The New York Times, that intrepid warrior for anything and everything that the Left is hysterical about, on Friday published a lengthy piece about a source of systemic racism that no one has ever noticed before: It seems that equestrian helmets are racist because they don’t accommodate the dreadlocks that some black horse riders wear. One black rider’s mother lamented: “Mostly everything in this sport isn’t designed for us.” Well, that’s got to change, and these Jackie Robinsons of the Coiffure, with the Times’ generous help, are leading the way to the Equestrian

Hershey’s Canada’s woke “Her for She” campaign debuted an ad on Wednesday in honor of International Women’s Day on March 8 that features on its candy bar wrapper transgender woman Fae Johnstone, a queer, trans and feminist activist who is also a “2SLGBTQUIA+ Advocate.”
The move set Twitter on fire with users blasting Hershey’s over the ad campaign. Many thought it was obscene to use a transgender woman to represent a pro-female celebration.
The short clip shows Johnstone posing with the limited-edition candy bar. She provides a voiceover attempting to explain the lame and offensive inclusivity initiative.

Attorney General Merrick Garland made an unannounced trip to Ukraine on Friday, according to a Justice Department official, his second trip to the country after Russia invaded a little more than a year ago.
The trip was not announced for security reasons, the official said.
Garland was invited to Lviv by the Ukrainian prosecutor general, the official said, and joined President Volodymyr Zelensky at the "United for Justice Conference." The official added that Garland "held several meetings and reaffirmed our determination to hold Russia accountable for crimes committed in its unjust and unprovoked invasion against its sovereign neighbor."

On Friday’s broadcast of HBO’s “Real Time,” Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) stated that taking more than half of someone’s income through taxes is “absolutely” fair for some earners.
Host Bill Maher asked, “I hear you all the time say, the rich don’t pay their fair share. Now, maybe that’s true of those three guys you mentioned [Elon Musk, Bill Gates, and Jeff Bezos], they are pretty rich. But, I guess I’m not very rich, but I pay more than half. California is 13.3% and the federal is 37% for people who make over 250k…and then there [are] the state and local and property taxes.

We’ve seen that Democrats don’t seem to understand some of the basic principles of the Constitution. Or perhaps, more accurately, don’t seem to care about complying with it.
We’ve also seen that they don’t understand that Joe Biden isn’t king. He doesn’t get to declare, by unilateral fiat, the cancellation of student debt. That’s not within his Constitutional power, no matter what Democratic politicians may think. But they wanted to do it to pay off their base for their votes. So, they threw a tantrum on the steps of the Supreme Court. All they understand is that they should get to do what they want to hold onto their control.

A report from Business.com finds that there is discrimination against “non-binary” people. At least, non-binary people believe there is discrimination. “Over 80% of nonbinary people believe that identifying as nonbinary would hurt their job search,” the report finds. Also, 51% believe their gender identity has “affected their workplace experience.”
Business.com sent out two identical “phantom” resumes to “180 unique job postings that were explicitly open to entry-level candidates” in an effort to test “whether or not the inclusion of gender-neutral pronouns impacts how employers perceive resumes.”

Documents recently obtained by Human Events show that Alexander Vindman has been pitching the government of Ukraine to obtain lucrative defense contracts. In August 2022, Vindman, operating as CEO of Trident Support, pitched a deck on a Ukraine Weapons Systems Sustainment Center to address problems with Ukraine's weapons management, namely readiness, repair, and maintenance. Vindman proposed that for $12 million in initial funding, his company Trident Support would bring support closer to the front lines by providing a logistical midpoint from which equipment could be distributed.

Convicted murderer Alex Murdaugh shaved his head for his newest mugshot, hours after he was handed two consecutive life sentences for killing his wife and son.
The disgraced former lawyer, who kept his distinctive red hair for most of his murder trial, stares coldly ahead while wearing a yellow jumpsuit in the latest mugshot, snapped after he was booked Friday at South Carolina’s Kirkland Reception and Evaluation Center.
He will remain in a single cell for the next 45 days at the Columbia facility — which is a maximum-security, level-three prison for male offenders, Fox News reported.

Furious Tennessee residents have been blanketed by black 'whiskey fungus' after Jack Daniel's failed to stop emissions leaking from its barrel houses.
The mold is fueled by ethanol vapor releasing into the air, leading nearby properties, road signs and vehicles to be routinely covered in the sooty smog.
DailyMail.com visited the scene to find the fungus has wreaked havoc on the small town of Lynchburg, which is under the shadow of the booze giant's iconic distillery.
Many are also questioning whether the fungus is impacting their health and destroying the surrounding air quality,

In late March, Walmart is closing the last two locations it has in Portland, Oregon.
The company’s official line about the closings is that it has to do with store performances, customer needs, and other corporate speak.
Does anyone doubt that this probably has a lot to do with theft? Portland is a hotbed of leftism, and for the last few years, shoplifting has become a norm for the left.
FOX 12 in Oregon reports:
All Portland Walmart stores to permanently close in late March
The last two Walmart stores within Portland’s city limits will close in late March, the company announced.

Cody Nobles hopes to study environmental science or marine biology at a college on a shoreline town, where he can observe ocean life firsthand.
But after his native Florida adopted legislation restricting LGBTQ rights, Nobles, who is gay, is planning to find a similar environment in a different political climate. The 19-year-old says he wouldn't have to worry as much about discrimination or even physical assault in California.

An apocalyptic scene has unfolded in Frederick, Maryland where an overturned gas tanker exploded into a massive fireball killing the driver and setting nearby homes and cars alight.
Hazmat teams have responded to the incident along with emergency crews with reports of a 'burning smell' filling the area.
Footage filmed by residents, some of whom were seen gawking nearby the huge blaze, shows large plumes of black smoke, ash and embers billowing from the crash site.
Maryland State Police said the crash took place on Route 15 in Maryland and the driver of the tanker died in the incident. There were no other fatalities or injuries immediately reported.
