American military officials have evacuated U.S. embassy personnel from violence-torn Sudan, Fox News can confirm.
A source told Fox News that the evacuation was complete as of early Sunday morning. Diplomats and their families were successfully removed from Sudan and the capital city of Khartoum.
The Sudanese military has been working with foreign governments to evacuate diplomats as their country descends into a massive conflict. The conflict between the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and Sudan's armed forces began on April 15. The World Health Organization reported that at least 413 people have died, while injury estimates are as high as 3,551.

On Friday’s broadcast of Newsmax TV’s “The Record,” journalist Matt Taibbi stated that the lack of mainstream media coverage of the “massive story of national consequence” of former acting CIA Director Michael Morell’s role in the letter claiming that the Hunter Biden laptop story was Russian misinformation is an example of how “we’re starting to come to” the “same situation” as in the Soviet Union where “nobody read the newspapers because it was all lies and there was no real news in [them].”

President Joe Biden has been slammed for holding the fewest number of press conferences since Ronald Reagan's reign in the eighties.
Biden averaged only ten news conferences per year during his first two years in office, while Ronald Reagan averaged seven, Donald Trump 19.5 and Barack Obama 23, research by The American Presidency Project revealed.
He has also conducted far fewer interviews, giving just 54 in his first two years compared to Trump's 202 and Obama's 275 respectively, according to figures by scholar of presidential communication, Martha Joynt Kumar.

Earth Day is upon us—that forlorn little non-holiday that some years sandwiches itself between Easter and Passover, or other years trails in the wake of those “real” holidays. (snip) For the two of us environmentalists—one of us nominally Jewish, the other a recovering Catholic—we find the ill-defined nature of the only day honoring the place that makes life itself possible more than a little sacrilegious. So, on this 53rd Earth Day we thought it useful to pose what a real Earth Day should represent and how it could form a central time for a new approach to worship.

Not even an event thrown by Mayor Eric Adams is immune from the violence plaguing the Big Apple.
An apparent emotionally disturbed woman got clobbered to the face Saturday by an unidentified man roughly 10 feet away from Adams during a “Car-Free Earth Day” celebration he hosted in the South Bronx.
The woman, who appeared to be in her late 20s to early 30s, started the brouhaha around 1:45 p.m. along Roberto Clemente Plaza on Willis Avenue, according to a video captured by a Post photographer.
She began repeatedly kicking bags of recyclables left along the plaza before opening them and dumping debris while bystanders stared in shock.

CTH Admin Stella reminded me of an article written in May of 2013 when CTH was urgently, desperately, trying to awaken people to follow events to their logical conclusion as they were unfolding. Events we chose to challenge. At the time in 2013 George Zimmerman was under attack; then came Ferguson (Darren Wilson -vs- Mike Brown); then Baltimore Maryland (Freddie Gray -vs- Baltimore Six); but the natural alignment… the purpose of the events… was a leftist probe into weaponized narrative engineering in order to advance completely false and fabricated stories.
U.S. corporate media were testing how far they could control the outlook of Americans.

The Wall Street Journal’s conservative editorial board is out with a scorching column recommending that President Joe Biden not run for reelection in 2024.
Their nearly 1000-word column begins with the board pointing to polls showing that most Democrat voters hope the president doesn’t run for reelection.
“The public understands what Mr. Biden apparently won’t admit: that electing an octogenarian in obvious decline for another four years could be an historic mistake,” the board writes.
The president is currently 80 years old. If he were to win reelection, he’d be 82 by the time his second term were to begin.

This week, Virginia Department of Elections Commissioner Susan Beals, appointed by Youngkin last year, announced that close to 19,000 dead registrants were recently discovered on the state’s voter rolls.
The dead registrants were found after officials reviewed death records from the Virginia Department of Health dating back to 1960 that were not previously shared.
Subsequently, the dead registrants will be removed and a new set of protocols will be used by Virginia election officials to more quickly remove dead registrants from voter rolls in the future.

He is right. A brief internet search for "Long COVID" reveals a common sentiment along the lines of "scientists don't know what causes Long COVID." Even the latest NIH publication from March of 2022 (over a year ago) says, "Scientists don't know for sure what causes Long COVID."
This is amazing, since it took only a fraction of that time to come up with a miracle "cure" for COVID and distribute it all over the world.

The dishonor of our intelligence community, and most of the media, is now complete.
It turns out the “51 intel experts” letter implying Hunter Biden’s 100% authentic laptop was a Russian fake, and the ensuing efforts to kill Post reporting on it, were the actual disinfo operation. Veteran spook and former acting CIA Director Mike Morrell masterminded it, as he swore under oath, to “help Vice President Biden … because I wanted him to win the election” — at the behest of campaign flunky (now Secretary of State) Antony Blinken.
And Morell plainly also did it in hopes a victorious Biden would hand him the top CIA job.

The funny thing about waging war against reality is that reality always wins. There is simply no way around it. Leftists will never prevail in their quest to claim that men can become women and women men. Even if technology advances to the point where every single cell of an individual can be transformed, that person will still have a male or female mindset that will manifest itself in all manner of unexpected ways. And the real-life downside of the transgender madness has still only partially emerged. Another aspect of it became clear in North Carolina recently, when a female high-school athlete was seriously injured in competition

As JD Vance called to thank those who backed his successful Senate campaign in Ohio last fall, donors on the other end of the line shared a useful bit of information.
Establishment Republicans had been calling around to some of the same people, attempting to build support for a potential presidential run by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, according to two sources familiar with Vance’s conversations. Vance, who owed his victory in large part to former President Donald Trump’s endorsement, moved to quickly return the favor.

