This was the week Joe Biden's rotten House Of Cards began teetering on the brink of collapse. While Netflix's fictional U.S. President Kevin Spacey was found not guilty of sex charges by a jury in London, in another courtroom 3,500 miles away the web of lies and secrecy around alleged corruption in the Biden family was unravelling spectacularly.
A judge in Delaware threw out a disgraceful sweetheart deal which would have seen Biden's degenerate son Hunter walking free after pleading guilty to tax evasion, gun and drug charges, which would normally have led to serious jail time.
Judge Maryellen Noreika refused to rubber-stamp an incredibly lenient plea bargain agreement

President Trump on Friday lashed out at Special Counsel Jack Smith and US Attorney General Merrick Garland after the latest charges.
Special Counsel Jack Smith hit Trump with 3 additional charges in the investigation into classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago.
The superseding indictment, filed in the Southern District of Florida, claims Trump was part of a scheme to delete security footage from Mar-a-Lago.
Smith also charged a third defendant in Trump’s classified documents case on Thursday.

US President Joe Biden on Friday publicly acknowledged his seventh grandchild for the first time — a four-year-old girl his son Hunter fathered with an Arkansas woman — after Republican criticism of his failure to recognize her.
“This is not a political issue, it’s a family matter,” the president said in a statement to People magazine about the girl, Navy Joan Roberts.“Our son Hunter and Navy’s mother, Lunden, are working together to foster a relationship that is in the best interests of their daughter, preserving her privacy as much as possible going forward.”

As the evidence for at least an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden keeps pouring in, our friends at Twitchy highlighted another example: the suspicious activity reports (SARs) from six banks, to the tune of 170, in fact. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and co-host Ben Ferguson discussed these reports on their podcast with House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) as their guest. Not only has Comer been looking into the Biden family as part of fulfilling promises to the American people, he already is familiar with SARs, since, as he told Cruz, he was the director of a bank.

President Joe Biden mocked the prospect of an impeachment inquiry during remarks on the economy in Maine on Friday.
“Earlier this week, the Washington Post suggested Republicans may have to find something else to criticize me for now that inflation is coming down,” Biden said. “I don’t know. I love that one.” Biden was referring to an article titled “As inflation falls, GOP may have to rethink attacks on Biden economy.” He was also referring to the idea — first suggested at Breitbart News in January, then again in March, June, and July — that sufficient evidence exists to support an impeachment inquiry into Biden for bribery, given his lucrative

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) raised concerns that the Biden family could be involved in racketeering, the act of operating a business with illegally derived income through money laundering.
Speaking on the Verdict with Ted Cruz podcast this week, Comer revealed the Biden family business caused six banks to flag over 170 “large” amounts of money in Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the treasury for review, 20 more than previously known. SARs “often contain evidence of potential criminal activities, such as money laundering and fraud,” according to a 2020 Senate report.

DES MOINES, Iowa — Iowa caucusgoers are about to be provided with their first side-by-side comparison of former President Donald Trump and Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) as each candidate contends with a pivotal moment in their respective 2024 primary campaigns.
But as special counsel, Jack Smith appears poised to indict Trump for a second time, fresh off adding more charges to the original case, the former president's popularity in the Hawkeye State has only increased at DeSantis's expense before the Iowa Republican Party’s Lincoln Day Dinner this Friday.

President Biden has a son, of sorts. This son has some, um, issues.
One of the son’s issues is his issuance, a daughter he fathered with a woman he says he’s never met. The result was the woman’s birth of a little girl she named Navy.
The son denied that he was little Navy’s father. But paternity tests showed he was. He continued to deny his paternity. But there are lots of things he denies which are indisputably true.
So does his father. President Biden refused to acknowledge that Navy is his granddaughter, even after the paternity tests proved she was.

