The FBI has been alerted about a series of threatening antisemitic emails sent to University of Pennsylvania staff. The agency is working with university police, according to UPenn President Liz Magill. Magill sent a letter to the UPenn community explaining that she learned that some university staff received “vile, disturbing antisemitic emails threatening violence against members of our Jewish community, specifically naming Penn Hillel and Lauder College House.” The messages targeted the personal identities of the recipients. Fortunately, no credible threats were found. Police conducted safety sweeps of Penn Hillel, an on-campus Jewish organization, and Lauder College House, an on-campus dorm named for the family of

I am still stunned by how widespread and deep this Jew hatred is across our elite universities, and within the Democrat Party constituency. I'm not going to use "antisemitism" because that is too polite a word for this abominable behavior that is antithetical to all American ideals. I am frightened by it. I can only imagine how our fellow and sister Jewish Americans must feel. TK and I sent a note of sympathy and support to our Jewish neighbors. (Dropping by isn't convenient out in the forest when you're a quarter mile away.) The Dem leadership better get their Hamas wing under control real fast, and the House must censure That Woman! And there better be a 100% Democrat representatives voting yes! (I can dream.)

Just think where we will be a year from now with an unchecked and unvetted criminal invasion. There will be no American identity but rather a muddled mess. Eff diversity and other cultures.

Threats against Jews? Biden’s FBI is just as likely to round up and arrest random Jews and place a guard around the Muslim student union in reponse.

Is it just my imagination or is this antisemitism worse in colleges run by women? Why would that be? Remember when FJB did not refer to the present president, but was a cleaned-up version of Hillary's rant against Dick Morris and Jews in general?

WASHINGTON — U.S. intelligence officials have determined that the Chinese spy balloon that flew across the U.S. this year used an American internet service provider to communicate, according to two current and one former U.S. official familiar with the assessment. The balloon connected to a U.S.-based company, according to the assessment, to send and receive communications from China, primarily related to its navigation. Officials familiar with the assessment said it found that the connection allowed the balloon to send burst transmissions, or high-bandwidth collections of data over short periods of time. The Biden administration sought a highly secretive court order from the federal Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to collect intelligence

California's secretary of state declined to remove Donald Trump from the presidential primary ballot following demands from her lieutenant governor. Last week, Dr. Shirley Weber issued a tepid response to Lt. Gov. Eleni Kounalakis' open letter. She did not indicate if she would fulfill Kounalakis's request and said her decision would be guided by her office's "commitment to and respect for the rule of law." "Removing a candidate from the ballot under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment is not something my office takes lightly and is not as simple as the requirement that a person be at least 35 years old to be president," Dr. Shirley Weber wrote.

I'm about to once more take my place as RedState's resident stormy petrel. In three days and a few hours, we ring in 2024. In New York City, as per tradition, there will be an event in Times Square, including the famous "ball drop." But this year, things are liable to be different. The NYPD is mustering what strength it has left, and there's a report that Mayor Eric Adams is "sure" pro-Palestinian protestors will try to disrupt the event. He's not wrong about the disruption part. He is wrong about the "pro-Palestinian" part. Advertisement Mayor Eric Adams said he is “sure” pro-Palestinian protesters will try to interrupt

The arrival of more than 160,000 border crossers and illegal aliens is spurring “the erosion of the quality of life” for New Yorkers, Mayor Eric Adams (D) says. During a press conference alongside Chicago, Illinois, Mayor Brandon Johnson (D) and Denver, Colorado, Mayor Mike Johnston (D), Adams warned again that New York City is falling into disarray as a result of illegal immigration. Every day, President Joe Biden’s administration releases about 5,000 border crossers and illegal aliens into the United States interior — many ending up in New York City, where they can work off the books, receive protection from the city’s sanctuary policy, and enjoy free housing

Since 10/7 there have been reports that Israeli women were raped as well as murdered during the Hamas attack on Israel. And since that day Hamas has been denying it. There have also been a significant number of very online leftists doing their best to downplay or outright deny the sexual violence carried out by Hamas. As recently as a few weeks ago they were all talking about the lack of evidence for it. Here’s an example of the sort of thing I mean. This comes from a leftist site called MintPress News. It’s not an outright denial just a strong suggestion that these claims about Hamas and rape

MADISON, Wis. — Former University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Chancellor Joe Gow said Thursday that the school’s governing board fired him because members were uncomfortable with him and his wife producing and appearing in pornographic videos. The Universities of Wisconsin Board of Regents, which oversees UW-Madison, UW-La Crosse and 11 other regional campuses, voted unanimously during a hastily convened closed meeting Wednesday evening to fire Gow. After the vote, Universities of Wisconsin President Jay Rothman and regents President Karen Walsh issued statements saying the regents had learned of specific conduct by Gow that subjected the university to “significant reputational harm.”

By now, most of us have seen the reluctant reporting from media outlets checking in with vehicle dealerships around the United States. Car lots are filled with electric vehicles, many with their original sales prices reduced. Most people simply aren’t interested in purchasing an EV despite any mandates being issued by state governments or the White House. There are various reasons for this, including the high cost of these vehicles (despite generous, taxpayer-funded rebates) and the uncertainty of there being sufficient charging stations to keep them running. Now Ford has seemingly woken up to the reality of the situation. In 2024, they will be drastically cutting their production

When you have seasoned criminals running the legislative process, it should come as no surprise that you get a government saturated with theft, money laundering, and corruption. Yesterday, The Wall Street Journal published a new report, revealing this: Electric-vehicle sales growth hit a speed bump in the U.S. this year, and the impact is being felt throughout the industry. The authors of the article suggest that the “relatively high prices” of E.V.s might have something to do with the people’s “hesitancy” to make the switch—because apparently the average $54k for an E.V. (which is $5k more than the average gas vehicle) is only a “relatively high” cost for a car. They also noted

Until quite recently, the studio looked unstoppable on its way to dominating Hollywood. But in 2023, its box office plummeted, and its magic faded. What has gone wrong? The year 2023 should have been a magical one for The Walt Disney Company. The studio was founded by Walt and Roy Disney in 1923, so a host of films, books and events had been planned to celebrate its centenary. Recent cartoons such as Frozen and Moana had proven that its animation department was thriving, and various mergers had given the Company control of the Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel franchises, too. This is absurd, unconstitutional, and Putinesque. Jack Smith should be immediately removed for even proposing this. In a move worthy of any aspiring tyrant, Special Counsel Jack Smith is asking the court to prevent Donald Trump from making arguments that he believes are relevant to his defense. Smith, as the prosecutor, may disagree with Trump’s arguments, but last I checked, in our justice system, it is up to a jury to determine the facts of a case. Smith’s sweeping motion would essentially silence Trump–preventing him from criticizing the Special Counsel, law enforcement, the electoral process, or just about anything else. I am pretty sure that if Smith gets his