As most people know by now, an IRS supervisor has told lawmakers he has information that the Biden administration is improperly handling the criminal investigation into President Biden’s son Hunter and this IRS supervisor is seeking whistleblower protection, probably from Chairman Jason Smith’s Ways and Means Committee since it’s a tax matter, or so we think. The whistleblower also claims to have information that would contradict sworn testimony by "a senior political appointee" who allegedly provided "preferential treatment" for Hunter Biden.

Former President Donald Trump believes he is the “only candidate” who can promise to “prevent World War Three,” according to excerpts of prepared remarks provided by Trump’s campaign to Breitbart News from his speech on Friday at the Lee County GOP’s Lincoln-Reagan Dinner.
Trump, the 2024 Republican presidential primary frontrunner, planned to highlight his accomplishments in the White House and criticize President Joe Biden for having the “exact opposite” record as him.
Speaking about his four years in office, Trump’s prepared remarks touted his record on the economy, border security, energy independence, and foreign policy, among other things.

On the heels of news Wednesday that an IRS whistleblower is prepared to allege political meddling in the Hunter Biden investigation, the news got worse Thursday for the First Son and his life of ruin as it was revealed that now-Secretary of State Antony Blinken was the catalyst behind the debunked and infamous October 2020 letter from former intelligence officials dismissing the surfacing of Hunter Biden’s laptop as Russian disinformation.
This bombshell showing more interference in the 2020 election was nowhere to be found on the Thursday night newscasts on broadcast networks ABC, CBS, and NBC or Friday morning during ABC’s Good Morning America or NBC’s Today.

A Democratic congresswoman had a rather bizarre message for Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg at a congressional hearing yesterday: thank you for prioritizing female crash test dummies in vehicle safety tests.Sporting her trademark purple hair, Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (D-CT) thanked President Joe Biden’s top advisor on transportation matters for making “important investments to address the roadway safety crisis including that would accelerate the development of — and this is an area where I’ve written to you about — of the use of female dummies in crash testing

Former President Donald Trump will highlight the difference between the MAGA movement and the Republican establishment and tell the Lee County GOP audience, “The old Republican Party of RINOs, Neo-cons, and Globalists is GONE—and it is NEVER coming back,” according to excerpts of prepared remarks provided by Trump’s campaign to Breitbart News.
Trump will speak about how the MAGA movement “revolutionized politics and redrew the political map” when he defeated Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election. Trump notes that before his 2016 victory, “Republicans were on the verge of losing this nation forever,” citing Mitt Romney’s 2012 loss

The FBI is closing in on over two dozen potential suspects who were involved in Jack Teixeira's Discord page, where he allegedly leaked security secrets.
It comes as it was revealed Teixeira, the US Air National Guardsman accused of leaking classified documents to a small group of gamers, had been posting sensitive information months earlier than previously known and to a much larger chat group.

Two high-profile Republicans who have probed the Biden family scandal are calling on Secretary of State Antony Blinken to resign or face impeachment over allegations he helped orchestrate an intelligence community letter during the 2020 election that falsely portrayed Hunter Biden's laptop contents as Russian disinformation.
The rebukes of Blinken by Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) and Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) came after the release Thursday night of testimony from former CIA chief Michael Morell that Blinken had asked him to organize the now-infamous October 2020 letter to benefit the Biden campaign.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) said New York City is being “destroyed” by President Joe Biden’s migrant crisis during a panel discussion in Washington, DC, hosted by the African American Mayors Association.
“The city is being destroyed by the migrant crisis,” Adams bluntly stated. Adams was joined on the panel by Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass (D), Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner (D), and outgoing Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot (D). Adams seemingly took a shot at other New York City officials, accusing them of not fighting hard enough to get federal resources to the city. “And none of my folks came to Washington, DC, to fight for the resources

It looks like actions might have consequences in the matter of Anheuser-Busch and its partnership with Dylan Mulvaney. (snip) But now, it looks like Heinerscheid might be suffering some consequences, too.
AdAge is reporting that the marketing VP has taken a “leave of absence” and has been replaced by Todd Allen, who has been the global marketing VP for Budweiser. (snip) According to a statement from City Distributors, a Topeka, Kans.-based Anheuser-Busich distributor, the custom can decision “circumvented the proper approval channels.”
Now, is that a permanent “leave of absence”? It’s hard to know, but when they replace you, it sure sounds like you might not be coming back.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) got a warm reception at the Heritage Foundation’s 50th-anniversary summit just outside Washington, D.C., on Friday, softening a difficult weak that featured a wave of Florida lawmakers endorsing former President Trump for 2024.
Facing a friendly conservative audience of around 1,070 that greeted him with a standing ovation, DeSantis, who has not yet declared for 2024 but is widely expected to, tested whether he could flaunt signing a six-week abortion ban. DeSantis did not mention the abortion ban bill in a Liberty University speech the day after he signed the bill last week. The measure drew criticism and prompted

This is kind of fun. Maybe Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy is crazy like a fox, no? If he can’t wear you out, he’ll wait you out.
A couple of days ago I posted about how McCarthy had gotten the framework for a debt ceiling bill banged out with his fractious bunch of coconuts. In a speech given at the New York Stock Exchange, the Speaker put forth the meat of the GOP proposals, said they would have a bill to vote on “in weeks,” and, again, asked the president to please meet in good faith negotiations.
The answer was the classic Democrat MAGA MAGA MAGA boilerplate