It appears the battle over Florida’s black history curriculum has entered into a new phase. A fiery debate was ignited over parts of the state’s educational standards on chattel slavery. Now, the discussion has continued to rage on the airwaves and interwebs.
The debate centers on a line in Florida’s standards which reads: “Instruction includes how slaves developed skills which, in some cases, could be applied for their personal benefit.”
Democrats in Congress are now taking a questionable step in response to Florida’s curriculum. The Congressional Black Caucus is now calling on the Biden administration to use federal power to possibly compel the state’s government to alter its standards:

Current polls, pundits, and politicos insist that the 2024 race is a sure rematch between former President Donald Trump and incumbent President Joe Biden.
It may well turn out that way.
But in past election cycles, summer polls 15 months before the general election usually did not mean much.
In December 2003, the CBS poll headline blared, "Dean pulls away in Dem race." Howard Dean would eventually be clobbered by nominee John Kerry.
In the Gallup Poll of late June 2007, Hillary Clinton still continued to enjoy her wide lead in the Democratic primary over eventual nominee and elected president Barack Obama.

Currently, RFK Jr. is the fastest-rising star in the presidential candidate universe, with a tragic family history of assassination. One would think that this would qualify him for U.S. Secret Service protection under 18 U.S.C. § 3056(a)(7), but one would be wrong. According to a tweet from RFK Jr., the Biden administration’s Homeland Security Secretary has said no.
The biggest threat to the Biden administration today is RFK Jr., the son of Robert F. Kennedy (assassinated) and nephew of John F. Kennedy (assassinated). Rather than respecting Biden’s declaration that he’s running, RJK Jr. has looked at that corrupting, rotting bag of bones and thought to himself that he could do better.

Gas prices in the US have surged to an eight-month high after foreign suppliers slashed production, and experts are warning that a hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico could trigger further increases.
On Friday the national average price of regular gasoline stood at $3.73-a-gallon, a sharp increase from $3.55 one month ago, though still well below the record highs seen last summer, according to AAA.
As usual, California has the highest gas prices in the nation, with an average of $4.95, and pump prices topping $6 in the Golden State's remote Mono County bordering Yosemite National Park.

Sadly, those losses have pretty much become par for the course. The NBCUniversal streaming platform lost $704 million in the prior quarter (and $467 million in Q2 2022). The company expects to post “peak” losses from streaming — to the tune of $3 billion — in 2023.

Why was Burisma paying a vice president’s son tens of thousands of dollars a month?

Before American education was dumbed down to little more than indoctrination programs for brainwashing kids into believing that everything is "racist" and "sexist," most high school curricula included an introduction to Joseph Campbell's conception of the "Hero's Journey." Having deconstructed mythologies, folktales, and religious parables across cultures, Campbell diagramed common themes present in their structure. In seventeen stages that appear in various forms from one story to the next, every hero's journey includes (1) a departure from the comforts of home, (2) trials and heartache that lead to self-discovery and triumph, and (3) a new enlightenment that can be used to help others upon return.

Seventeen miles offshore from an island belonging to the Netherlands, a nearly 20,000-ton vessel loaded with vehicles is burning “out of control,” and officials are in a race against time; Lea Versteeg, spokesperson for the Dutch coast guard, reportedly said, “we’re currently working out to see how we can make sure that...the least bad situation is going to happen.”
A Daily Mail article out yesterday reported that at least one crew member had died while “many” others were injured (snip) The coastguard said the cause of the fire was unknown, but had earlier suggested it might have been an electric car.
Gee, who woulda thunk it?

House Republicans have floated launching an impeachment inquiry against President Biden amid newly surfaced allegations that suggest his involvement in the business dealings his son, Hunter. But can congressional lawmakers initiate the use of that constitutional tool for alleged treason, bribery or high crimes and misdemeanors that transpired before holding the office of the presidency? "The answer is clear," Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz told Fox News Digital. "No one knows." Article II, Section 4, of the U.S. Constitution states: "The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high

The Biden administration has just spent two years negotiating with a group of foreign countries to raise taxes on U.S. companies operating overseas. Now we’re being told it’s been “delayed” for two more years. But why delay a bad decision? It’s an awful idea that should be rejected out of hand.
“Americans have already been crushed by inflation caused by the Biden administration,” argued West Virginia congresswoman Carol Miller, in a recent op-ed. “But now, they want to add fuel to the fire by giving American taxes to foreign countries, raising costs for Americans, and sticking us with the bill for funding a global socialist agenda.”
Her analysis is spot on.

