Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) claimed on Wednesday that “average Americans” were not particularly concerned with the ongoing investigations into members of President Joe Biden’s family. Schumer joined hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” to tout Biden’s signature Inflation Reduction Act on the one-year anniversary of the president signing it into law — and the conversation turned instead to the latest slate of indictments filed against former President Donald Trump and Republican investigations into the Biden family.
