.
On March 7, 2021, Executive Order on Promoting Access to Voting, President Joe Biden instructed every federal agency to submit a plan to leverage their agency’s personnel and assets to help turn out the vote. For example, agencies might use internal data to identify aid recipients who are not registered to vote, then use agency personnel to get them registered and ensure their ballot is cast and counted.

House Democrats, with the help of a small group of Republicans, on Monday successfully blocked an effort led by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., to impeach Homeland Security Sec. Alejandro Mayorkas in a straight up or down vote.
The final vote tally was 209-201, with eight Republicans joining all Democrats in support of the latter party's motion to stop that floor vote, and instead refer the impeachment resolution introduced by Greene to the House Homeland Security Committee. Twenty-four members — 12 Democrats and 12 Republicans — did not vote on the measure.

With Tuesday’s relatively easy passage of an Ohio constitutional amendment that effectively bars that state’s legislature from regulating abortion in the state, abortion advocates are now convinced that they not only have the public on their side but have found political gold. They now view abortion as such a winning issue that they think it can pave the way to enacting a wide range of other leftist goals. They are largely mistaken, as abortion mercifully remains a highly contentious issue in America. Still, abortion advocates will continue to prevail until pro-life leaders and politicians learn the political lessons that have arisen

How much failure is enough failure, because Republicans have had a lot of failure lately and we’re looking forward to more failure next year and perhaps we ought to do something to start getting ourselves on the road to the opposite of failure. And the opposite of failure is the opposite of Ronna McDaniel. Doubt me? Here’s the kiss o’ death – Frank “Lumpy” Luntz just said, “Ronna McDaniel is the @GOP’s secret weapon. An amazing speaker and smart strategist.”
That seals it.
Good-bye Ronna, it’s time to go.
Adios.
Auf Wiedersehen.

Bill Maher has slammed Barack Obama for his 'moral equivalency' over the Gaza war after the former president called Israel's Palestinian occupation 'unbearable.'
The comedian said: 'The attack was only a month ago, a more savage attack than we've ever seen in reverse. There's a big difference in collateral damage and what Hamas did.'
The Islamist terror group slaughtered 1,200 civilians and took more than 200 hostage in its massacre on October 7. Since then, the Palestinians claim more than 10,000 people have died in Israel's bombing campaign.

The commentariat has made much of recent surveys showing Trump ahead of Biden in swing states that probably will decide the outcome of the 2024 presidential election. A Bloomberg/MorningConsult poll released Friday, for example, shows Trump with modest leads among registered voters in Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Emerson also released a survey on Friday indicating that Trump enjoys leads in the same states. The one that created the most buzz was a New York Times/Siena poll showing Trump ahead by even larger margins in Arizona (+5), Georgia (+6), Michigan (+5), Nevada (+10), and Pennsylvania (+4).

Los Angeles commuters braced for traffic chaos Monday, after a massive weekend fire forced the indefinite closure of Interstate 10, one of the city’s major traffic arteries.
Mayor Karen Bass described the situation as a “crisis” for a city already notorious for its traffic woes. She urged travelers to prepare for delays and plan alternative routes while the interstate remains shut down in both directions near Alameda Street in the city’s downtown area.
Ahead of the Monday morning commute, a citywide alert was sent to residents’ cell phones warning the freeway “will be closed indefinitely” and to “expect significant traffic.”

Furious migrants are refusing to stay in tent shelters set up for them in New York City - at great expense to the taxpayer - as they prefer their plush hotels in Manhattan.
A group of asylum seekers were seen being bused to Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn on Sunday. The site, part of a national park located in southeast of the New York City borough, is expected to hold 2,000 people.
But they were immediately loaded on a bus back to Manhattan as they complained that they had jobs back in the city - and their kids had schools to attend.
Comments:
Audio and video clips attached. The hospital was out of fuel for its generators. Hamas blocked them from accepting 300 liters of diesel fuel from Israel.
