A new dictionary featuring “African-American” words will be coming out in two years and a report has revealed the first 10 words in the new book.
As NBC News reported Wednesday, Oxford University Press announced last June they planned to publish the “Oxford Dictionary of African American English.”
The New York Times published the first 10 words and their definitions in late May.
Here they are: bussin (adjective and participle): 1. Especially describing food: tasty, delicious. Also more generally: impressive, excellent. 2. Describing a party, event, etc.: busy, crowded, lively. (Variant forms: bussing, bussin’.)

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky admitted that he is afraid of a possible return of Donald Trump to the White House in 2024, before begging for more American-made Patriot missile systems.
In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, President Volodymyr Zelensky admitted he has concerns about the possible re-election of Donald Trump next year, saying that he was unsure how exactly the Republican leader would have reacted had Russia invaded during his presidency.
The Ukrainian head-of-state also praised the response of the Biden administration, which has regularly handed over billions of dollars worth of weapons aid to the Eastern European nation since Moscow’s invasion began last year.

The New York Times faces criticism after publishing an article attempting to paint President Joe Biden as a young, vibrant man who never embarrasses himself or the country. Titled "Inside the Complicated Reality of Being America's Oldest President," reporters Peter Baker, Michael Shear, Katie Rogers, and Zolan Kanno-Youngs fawned over Biden's achievements, describing him as a "fit, sharp" 80-year-old who has "striking stamina."
"The two Joe Bidens coexist in the same octogenarian president: Sharp and wise at critical moments,

If Wall Street Journal columnist Peggy Noonan decided to be a presidential candidate next year, she would be barred from the debates.
The GOP debate rules include a pledge to support the Republican 2024 presidential nominee and Ms. Noonan makes it clear, from the opening paragraph of her latest weekend column that she would not back a Trump candidacy.
Noonan declares in her lede paragraph that if "Trump Republicans" nominate the former president next year, "they will have ended the Republican Party.' That there be no mistaking her comment as mere figurative remark, she declares in the following paragraph:

Former FBI Director James Comey said Sunday on MSNBC’s “Inside with Jen Psaki” that he would not vote for the Republican nominee in 2024, even if it is someone other than former President Donald Trump.
Psaki said, “You said that Trump poses a near existential threat to the rule of law.”
She asked, “Tell me a little bit about the specifics of what he could try to do, what do you mean by that?”
Comey said, “I think about what four years of a retribution presidency might look like. He could order the investigation and prosecution of individuals who he sees as enemies. I’m sure I’m on the enemies list.

Chuck Todd, the host of NBC’s “Meet the Press” for the last nine years, announced on the show Sunday that he would step down from that role in the coming months.
Todd said it’s important for people not to “overstay their welcome” and touted his accomplishments of building the show into a “distinct and important political franchise.” “It’s been an amazing nearly decade-long run. I am really proud of what this team and I have built over the last decade,” Todd said.

Europe's top climate activists are planning a 'large-scale civil disobedience campaign' of highway blockages, hunger strikes and disruption at 'federal properties' in the US in August, DailyMail.com can reveal.
Leaders from Extinction Rebellion (XR) and other European groups known for their large-scale disturbances are rapidly expanding their US-based franchise, Declare Emergency, to create mayhem on this side of the Atlantic.
In a videoconference, which DailyMail.com attended, the Europeans taught their US allies how to raise money, boost membership and recruit scores of 'arrestable' members to spearhead the most aggressive protests.

Asked how he felt about Donald Trump, Zelensky admitted that he was more comfortable with dealing with Biden and that the return of a Republican-led government could end up being difficult for his war effort.
“President Biden is the president during a full-scale war and he has been more helpful to us than President Trump,” Zelensky told the interviewer, qualifying the statement by noting that there “was no full-scale war” going on while Trump was in office.

Activist and scholar Cornel West has announced he will run for president in 2024 as a third party candidate - promising to speak the 'truth' about issues including Ukraine, Wall Street and the Pentagon.
The 70-year-old public intellectual posted a video launching his campaign running for nomination for the far-leftist People's Party.
'I am running for truth and justice as a presidential candidate for the People's Party to reintroduce America to the best of itself - fighting to end poverty, mass incarceration, ending wars and ecological collapse, guaranteeing housing, health care, education and living wages for all!' he said in the two-and-a-half-minute announcement video.

California appears to be presenting the green movement with yet another reality check. Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom has set forth arguably the country's most ambitious state-level plan to transition from fossil fuel to renewable energy. However, when California's almost inevitable heat waves come in the summer and residents crank up their home air conditioners, officials turn on massive diesel-powered generators to make up for the state’s energy shortfall and to avoid rolling blackouts.
