Avenatti says there's no case against Trump

Original Article

Today is supposed to be I-Day — indictment day — in New York City. For the 7th consecutive year, the loony left is predicting the imminent indictment and arrest of President Trump. The walls are closing in! Comey-Mueller-NYC DA have him right where they want him. He will be frog-marched and perp-walked. (snip) The charge is he paid off Stormy Daniels, a hooker — or as the media now calls them, an adult entertainment actress — who claimed she had sex with him. The case has bounced around in civil court where a judge ruled that her lawsuit was so frivolous that the whore would have to pay him!

Why is the victim of a blackmail attempt being prosecuted for anything? Shouldn't Stormy Daniels be the one being tried? Since when is blackmail money simply called hush money? And if it is just "hush" money then where is the crime? And how exactly does one report blackmail money on their disclosure forms? What category does that fall under? Is there a category for "keeping the democrat jackels at bay"? Just asking for a friend.

""Avenatti was being touted as a presidential candidate"" Avenatti was on CNN every day, multiple times every day. He could have called it The Avenatti Show. Since democRATS love to be able to call themselves 'Former Presidential Candidate' could Avenatti use some phrase like 'Former CNN-Presidential-Hopeful? Yes, it is a bit of a mouthful, but CNN has been full of it for decades.

#7: I believe the problem is that the money given to Stormy Daniels came from one of the Trump corporations and was paid to Attorney Cohen in the form of "legal fees," which would make the monies tax deductible as legitimate business expense, or would make the monies a presidential campaign expense that was never declared to the Federal Election Commission. There are a multitude of problems with this prosecution, but the foregoing is the gist of the allegations, and the reason that the "victim of a blackmail attempt [is] being prosecuted for anything."

President Trump’s departure from the White House brought back the Dark Ages of the deep state’s ownership of the federal government.
