It suffices to say that Election Day didn't go as planned for some polling places that experienced and are still experiencing ballot-counting issues. Despite the varying election-related difficulties, multiple jurisdictions share one foreseen commonality. There's a common thread connecting five counties spread across several states that were in disarray on Election Day: federal "monitors."
On the eve of the elections, the Biden administration's Department of Justice announced Monday it would be dispatching such monitors to as many as 64 jurisdictions in almost half of U.S. states on Election Day to oversee federal election law "compliance."

They are cheating. In broad daylight. In front of everyone. It needs to be challenged in court.

Slow vote counting, printers out of ink. shortage of supplies and other election day problems are a state-by-state issue. Each governor could and should take on the problem and clean up their state if they were competent. Florida had problems in the past but after DeSantis was elected, he removed the incompetent woman who had resided over the elections for 15 or more years. Florida tabulated the votes on election night ahead of many other states even some smaller. Voting is handled extremely well in Florida and is an example of how it could be in the other unorganized states. Republicans have had two years since the last fiasco, and nothing seems to have changed in many areas. I know some of the states are majority democrat but insisting that something be done and not letting up until it is. It needs to be worked on NOW not on election day. What we are going through now and not knowing results for a week or more is not acceptable and leaves a lot of room for cheating.

The Biden administration was using the DOJ to develop plans for federal interference in state election administration, after those plans were leaked those plans allegedly got scrapped.
I am guessing they didn't.

Chalk another one up for our Governor in Florida! Seems HE understands what to do, makes sure there are laws in place to back him up, then tells DOJ

Darn it! DeSantis Tells DOJ to get lost because their people's names are not on "The List". I love it. Wish he would hold a meeting of other Republican Governors and give them a Book of Ideas on how to keep the Government out of their Business!

It seems to me there were enough irregularities to fast track this to the SCOTUS. Getting them to accept it is another question.

#7 - There were more irregularities all across the country in the 2020 election. The Supreme Court wasn't interested then, either.

#8 SCOTUS has the important responsibility of upholding and defending the Constitution. Part of that, it seems to me, is to protect the Franchise, and in such a way that the Citizen is protected and therefore has trust and faith in the Body of Laws by which we are governed, from the Executive all the way to us Citizens.
One thing enjoyed by all Roman citizens, for example, was their equality under the Law, everywhere throughout the Empire. Citizens had security in their citizenship because at all levels the Law was enforced and respected. Our Founders incorporated this as a crucial aspect of our system, or it has been, up until the "fundamental [transformer]," BO, came to power along with his sidekick, Joe, by his side, and his administration began the wholesale corruption of the Courts.
We are supposed to be treated equally under the Law. The Court is an arbiter. Millions of citizens witnessed massive irregularities in 2020, and States with (what seemed to many attorneys) Standing were turned away by the Court. So, the Court shut off any and all "off ramps" whereby tempers could have cooled while the Justices considered the facts as presented, and adjudicated the complaints, paused the process, let the grievances be heard. If the people lose faith in the impartiality of the Courts, what's the recourse? there aren't many paths to restoration of our Constitutional system. The Republic is in danger.
All the Court's refusals seemed so specious. And the turmoil ever since has only exacerbated the tensions, as it becomes obvious that the Dems have many schemes, organizations, and plans by means of which they secure what appears to be very narrow victories by means of very questionable methods, employed even more vigorously in 2022, at a time when the POTUS is constantly demonizing half the American population. As we know, that is something President Trump NEVER did. He directed his vituperations and critiques at politicians and pundits, he never called those who voted against him "deplorables," he didn't attack them at all.
Anyway, this elections period ALL the polls showed an impending "red wave," and perhaps a "red tsunami."
So, what did happen? how? Will the Court pause and hear the grievances of the people? After all, that IS one of our Rights as stated in the First Amendment. We have a Right to "make redress of our grievances," to "petition our government," the Court is the third co-equal Branch, and the Justices need to have courage and the nerve to take up this essential case of election trustworthiness.
Otherwise, we're looking more and more like every other ordinary regime which loses its legality and dies.

No one stood with Trump in 2020 to help resolve this voting mess....now I fear we will never have an honest election again. How many people really believe 74 million people voted for Biden???

All by design. To properly align itself with the great reset and one world government, America must first be made into a third-world banana republic. We are making good progress. Corruption and cheating are coming along nicely.

The other common thread is the dem candidates always win, even if they are dead! ...What are the odds?!!! The dems & RINOS have turned the USA into a banana republic and their grins show they are proud of it. The leadership of both party's display no ethics.

I am going to watch what happens in the next two years before 2024. If the republicans don't move on this theft of elections by democrats, I'm not voting in 2024. Pete Buttigieg will be able to beat DeSantis or Trump and won't even have to campaign. Our legally cast votes get cancelled by fake names on undated ballots by dead persons. This is massively horrible theft and the democrat communist own it. MAGA

States control the elections. Republican governors can tell Doj to get lost. And absolutely should. But it’s the voters, that have to demand accountability. Until voters do, the Dems get away with it. People think that the voting control is the federal governments duty. It is not. States run elections.

We can quit voting in disgust. Result, democrats win. We can go to the polls and vote, hoping the democrats don't cheat. Result, democrats win. Or, there is that third option of which nobody dare speak.

Cut to the chase. Voting fraud should be punished by prison or a death sentence. The future of the country could hang in the balance. Get serious. STOP VOTING FRAUD.
Why can't one of the most technologically advanced countries in the world have honest and secure elections.
It's scandalous. Get serious.
The DimOcraps are trying to destroy freedom and the entire country.
