The Arkansas House sent the GOP governor a bill Wednesday to make it easier to sue doctors who provide gender-affirming treatment to minors, moving to effectively reinstate the state’s blocked ban on such care. The office of Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders said she backs the malpractice bill, which overwhelmingly passed the majority-Republican House on a mostly party-line vote.(Snip) The House-passed bill would allow anyone who received gender-affirming care as a minor to file a malpractice lawsuit against their doctor for up to 15 years after they turn 18.

Burns, though, is simply parroting the Leftist lies. As is necessary to remain in the graces of the truly good people of the world. Exhibit #1 has been the Left’s claim that the governor is engaged in the censorship of history and suppression of all discussions about sexual matters in the schools. Both of these claims

In Matamoros, the four kidnapped Americans taken by cartel henchmen were rescued, but horrifically enough, two were murdered, victims in Mexico's vicious cartel war brought on by Joe Biden's open border. News reports, citing an anonymous U.S. official, say that the four, who were black U.S. citizens from South Carolina, were mistaken by the killers aligned with the Gulf Cartel, for rival Haitian drug dealers. Americans were repeatedly told by their own government and by major media outlets in recent years that the COVID-19 virus originated naturally, that it couldn’t be a human-made virus. Now, recent reports strongly suggest, that the virus probably escaped from China’s government-run Wuhan Institute of Virology. What to do? Given the magnitude of the recent revelations, the I&I/TIPP Poll sought to ask the public how the U.S. government should respond. The overall reaction: The government needs to dig deeply into the origin and transmission of the deadly virus and tell Americans the truth about it.

The Democrats have assumed quite a few different kinds of attitudes over the course of the last year and all surrounding one topic; the events of January 6. First, they were horrified and scared of being harmed, then they were righteously furious, then they were stoically pursuing justice. Their noble quest to bring the guilty to justice over an attempted “insurrection” was one of epic proportions and they would stop at nothing to right the wrongs and protect the country from the murderous and treasonous machinations of Trump and those who consider themselves MAGA fanatics. But then midterms happened. The Democrats lost their majority in the House

Last night, we aired video from surveillance cameras on Capitol Hill. That video was recorded 26 months to the day before January 6, 2021, and for 26 months, that footage was held from the American public. The January 6 Committee made certain. Now, the Justice Department also kept a lid on that video footage and in fact, in some cases, DOJ did not share it with criminal defendants who had been charged on January 6 in violation of their constitutional rights. We felt it was a public service to bring what we could to you. There was no justification for keeping the secret any longer

Kevin McCarthy said that he doesn't regret giving Tucker Carlson footage from the January 6 Capitol attack as he repeatedly dodged questions about what the Fox News host decided to air. The House Speaker insisted while speaking with reports outside his office on Tuesday that he had not yet seen what Carlson put on his show Monday night and therefore would not comment. He also tore into Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell for criticizing Fox for airing the footage, claiming that he should also then denounce CNN for revealing the secure locations of lawmakers the day of the Capitol riot.

Teenage boys on TikTok are flooded with misogynistic, racist, sexual and violent content — even when they don’t go looking for it, a Post investigation found. I’m a woman in my early 30s, but I recently created profiles for a fake 14-year-old boy named Jayden on TikTok and YouTube. My aim wasn’t to use Jayden’s profile to interact with other people online but rather just to see what sort of content the algorithm fed him if he was completely passive. Within seconds of opening TikTok and YouTube as him, I was bombarded with a dizzying stream of videos

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) on Tuesday formally disavowed the controversial Florida bill that would require compensated bloggers who write about the governor or members of his cabinet to register with the state, stating clearly that he does not support it. The bill in question — Florida Sen. Jason Brodeur’s SB 1316: Information Dissemination — would require compensated bloggers writing about a member of the Legislature, the Office of Legislative Services, or a member of the executive branch to register with the “appropriate office,” whether that be the Office of Legislative Services or the Commission on Ethics. Notably, the legislation does not apply to members of the mainstream media.

Tucker Carlson is not wilting in the face of Democrats losing their mind over his Jan. 6 video coverage. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer even tried to go after him, by calling on Rupert Murdoch to stop the Jan. 6 coverage. Can we say panicked? It sure looks like it. But it doesn’t look like Murdoch or Carlson are folding on the issue. Carlson was back with more coverage on Tuesday evening and not only wasn’t he stopping, but he was also laughing at the panic of the Democrats and the media who were losing total control of the narrative. “What you’re hearing is panic and fear,”
Hess CEO States Obvious on CNBC: Oil and

Corporate America has fomented a culture that's so drunk on environmental, social and governance standards that a CEO stating the obvious on CNBC about the ongoing necessity of oil and gas actually seems profound. Hess Corporation CEO John Hess wasted no time in pointing out that “oil and gas are going to be needed for decades to come” during the Mar. 7 edition of CNBC’s Squawk Box. Hess even stated that “oil and gas are key” in order to achieve an “affordable, just and secure” energy “transition." Talk about irony. Hess noted that “most people don’t realize that oil and gas are a strategic industry for the United States.”
