Conservatives whose reaction to the banana republic shenanigans of a leftist DA in a leftist city using a ridiculous perversion of the law to take out an enemy of the leftists is anything less than a desire to deal the pain right back are worse than useless. They are a menace. Their channeling of Kevin Bacon in “Animal House” empowers our enemies to ruin our country – and us. If you love the rule of law, if you want to bring back our precious norms and hold to our precious principles, then it’s time to go Full Truman and nuke ‘em ‘til they glow.

On Wednesday, Grammy Award-winning country music star Travis Tritt announced his decision to boycott all Anheuser-Busch products in light of the recent partnership between TikTok/trans activist Dylan Mulvaney and Bud Light.
In a post shared to Twitter, Tritt revealed that he plans to remove all Anheuser-Busch products from his tour hospitality rider, and indicated that he knows of other artists who will follow suit.
“I will be deleting all Anheuser-Busch products from my tour hospitality rider,” he tweeted. “I know many other artists who are doing the same.”

The case against Donald Trump brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is melting faster than the Wicked Witch of the West. The DA is keeping everyone in the dark about exactly what individual crime Bragg will try Trump on.
This is sort of important because, without a predicate crime, there’s nothing to convict Trump of doing anything illegal. Bragg has taken that crime and sliced it into 34 parts — a prosecutorial trick designed to make sure the jury convicts Trump of something — anything — to justify charging a former president with felonies.
And if Bragg wants to try Trump for violating federal campaign finance laws

MSNBC anchor Chris Hayes said Wednesday on his show “All In” that many people, including him, were “permanently scarred” by Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential victory.
Hayes said, “Even by the standards of our time, of this day and age in the avalanche of news and spectacle, this sort of dizzying clawing for your attention the last 24 hours have really been something else. So I want to begin tonight by just taking a second here to try to collectively just wrap our heads around the meaning and significance of what we have seen in the last 24 hours.”
He continued, “Of course, we have to begin with the biggest story,

Some conservatives have suggested that the Democrat persecution of Trump won’t stop until conservatives start going after Democrats in the same way.
Former George W. Bush spokesman Ari Fleischer is now one of them.
Last night on the Hannity show, he suggested that conservative prosecutors need to go after people like the Clintons and Hunter Biden.
From Real Clear Politics:
FOX News contributor and former Bush press secretary Ari Fleischer on Tuesday talked to FNC host Sean Hannity about how the indictment of former President Donald Trump violates the norms of politics and what Republicans should do to rein in the left.

The dumbest case ever just got dumber. The charges brought against President Trump by New York City DA Alvin Bragg make no sense. You would think that if you were going to indict a President of the United States that you would have a case. But this case offers nothing.
DA Bragg should resign. His case against Trump is shockingly weak.
On Tuesday, immediately after receiving the indictment against President Trump, TGP analyzed the document. What stuck out was that Soros-backed Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg claims in his charges that President Trump made the accounting entries himself related to this case.

Here is yet another story about a government using eminent domain to steal property from its citizens. In this case, the state of Tennessee is seeking to seize land from farmers in order to benefit a private business.
About a year ago, Ford Motor Company began building an electric truck plant in BlueOval City, a rural area of west Tennessee. It was met with optimism from the community at the prospect of having new jobs for residents. The government was enthused about the idea of having another source of tax revenue and made generous offers to the company to establish its plant in the state.

National Public Radio, known as one of America's most notoriously biased media outlets, earned a new badge on Twitter this week in a move that has already sent liberals screeching for their safe spaces and drawn applause from Americans who've long been irked by NPR's blatant anti-conservative — and often unpatriotic — programming.
Twitter users first started noticing on Tuesday night that NPR's official account has been labeled "US state-affiliated media." [Tweet]
Musk shared Twitter's Help Center definition for state-affiliated media and said it "seems accurate" after Twitter slapped the label on NPR's account.

After Tuesday's arraignment of former President Trump, Republicans rushed to defend him against the political persecution of Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg. However, Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and his top allies stayed silent.
McConnell, who reportedly hasn't spoken to Trump since December 2020, refrained from making any statement responding to Trump pleading not guilty to 34 felony counts.
In fact, the Republican has not said anything regarding the indictment of Trump overall.
"If we issue a statement, we will let everyone know," is all McConnell's top spokesman, David Popp, said following the arraignment.
Instead, while the whole country was fixated on Trump's arraignment,

Department public information officer Ryan Wilbur said three Marines heard a struggle between three other males and explained how they intervened.
“On April 1st at approximately 1:41 p.m. Deputy E.E. Donkor responded to a disturbance at Chick-fil-a, located at 25 Dunn Drive,” he said. “Witnesses advised one male was approached by two others. The three got into a brief argument before a physical altercation ensued.”
Wilbur said one of the two males pulled a knife on the victim.
“Three nearby Marines quickly jumped into action and attempted to separate the parties,”

Trump attorney Joe Tacopina appeared on Good Day New York Wednesday morning to discuss Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s abusive prosecution of the former president. During the interview, Tacopina described a resolute Trump who remains strong and stiff-spined and determined to pursue a righteous course of legal action. The interview reminds us what a rare individual former President Donald J. Trump is: the more Big Left attacks him, the more energized he becomes to fight back — and he has the guts, spine, and resources to do it.
The morning news show Good Day New York on Fox 5 in NYC is an undiscovered gem.

The $10 million-a-day Trump court circus will create a new Manhattan traffic tie-up amid the December Christmas shopping season when Trump returns to Manhattan on December 4 for his next hearing. Shut down Fifth Avenue and the FDR Drive. Close 56th Street and Fifth Avenue on the first Sunday after the big tree lighting. Oh my.
New York is a glutton for punishment. The message from the court is: Rockefeller Center be jammed. In Florida, you can do procedural hearings on the phone if warranted. The defendant need not be present for a series of motions. Of course, New York still does many court filings on paper and not online.
