Top O’ the Briefing
Happy Friday, dear Kruiser Morning Briefing friends. Kelton’s penchant for telling strangers that they should be wearing more corduroy made him the scourge of mall security throughout the greater Akron area.
I have largely avoided writing about John Fetterman because I haven’t quite been able to figure out what’s going on there. I’m talking about stuff that doesn’t have anything to do with the stroke, which we will get to shortly.
The guy dresses like a stoner uncle who has spent the last 30 years reliving the six months he spent in a ska band when he was 19.

I’ll have to admit, at this point I’m pretty steeped in the lies of Joe Biden. Admittedly, it’s hard to keep up with them, since there are so many of them–and the list is constantly growing. He’s been at it for a long time. Most infamously in the 1988 presidential race — the first time he ran for the office — he told all kinds of lies about his background and educational accomplishment. He also got nailed for plagiarism. But that was when we still held people to account for trying to deceive us, and he dropped out of the race after the scandal.
Here’s some of his plagiarism back then.

Governor Ron DeSantis responded to the Biden Regime and CDC’s latest attempt to force Covid vaccines on children.
On Thursday, the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices voted to recommend COVID-19 to be included in the 2023 childhood immunization schedule in 15 unanimous votes.
ACIP recommends the use of COVID-19 vaccines for everyone ages 6 months and older. COVID-19 vaccine and other vaccines may be administered on the same day.
DeSantis said as long as he is governor, the Covid-19 vaccine will not be mandated for school children in Florida.
“As long as I am Governor, in Florida there will not be a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for children in our schools,”

According to the findings of German research, one in every 700 children under the age of five who received the Pfizer mRNA Covid vaccine was hospitalized with severe adverse events (SAE), and one in every 200 children had ‘symptoms that were currently ongoing and thus of unknown significance.’
The study, “Comparative Safety of the BNT162b2 Messenger RNA COVID-19 Vaccine vs Other Approved Vaccines in Children Younger Than 5 Years,” was published in JAMA on Tuesday, two days before the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices voted to recommend COVID-19 to be included in the 2023 childhood immunization schedule.
Participants in this retrospective cohort study were German parents or caregivers

We’ve seen a lot of climate change protesters in this country. They’re usually incredibly annoying, doing things like blocking traffic by linking themselves together on the highway or gluing their hands to something.
Last week as we reported, we saw these two people throw soup at Van Gogh’s Sunflowers and glue themselves to the wall. [Videos]
The young woman with pink hair is bordering on hysterical as she tries to convince people of the importance of their actions.
The usual reaction to people like this has been to cut them loose or free them from the glue and arrest them.

Everything President Joe Biden touches turns to dust. He was handed a country with a recovering economy, cities where crime was under control, a secure border, and a time when people can afford to live. All he had to do was nothing. But he didn’t, and now the U.S. is at one of its worst times in history.
Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) has had enough of the Democratic Party making excuses and covering up Biden’s many bluffs and mistakes. [snip]
“The American people have learned over the past 20 months that if you want something screwed up, President Biden is your man,” Kennedy said,

“He said that they had a call in to the terrorist threat center that I was a terrorist because I had made the movie Capitol Punishment and they had orders from DC I needed to be investigated.”
In November 2021, acclaimed filmmaker and former PJTV contributor Chris Burgard released a documentary showing what he witnessed when he went to the rally at the US Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. He used footage he shot himself outside the building, along with cell video taken by those who went into the Capitol, to show a new perspective. This perspective seems to have been ignored by a weaponized Department of Justice

On Wednesday, one of the more bizarre exponents of the Left’s Trump-hating hysteria, E. Jean Carroll, was right back where she apparently always wants to be: in the news. Carroll, who is the author of the world-historical classic What Do We Need Men For? A Modest Proposal, claimed in a June 2019 article that back in 1997, Donald Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room. On Wednesday, Trump sat for a deposition in her defamation case, which she brought after Trump denied the rape charges.
Carroll’s improbable initial claim was delivered in the purplest of prose, after an extremely lengthy account of various “hideous men” she supposedly encountered

During an appearance on MSNBC on Thursday, Rep. James Clyburn (D-S.C.) admitted that the Biden administration and congressional Democrats knew that certain of their actions would drive inflation up.
“What do you say to people who say, ‘Boy, yeah, but Washington can talk about all these big programs everything else, but I’m worried about the cost of food. I’m seeing the cost of eggs shoot up chicken, gasoline, you know, coming now with the winter, the heating.’ I mean, these are all concerns that hit very directly to people who may say you know ‘what’s going on in DC doesn’t think of us’?” host Jose Diaz-Balart asked.

In the three weeks leading up to the November midterms, Stacey Abrams is getting an assist from legacy media as she goes full-court press on her second Georgia gubernatorial bid. Most polls show Abrams down by at least six points, so appearances on the usual liberal and Left-wing programs, as well as puff pieces like this one in The Cut, are flowing like the Chattahoochee River.
Titled, “Stacey Abrams’s Last Stand,” , the writer bemoans how Abrams fought so hard to elect other men for the Democrat Party, yet continues to see a lack of “robust support” in her efforts for higher office.
As Abrams trails Kemp in the polls,

Remember earlier this month when the news broke about a Vermont high school allowing a biologically male student to use the girl’s locker room? Well, there has been a new and disturbing development in this saga. A father who works at the school was suspended for speaking out against the policy after his daughter was made uncomfortable by the male student.
The situation began when the Daily Signal reported that two girls who are members of the Randolph High School’s volleyball team asked the boy, who identifies as a girl, to leave the locker room after he made an inappropriate comment.

Socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) has announced plans to rescue embattled Democrat candidates with a nationwide tour in the last two weekends before the midterm elections.
Sanders, perhaps the most far-left member of Congress, will hold 19 campaign stops in the eight states of Oregon, California, Nevada, Texas, Florida, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. The tour is designed to “rally” radical Democrats to “confront daunting national headwinds” the left is facing come November, the New York Times reported.
Though Sanders intends to help Democrats, it is not clear if any embattled Democrats will campaign with him. Yet Sanders’ intent is to be seen with candidates Val Hoyle of Oregon,
