Republican Lori Chavez-DeRemer Wins in Oregon

Original Article

Republican Lori Chavez-DeRemer won a critical U.S. House seat in Oregon necessary to win the majority over Democrats. Called by the Associated Press on Sunday, Chavez-DeRemer won her race in Oregon’s 5th U.S. Congressional District, beating out Democrat Jamie McLeod-Skinner. Per the Associated Press (AP): Chavez-DeRemer’s victory makes her the first Latina congresswoman from Oregon, a distinction also sought by 6th District Democratic candidate Andrew Salinas. That race remained too early to call. The district was previously held for seven terms by moderate Democrat Rep. Kurt Schrader and was targeted by the GOP, which saw the 5th as vulnerable after the long-time incumbent’s primary defeat

Districts are not states. No reason why the counting should take so long, unless there is interference in the process. The Republicans may not take the House.

FTA: "Per the Associated Press (AP): Chavez-DeRemer’s victory makes her the first Latina congresswoman from Oregon, a distinction also sought by 6th District Democratic candidate Andrew Salinas." Why would Andrew want to be a Latina congresswoman from Oregon? Is he trans, or something else? Or, maybe the people who wrote and edited this are just plain sloppy.

Here's the funny thing about this ''new''. I received her victory statement over my phone three days ago and The local birdcage liner even reported she had won on Friday. I guess it's not over until the Decision desk says it's over?

Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) announced in a closed-door Tuesday lunch with Republican senators that he will challenge Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) for GOP Senate leader. “Republican voters expect and deserve to know our plan to promote and advance conservative values… That is why I am running to be Republican Leader,” Scott wrote in a letter released after the meeting. “Like each of you, I am deeply disappointed by the results of the recent election,” Scott continued. “Despite what the armchair quarterbacks on TV will tell you, there is no one person responsible for our party’s performance across the country.”

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) responded to questions regarding former President Trump — from the president’s forthcoming announcement to his recent “attacks” of the governor — but DeSantis kept his nose clean, refusing to criticize the president and instead taking aim at the establishment media and woke corporations while dismissing everything else as “just noise.” DeSantis was asked about Trump’s announcements and what one questioner described as the former president’s “less than flattering” remarks about him. The governor, however, simply explained that “incoming fire” is just the nature of the job.

The Arizona election is a total mess. It’s full of corruption in almost every area. It is uncertifiable as a result. A new free and fair election is demanded. Secretary of State Katie Hobbs should have recused herself due to her running for governor in this election but her conflict of interest was ignored. The same people involved in the uncertifiable 2020 Election were also involved in this election. They too should have been removed. The systems are the same systems with still unanswered questions from the 2020 Election.

The Associated Press called the Arizona gubernatorial race for Democrat Katie Hobbs at 9:30 pm Monday night. Hobbs, who stared down calls to recuse herself from overseeing her own election as Arizona’s secretary of state, is expected to certify her own election near the end of the month. Hobbs’ opponent, Kari Lake, who had been widely expected to win, may not go quietly into the night. Shortly before the “vote dump” that preceded the call, Lake was on Fox News’s “Jesse Watters Primetime.” (Video) “What’s going to happen when we hear about this vote dump?” asked Watters. “I don’t know… We think we should be in good shape,” she said,

I’m making sure he, under legitimate efforts of our Constitution, does not become the next President again.” How can he make sure of that? He didn’t say, and of course the sycophants didn’t ask.
