News surfaced over the weekend that a daycare center in Germany would be removing Anne Frank's name at the behest of "parents with migrant backgrounds." Frank is, of course, one of the most well-known victims of the Holocaust, and her diary is considered to be an important documentation of the plight of European Jews during World War II.
The "Anne Frank" daycare center in Tangerhütte, Germany, which has reportedly been in operation for decades, will be getting the name change because, according to the daycare center's director, "parents with migrant backgrounds feel uncertain about the name and find it challenging to explain to their children."

During a portion of an interview with ABC News aired on Monday’s broadcast of “World News Tonight,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu urged host David Muir to avoid taking civilian death toll numbers issued by the Hamas-run Gazan health ministry at face value because they include Hamas terrorists.
Muir asked, “I know you said you’re doing everything you can to minimize civilian casualties. Obviously, the world saw the horror in Israel, the 1,400 brutally killed in that terror attack. We were on the ground for several days, as you know. But the world has now also seen the toll in Gaza. The health ministry run by Hamas now says 10,000 Palestinian

Donald Trump is testifying today in the fraud case brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James. The presiding judge has already held Trump liable. Trump’s testimony is going about as you would expect:
Donald Trump’s courtroom decorum has began to break down as the former president began yelling and attacking the judge and the attorney general from the witness stand.
Trump had been testifying for the past roughly two hours in hushed tones until he became visibly agitated, speaking loudly saying that the Justice Arthur Engoron and New York Attorney General Letitia James were “trying to hurt” him.

Between Sunday and Monday, the major broadcast networks of ABC, CBS, and NBC used their flagship morning and evening newscasts to start a new week of anti-Israel smears and siding with Hamas terrorists as Tuesday marks one month since the latter’s animalistic barbarism murdered at least 1,400 innocents and resulted in over 200 hostages. This time, the networks argued the world’s “recoiling in horror” at Israel’s ‘search and destroy mission” that’s “shattering...lives” in Gaza and Israel remaining still “not” being in a “mood to compromise” with Hamas. CBS foreign correspondent Debora Patta deserved a stipend from Hamas after her lead-off report on Monday’s CBS Mornings.

A pro-Palestinian protest group numbering between 100 and 300 gathered this morning at the Port of Tacoma in an attempt to prevent the loading and departure of a US military vessel believed to be heading for Israel.
They’re picketing at Terminal 7, where they have blocked gates and lanes of traffic.
They’re trying to delay the US military supply ship Cape Orlando that’s bound for Israel.
“Confidential sources say that the vessel will be loaded with weapons and military equipment in Tacoma, with a final destination in Israel,” a news release from the Arab Resource & Organizing Center (AROC) said.

United States military officials announced Sunday they had sent a guided missile submarine to the Middle East as the Israel-Hamas war reaches the one-month mark — even releasing a rare photo of the powerful vessel.
“On November 5, 2023, an Ohio-class submarine arrived in the US Central Command area of responsibility,” US Central Command posted on X. The post included a photo of the Ohio-class submarine apparently traversing the Suez Canal, just north of Cairo.
The submarine can carry 154 Tomahawk missiles, each of which can hold up to 1,000 pounds of explosives in their warheads, according to Stars and Stripes.

At least 45 Americans claim to have been injured in recent attacks in Iraq and Syria, more than twice as many as the Pentagon previously disclosed, according to a new report.
The Pentagon initially claimed that 21 service members suffered traumatic brain injuries as a result of two drone attacks by the Iranian-backed Houthi militia, but an additional 24 troops have since reported such injuries, NBC reported Monday, bringing the total number of injured troops to 45. That number may rise as more troops come forward.
NBC News has tallied at least 38 separate attacks on bases housing U.S. troops in Syria and Iraq since October 17,

Progressives are demanding that the Democratic Party shift its position on Israel, and President Joe Biden is listening.
From college campuses across the country to the halls of Congress, the far Left is moving away from Israel in its war with Hamas. As a result, Biden sees his base of support decreasing. In a struggle between consistency and the presidency, Biden’s past offers little comfort to Israel and its allies.
On Oct. 7, Biden’s first words in response to Hamas’s attack on Israel were clear: “Today, the people of Israel are under attack, orchestrated by a terrorist organization, Hamas. In this moment of tragedy, I want to say

NEW YORK — Away from cameras and under oath, former President Trump exploded repeatedly while prosecutors grilled him Monday about how his company calculated his net worth and tabulated his assets as it sought hundreds of millions of dollars in loans.
The 2024 Republican presidential front-runner is accused of fraudulently inflating his property values to get better terms on loans and insurance. He is the last person charged in the case to testify. His daughter, Ivanka Trump, who is expected to testify Wednesday, is not a party in the case. Wearing a dark blue suit and a bright blue tie, Trump was sworn in before a packed courtroom of journalists

There's been a disturbing rise in antisemitism since the start of the Israeli-Hamas war.
We've seen the evidence of it from the radical rallies chanting "From the river to the sea" to the ripping down of signs for kidnapped Jewish victims of Hamas. We've covered multiple examples here at RedState just over the past couple of days. There were the anti-Israel marchers who stormed the front of a Jewish store, and police had to get in between them and the signs of the kidnapped Israelis they wanted to rip down that were on a pole in front of the store. There was also the Jewish guy who went undercover

There are certain American politicians you can depend on nearly 100% of the time to side with America's rivals, enemies, and even terrorists. Hamas-loving congresscritter Rashida Tlain (D-Mich.) is probably the most notorious example. That's why I might have been briefly taken aback — but hardly surprised — when on Friday she posted a 90-second spot sporting Hamas's genocidal slogan "from the river to the sea." That's a nifty code for "the elimination of Israel and every Jew we can find."
It's all in the Hamas charter which, you can be sure, Tlaib knows front, back, and bloody center.
Then she accused the Biden administration of supporting Israeli "genocide"
