The far-left assault on the quality of intellectual and creative work is frequently neatly and explicitly acknowledged in the language of the diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) dogma that serves as the movement’s philosophy.)smip)
Sometimes the leftist assault on quality brazenly attacks standards by just inserting obviously inferior work in company with works of much higher quality.
(snip). On a visit to the Musée d’Orsay in Paris, I was surprised to encounter the kitschy mediocrity in the image below. It is the work of the same American painter, Kehinde Wiley, who gave us that bizarre, amateurish rendering of President Barack Obama

Keep this list handy. These are the twenty Republicans who are stealth Democrats and voted against Jim Jordan. Yes, there are some surprises, including John James of Michigan. (snip)Accept things as they are, not as we would pretend them to be.(snip)It is absolutely critical that we know who will align against President Trump in 2024. This list of 20 House “Republicans” should serve as a generally good outline to remember.

Oh man, this is going to make the leftist/globalists go nuts. Keep in mind, King Abdullah of Jordan is speaking directly, forcefully and without pretending on the eve of Barack Obama and Joe Biden launching an effort to use the Gaza crisis to stir up regional trouble.
This video snippet is absolutely perfect, from the position of those pragmatic nationalists who want a long-term solution that applies pressure on the Palestinian people to solve their own problems. They want Hamas; they have Hamas and King Abdullah, along with Egyptian President al-Sisi, neither of which are going to be pawns in the games Obama and Biden intend on playing.

The media and punditry are saying it’s the pressure of Jordan, but really, it’s the pressure of the voters that’s scaring the crap out of the Republicans in the House.
The block of opposition to Jim Jordan’s nomination in the House is crumbling, as their phones, emails and fax machines are being lit up by voters demanding support and threatening a removal primary against any House member who tries to stand in the way of the people.
Jordan has vowed to take his nomination to a House floor vote and force the Republican Party to take a stand. This is a solid strategy that puts any no vote against the will

Interesting development….
(Via Wall Street Journal) – The U.S. military has selected roughly 2,000 troops to prepare for a potential deployment to support Israel, U.S. defense officials said.
The troops are tasked with missions like advising and medical support, the officials said, and they are from across the U.S. armed services. They aren’t intended to serve in a combat role, the officials said. No infantry have been put on prepare-to-deploy order.

This video is bouncing around social media and going viral. It is the audio of Tucker Carlson describing the MAGA movement and the connection of middle American values to Donald Trump. Carlson did a good job with his encapsulation.
President Trump is not the cause of failed government; he is OUR response to it. WATCH: (video)Get comfortable being uncomfortable; because if we really want to save this nation, we are going to have to approach everything with great intensity and deliberateness.

Rep. Cori Bush, D-Mo., has continued shoveling campaign cash to her husband, Cortney Merritts, but altered the description of the payments amid scrutiny. She has sent over $100,000 to him since she added him to the campaign's payroll nearly two years ago.
According to new filings reviewed by Fox News Digital, Bush's committee paid Merritts $12,500 for "wage expenses" between July and August. Merritts previously gathered money for security services, but the committee switched their characterization in April as they continued to bring headaches for the campaign.
The new cash follows the $30,000 Bush's campaign paid him before the third quarter.

A leading doctors group on Thursday formally withdrew its approval of a 2009 paper on “excited delirium,” a document that critics say has been used to justify excessive force by police.
The American College of Emergency Physicians in a statement called the paper outdated and said the term excited delirium should not be used by members who testify in civil or criminal cases. The group’s directors voted on the matter Thursday in Philadelphia.
“This means if someone dies while being restrained in custody ... people can’t point to excited delirium as the reason and can’t point to ACEP’s endorsement of the concept to bolster their case,”

An appropriations bill passed by the House and awaiting approval in the Senate will supposedly inhibit the Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) from engaging in censorship, but a homeland security expert is not convinced.
CISA, a component of the Department of Homeland Security, is described as the “nerve center” of federal government censorship. It is responsible for facilitating collusion between federal agencies and social media companies, interfering in our elections, and censoring Americans who spread anything the agency deems “dis” and “misinformation.”

House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer is concerned that some of the classified documents concealed by President Joe Biden at his Penn Biden Center office and in his Delaware garage contained information about the countries involved in the foreign business deals that enriched the Biden family by millions of dollars during the Obama administration.
In a Monday morning letter, Comer urged Special Counsel Robert Hur to share the documents and testimonies he collected during his investigation of Biden’s document scandal with the committee so they can continue their investigation into the first family’s apparent pay-for-play scheme.

WASHINGTON—Judge Tanya Chutkan, presiding over the case against former President Donald Trump for allegedly interfering in the 2020 elections, ordered certain restrictions on what President Trump can say in relation to his case after hearing arguments Monday morning.
Judge Chutkan said she would not impose restrictions on statements he makes about Washington, D.C., or criticism of the government, including the Biden administration and the Department of Justice (DOJ). However, President Trump will be prohibited from posting statements attacking special counsel Jack Smith, his staff, Judge Chutkan's staff and other court personnel, and the families of any of these individuals.
He is also limited in part about what he can say

A new alert notification system in California — the first of its kind in the country — will go into effect in January to aid law enforcement’s efforts to find missing Black youth.
On Oct. 8, Gov. Gavin Newson signed a bill establishing the Ebony Alert, which seeks to address racial disparities over missing person cases in the U.S., especially regarding young persons of color.
“We were ecstatic and very appreciative of it,” State Sen. Steven Bradford, the legislation’s author, tells PEOPLE. “It's something that's truly needed
