A 17-year-old student at Matanzas High School in Palm Coast, Florida was arrested Tuesday after he shoved a teacher’s aide so hard she flew in the air several feet. He then pounded her head into the floor, all because she took his Nintendo Switch away from him during class, according to police. He later spit on the victim and said when he comes back he would kill her, police said.
Video shows the 6 foot, six inch, 270 pound student raced after the woman, sent her flying across the floor and knocking her unconscious when she landed on her head. The student then kicked and repeatedly punched the victim

Former President Trump ripped into Fox News on Tuesday over its coverage of the political ascendance of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R).
“So interesting to watch FoxNews cover the small and unenthusiastic 139 person crowd in Staten Island for DeSantis, but stay as far away as possible from coverage of the thousands of people, many unable to get in, at the Club 47 event in West Palm Beach, Florida,” Trump wrote on his social media platform Truth Social on Tuesday.I call FoxNews the RINO Network, and their DOWN BIG Ratings accurately reflect the name,” Trump said, using an acronym referring to the phrase “Republican in Name Only.”

First Lady Jill Biden has signaled that President Joe Biden will run for re-election in 2024, despite many calls for him to sit this one out.
During an interview with the Associated Press, Jill Biden said there is "pretty much" nothing else to do other than find a time and place for his announcement.
"He says he's not done," Jill Biden said. "He's not finished what he's started. And that's what's important. How many times does he have to say it for you to believe it?"

The 'migrant' shot dead by an Arizona rancher on his land last month was likely a cartel drug smuggler or scout, according to a former Border Patrol chief, who says the area is known for 'violence'.
George Alan Kelly, 73, was arrested on charges of first degree murder for shooting Gabriel Cuen-Butimea on January 30 at his home. That charge has now been downgraded to a second degree murder charge.
He denies the murder, insisting he only ever fired warning shots when he saw what he perceived to be a gang of cartel smugglers on his land.

Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg appeared to wear dress boots while surveying the train derailment on the ground in East Palestine, Ohio.
Buttigieg visited Ohio on Thursday nearly three weeks after the East Palestine train derailment spilled toxic chemicals into the environment.
The secretary appeared to be wearing leather dress boots, instead of heavy-duty shoes like work boots, while surveying damage in the city. (Photo) A Department of Transportation spokesperson told FOX News Digital that the shoes were "boots" but had no record of the brand.

The woke Board of Commissioners for Shelby County in Tennessee, which also includes Memphis, voted to approve $5 million to launch a feasibility study to examine reparations for the descendants of slaves as a number of members cited the death of Tyre Nichols as a reason for it. The feasibility study aims to determine whether the county should “establish, develop, and implement reparations.”
The commission has 13 members. The eight black members all voted in favor of the study. The five white members all voted against it or abstained, according to the Daily Mail.

Ukraine is not misusing the tens of billions of dollars in direct financial assistance it is receiving courtesy of U.S. taxpayers according to a top Biden administration official.
Samantha Power, the administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), gave the public affirmation during a CNN live town hall on Thursday evening.
Her assurances came just hours ahead of the White House revealing it would give another $2 billion in military aid to Ukraine as its war with Russia officially hits the one-year mark, bringing the total amount of American military assistance to over $30 billion in one year.

This is one of the most amazing videos you will see, especially considering the noxious figure at the center of it.
Angela Davis is one of most infamous communists in American history. For over five decades, she has advocated for the abolition of capitalism in America and for Marxist dictatorships around the globe.
In addition to her communism, she was one of the founders of critical race theory, which teaches that white people are responsible for America’s sins and ongoing problems. Prominent critical race theorist Ibram X. Kendi has quoted her at length in his hate-filled books.

A self-proclaimed 'traditional housewife' who spends six hours a day cooking and cleaning and celebrates being subservient to her husband says it's 'her choice' and 'the way she likes it.' Estee Williams (pictured), 25, from Richmond, Virginia, has dubbed herself a 'trad-wife' and spends her days tending to the home while her husband, Conner, 23, an electrician, goes to work as the family bread-winner. But far from resembling The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Estee says she leads a 'humble' existence and is 'subservient' to her husband but 'in a healthy biblical way.' While Estee stays at home baking bread, cooking meals from scratch, cleaning, and learning to sew

A Florida teacher who was accused of having White students in his classroom bow to Black students is on leave. Ethan Hooper, a middle school teacher in Orlando, posted the videos to his personal social media which went viral after being shared by the popular right-wing account Libs of TikTok.
One of the videos Hooper posted showed White students acting like servants to Black students in the class in honor of Black History Month. White students were shown in the video fanning and feeding Black students.
"It was in good fun. There was no political agenda behind it," the teacher said. He said the video was being "maliciously used."

Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon has suspended the attorney who prosecuted a 26-year-old trans child molester who was accused of identifying as a woman only after DNA evidence linked her to a cold case crime, according to law enforcement sources.
Shea Sanna, who had been the lead prosecutor for part of the case, is accused of misgendering and "deadnaming" the convicted child molester Hannah Tubbs, who is now accused of beating a man to death in the woods with a rock in Kern County.
Sanna has argued in the past that jailhouse phone calls show Tubbs was attempting to use gender identity to game the justice system
