President Joe Biden’s campaign for reelection raised over $71 million in the third quarter of the fiscal year, his team announced Sunday.
In a Sunday statement to the Hill, the campaign also reported having nearly $91 million in liquid cash, claiming that this figure is “the highest total amassed by any Democratic candidate in history at this point in the cycle.”According to the Biden campaign, these numbers include not only direct fundraising from the campaign, but also the haul from joint fundraising committees and the Democratic National Committee’s fundraising.
The president’s reelection campaign officially launched in April and saw more than $72 million raised in Q2.

President Joe Biden said Hamas must be eliminated, but cautioned Israel over an occupation of Gaza - even with hundreds of thousands of troops amassed along the border.
Biden, speaking to CBS' 60 Minutes, also said he was 'confident' Israel will act under the rules of war in its conflict with Palestine and added deploying U.S. troops is not necessary.
He also cautioned that the threat of terrorism in the United States had increased due to unrest in the Middle East. Biden was asked, point blank, if Hamas needed to be eliminated in the wake of the attack that has already killed 1,400 people.

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) promoted propaganda over the weekend that falsely portrayed children as having died from Israeli military operations when, in reality, they died a decade ago from fighting in Syria. (snip)
“CHILD GENOCIDE IN PALESTINE,” the post, which included a photo of dead children, claimed. “614 Palestinian children murdered by the Israeli IOF Forces.”
Omar then shared the false claim to her nearly three million followers on X.
The reality is that the photo is from an August 2013 article in National Geographic and it shows children in Damascus, Syria, “shortly after they succumbed to chemical weapon poisoning.”

Joe Biden sat down for a one-on-one interview with ’60 Minutes’ anchor Scott Pelley this weekend and was asked about many topics including Ukraine and of course Israel. Those kinds of questions are expected in a time of war and terrorism.
Well, crooked Joe decided to take an opportunity to slam millions of MAGA Americans in his interview. He basically said that Trump[ supporters don’t look at democracy the same way “you and I look at democracy.” He implied that MAGA supporters stand for something other than freedom.

While speaking at the Human Rights Campaign National Dinner on Saturday night, President Joe Biden pushed for an “assault weapons” ban and asked, “Who in God’s name needs a weapon with 100 rounds in the chamber?”

Israel's imminent invasion of Gaza could turn into an occupation lasting 18 months in order to dismantle the 'bloodthirsty monsters' of Hamas.

The majority of American adults believe the U.S. is moving in the “wrong direction,” with a poll revealing that only 21 percent of respondents agreed with the way the country is heading.
The recent Associated Press-NORC Research Center poll, which was taken in the days following Rep. Kevin McCarthy’s (R-CA) ouster from the House Speaker position, found that 78 percent of U.S. adults disagree with the direction the country is taking. The survey also revealed that general agreement amongst voting-age adults has been on a decline, with a three-point increase in adults who thought the direction was “wrong” last month.

Republican presidential candidates have rushed to Israel’s defense following the Hamas terrorist attacks, listing immediate actions they believe the U.S. should take to assist the ally as the war wages on.
Israel began its counteroffensive in Gaza following Saturday’s terrorist attacks that have led to thousands of dead Israelis and Palestinians, as well as at least 27 Americans, and many others in hostage by Hamas. The GOP presidential hopefuls called for various forms of immediate action the U.S. should take, including providing aid to Israel, freezing the $6 billion President Joe Biden recently promised Iran in exchange for American prisoners and imposing sanctions on Iran.

Since August 2021, the sprawling Obama Presidential Center complex has been taking shape in Jackson Park on what will be a 19.3 acre campus fronting on Stony Island Avenue and stretching from 62nd Street on the south to 59th Street on the north.
For months, the rising tower — which will house the museum dedicated to former President Barack Obama — has been visible to the surrounding Hyde Park neighborhood, already tall enough to call it a South Side landmark.
On Monday when I visited, the concrete shaping and supporting the tower, which will be the center’s signature structure, was still about 85 feet shy of its ultimate 235-foot height.

The social media sphere and independent journalists were thoroughly eviscerating the FBI for their politically correct nonsense. The tides have changed, and the majority of the American people now see the naked stupidity of the FBI as a political institution.

The patterns of the anti-Semitic/Marxist/”Palestinian”/LGBTQ/BLM/hate-filled alliance are nothing if not predictable. After expressing shock and dismay that their Palestinian friends in Gaza specifically targeted civilians, in under a week, they have quickly shifted back to their repeated old rhetoric. They are now blaming Israel for the horrific attacks from Hamas, calling Israel’s counter-attacks on Hamas a “terrorist siege,” blitzing the media with images of wounded from Gaza, and attacking Israel in all ways as an ‘apartheid state’ and, as Ocasio Cortez defined Israel, a nation devoted to “ethnic cleansing”. We cannot let them try to control the narrative with their blatant lies.

have often noted here the difficulty our progressive and enlightened age poses for the art of satire. Satire depends on some palpable distance between common reality and the thing satirized. “Ha!,” we say, we feel viscerally, when confronted by effective satire, “that exaggeration, that caricature, that satire dramatizes a dangerous tendency in our culture. Of course, no one really tries to extract cucumbers from sunbeams, as Swift suggests in his great satire Gulliver’s Travels, but the idea that they might shows you how absurd so much academic culture is.”
But what if it turned out people really did try to distill cucumbers from sunbeams? What then?

To help set things right, Congress should pass a combination of elements from two bills that are remarkably bipartisan while backed by a number of key conservative groups.
The first and most essential bill, authored by Sen. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken calls for protection for civilians in both the Gaza Strip and Israel as the Israeli military ordered half of the Palestinian territory’s population to evacuate in advance of an expected ground assault.
Blinken met his Saudi Arabian counterpart, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, in Riyadh as he began a third day of intense Middle East diplomacy aimed at preventing the Israel-Hamas war from expanding into a regional conflict and fueling a humanitarian crisis.
Both stress the importance of minimizing the harm to civilians as Israel prepared for an anticipated incursion against Hamas a week after the militant group’s unprecedented assault on Israel.
