The New York Supreme Court has ordered reinstatement for all employees fired over their nonvaccinated status and ordered back pay for those who were unlawfully terminated from employment [Full pdf Ruling Here].
The state supreme court found that being vaccinated does not stop the spread of COVID-19, saying the vaccine mandate and firing of the non-compliant employees was “arbitrary and capricious.” This is a strong rebuke to the totalitarian fiats created by state leaders including the state governor, mayor of New York City and health commissioner.

Their D-I-V-O-R-C-E became final today.
It is a glorious thing dripping with Trumpenfreude. The Chamber of Commerce gets to keep its money. Republicans look to get control of the House and Senate.
WaPo reported on May 17, 2021, "Chamber of Commerce draws fire after a risky bet on Democrats."
The story said, "The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the nation’s biggest business lobby, is encountering challenges on multiple fronts as it seeks warmer relations with Democrats after years of lockstep loyalty to Republicans (snip)"The blowback from Republicans threatens to further upend the Chamber’s longtime status as the most potent corporate lobby in Washington,

A New York Supreme Court judge on Monday struck down New York City’s vaccine mandate for all city workers, finding the rule to be unconstitutional, arbitrary, and capricious.
Attorney Chad LaVeglia, who announced the verdict outside the Richmond County courthouse, said the mandate was now “null and void.”
“So, we just defeated the vaccine mandate for every single city employee—not just sanitation,” (snip)
The ruling strikes down the mandate that saw over 2,000 city workers fired for not getting a COVID-19 vaccine. LaVeglia said the ruling extends to all public workers, including the New York fire department, the police department, and the Department of Corrections

Endonuclease fingerprint indicates a synthetic origin of SARS-CoV-2
bioRxiv preprint October 18, 2022 doi: https://doi.org/10.1101/2022.10.18.512756; this version posted October 20, 2022
Lay Summary: To construct synthetic variants of natural coronaviruses in the lab, researchers often use a method called in vitro genome assembly. This method utilizes special enzymes called restriction enzymes to generate DNA building blocks that then can be “stitched” together in the correct order of the viral genome. (snip)
We found that SARS-CoV has the restriction site fingerprint that is typical for synthetic viruses. The synthetic fingerprint of SARS-CoV-2 is anomalous in wild coronaviruses, and common in lab-assembled viruses.

Former President Donald Trump fired off a foreboding Truth on Sunday night, reacting to a Washington Examiner exclusive that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) is recording a robocall for a Republican candidate whom Trump has rejected.
That candidate is Joe O’Dea, the underdog Senate contender in Colorado who is trailing Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO) in public opinion polls and last week made waves when he vowed to "actively campaign against" Trump and spoke favorably of other party heavyweights, including DeSantis.
Sharing the article written by Washington Examiner senior political correspondent David Drucker on his Truth Social platform, Trump added a brief message. "A BIG MISTAKE!" Trump said in all capital letters.

The moves are so predictable… {See Here}… well, it would be funny if the consequences were not so severe.
With Prime Minister Liz Truss announcing her resignation there was considerable discussion of former PM Boris Johnson returning to run for the job. However, as an outcome of his conversations with other “conservatives” in British politics, Johnson has withdrawn his name. This sets up… wait for it…. the World Economic Forum’s groomed U.K. climate change “conservative” to take the job. This stuff is so predictable, it’s beyond funny. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak together with King Charles III…. What could possibly go wrong? LOL

Democrats bestowed on Kari Lake -- Arizona's Republican gubernatorial nominee -- the title that any sensible Republican seeks.
She is now worse than Trump.
Greg Sargent of WaPo wrote, "The way Lake has imitated Trump’s rhetoric is obvious, but as I’ve followed her in the months since, something else has become clear: She is much better at this than Trump’s other emulators. That makes sense, given her first career in front of the camera, cultivating trust among thousands of Maricopa County viewers. But this is more than imitation: Lake has made MAGA her own. She’s agile as a politician (snip) And she bats at the press with a vivacity unmatched by

Joe Biden participated in a forum on Friday featuring several young “change-makers,” including Dylan Mulvaney, a chirpy transvestite who is popular on TikTok, and was recently promoted in a cosmetic company’s video.
The trans activist announced his inclusion in the forum in a video for his 8 million TikTok followers.
“It’s day 222 of being a girl, I’m in Washington D.C., and I’m going to the White House!” Mulvaney gushed.
“You know that phrase, you know I may have girl bossed to close to the sun?” he continued. “Well, that’s how I feel today. I get to sit down with Joe Biden

We use the word “steal,” as we use many words, in several distinct but related senses.(snip)
That act of theft is simple. There are plenty of more complex and nuanced ones, but the element of assuming as one’s own something that rightfully belongs to another is key.

Perhaps the most popular meme floating about in polite society today is the contention that any hint of the 2020 presidential election being tainted is a “Big Lie.” It is so popular, in fact, that some journalists and politicians appear to present themselves to the Office of Acceptable Propaganda each day before setting off on their rounds.

This morning informed commentary features perspectives on the CBS news report (clearly propagandistic in intent) about the deployment of the 101st airborne division to Romania. It seems that this is, in fact, a replacement deployment. The 101st is replacing the 82nd Airborne, which has been in Romania for 4 months. CBS reporting made the 101st’s deployment appear to be a new development—probably to shape the US domestic public’s perceptions ahead of the Red Wave election (snip)
For Russians, the US/Romanian excercises on Russia’s border—at a time when Nazism is resurgent in Ukraine—serves as a reminder of Romania’s large and enthusiastic participation in the Nazi invasion of Russia in 1941.