A dose of Moderna’s Covid jab injured the hearts of about 3 percent of people who received it, Swiss researchers have found.
The vaccinated people did not show obvious signs of heart damage. But when researchers ran blood tests three days after the jabs, they found high levels of troponin, a protein the heart releases when it is injured, in many recipients.
“Subclinical mRNA vaccine-associated myocardial injury is much more common than estimated based on passive surveillance,” the researchers concluded. The paper was published last week in the peer-reviewed European Journal of Heart Failure.
Over 1 billion people have received mRNA jabs.

Whenever I see a column in the New York Times by Maureen Dowd, writing about our liar and chief, I assume that she is talking about the current commander-in-chief who has been a congenital liar his entire life.
The Moment of Truth for Our Liar in Chief
After all, Joe Biden has lied continuously throughout his Washington career.
He lies about big and little things.
Here is a small sample:
He lied about his college rank and grades at law school.
He plagiarized a speech as he ran for president in 1988 The media chased him from that race.

Remdesivir may be the most despised drug in American history, earning the nickname Run Death Is Near for its lethal record during COVID. Experts claimed that it would stop COVID; instead, it stopped kidney function, then blasted the liver and other organs. Now this reviled destroyer of kidneys has been approved by the FDA for COVID treatment of kidney patients. Does anybody else feel as if the FDA is shoving its power in our faces and laughing at us?
I've been joining online support groups for people who lost loved ones to the Remdesivir Protocol — a nightmarish sequence in which a patient is isolated in the hospital,

Former President Donald Trump has slammed new charges from the special counsel as 'election interference' - as he continues to hold on to a heavy lead in the 2024 Republican primary.
Trump allegedly asked an aide to delete Mar-a-Lago surveillance footage in a bid to wipe evidence in the classified documents investigation, prosecutors charge in a dramatic superseding indictment revealed Thursday.
The former president responded both in public statements and on his Truth Social account by suggesting it was a response to his top spot in presidential polling.

Legal experts said Thursday that the statement of facts included in Hunter Biden’s proposed plea deal favored the defense as, due to the terms of the Department of Justice’s agreement with Biden, it would have immunized him from prosecution for a number of offenses.
The statement of facts section of the plea deal appeared heavily skewed towards the defense, encompassing a wide range of activity that could have shielded Biden from future charges under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), legal experts said. That’s because the diversion agreement allowing Hunter Biden to avoid jail time for a felony gun charge — a separate document from the plea deal for the

One of President Joe Biden’s biggest political headaches, the many illegal activities of his son Hunter Biden, was supposed to pass quietly into obscurity July 26 when a federal judge was expected to rubber-stamp a plea agreement between the Department of Justice and the accused.
But thanks in no small part to the efforts of House Republicans to raise the profile of Hunter Biden’s wrongdoing, Judge Maryellen Noreika refused to accept the deal, sending the DOJ and Hunter Biden’s lawyers back to the bargaining table to come up with an agreement that stood a better chance than their original flimsy document of withstanding public scrutiny.

Progressives love to label people they don’t like, makes it easier to “otherize” and round them up later, and progressives love to round people up. What they call people has little to no connection to reality, but being disconnected from reality is a feature of the left, not a bug. So, who are the latest “monsters” these left-wingers have decided to demonize? Moms.
Yes, you read that right, moms. The lady who made your PB&Js, who dressed you as a child, the woman who gave you life! Now moms are the problem in politics, according to the Democrat Party.
How did moms top the list of problematic Americans?

Hunter Biden continues to be a "good standing" member of the Washington, D.C. Bar despite facing multiple criminal charges and violating the organization's rules of professional conduct. (snip) According to the D.C. Bar website, Biden remains a member in "good standing," despite the rules of professional conduct stating that it is misconduct for a lawyer to "commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects." The rules also explain that "many kinds of illegal conduct reflect adversely on fitness to practice law, such as offenses involving fraud and the offense of willful failure to file an income tax return."
