Pennsylvania lieutenant governor and U.S. Senate candidate John Fetterman has not fully recovered from the serious stroke he suffered in May. His campaign has acknowledged his obvious struggles with “auditory processing” and speech, but the persistence of those struggles has contrasted with the campaign’s rosier predictions of a return to the rigors of campaigning, including debating his opponent, Mehmet Oz. If Mr. Fetterman is not well enough to debate his opponent, that raises serious concerns about his ability to serve as a United States senator. None of this excuses the antics of Mr. Oz’s campaign, which has decided that their

Health, Smealth! Do you see what Fedderman, a Trust Fund baby who plays at being working class, is FOR????????? Just look at his platform (WHEN it appears). Oz is a bit too slick, but his ideas are sound and he undoubtedly would be able to implement them.....with Fedderman, Pa is voting for more of the same, and look at what that hath wrought!

Any first-year teacher and any person with reasonable analytical skills can see that Fet is seriously compromised, mentally. I keep remembering the film "Sling Blade" when I see him. I wonder if someone is using him as a puppet, like they are FJB?

Democrats don’t care one whit about the mental faculties of their candidates. As long as they are warm bodies that will follow whatever Chuck Schumer tells them, they are perfect candidates for the Rat party.

If he is too sick to debate at one or two events, how would he handle being in office? The Democrats picked the wrong horse. Any way, he is very weird, looks more like a wrestler.

Doesn’t really matter. None of the democrat politicians have the people in their minds. The people want prosperity and safety, which are not on the democrat agenda.

Previously, Fetterman opposed fracking, calling the practice "an environmental abomination".[100] However, he has since shifted his stance on the issue, saying that he supports permitting fracking, although he advocates for stricter environmental regulations.
He supports ending the filibuster in the United States Senate. He has also said that Democrats need to be more ruthless, like Republicans, in order to pass legislative priorities.
The Patriot-News described him as a "skeptic of free trade", given his opposition to the Trans-Pacific Partnership, and a non-interventionist. He has said that the United States should not "be considered the world's police officers".
Fetterman supports greater restrictions on gun purchases.
He would "support whatever path" is necessary to expand healthcare accessibility including the expansion of Obamacare. In debate he still says he will vote yes for Medicare for All.
He supports the Black Lives Matter movement.
He supports implementing a wealth tax in the United States.

Not to worry, if he becomes (more) incapacitated, his wife can take over. Plenty of leftist precedent for that.

I think the plan is to hide him, elect him, have him resign and be replaced by Shapiro with a Philadelphia Democrat

Well they elected Biden who was mentally ill so why not Fetterman?
The democrats don't care they know that Fetterman will raise his hand and vote with the other democrats like they all do. They could put an Orangutan in the Senate as a democrat, not of them think for themselves they just vote the way Schumer tells them to..

I'll repeat what I posted yesterday under an article that for some reason got deleted; what is with Fetterman's personal Yoko Ono always glued to his side? He can't make an appearance without her lurking in the picture. It's bad enough that Old Demented Brandon has Dr Edith Wilson hanging about, but at least she usually has the good sense to get out of the camera shot when he's ranting from his teleprompter. The same can't be said for Fetterman's emotional support human. Should we expect that she would accompany him in to the Senate Chamber too? Clearly the man is not fit for the job, physically nor morally.

If elected Fetterman can just stay at home, and leave his US Senate duties to Biden’s handlers as they are experienced at performing work for a Democrat political figurehead by now. Since Biden says that he is originally from Pennsylvania that should not cause a problem with the Democrat low information constituencies there.

Why would anyone vote for a mama's boy who was supported by his family for decades?

Pennsylvania Democrats will vote to elect Fetterman regardless of his physical limitations. They will feel comfortable promoting him as much as the defend Biden. Their rationale will be that a deficient Democrat is far better than the best Republican and, beside that, it will be the people who surround and advise Fetterman that they will be voting for.

When the Editorial is not scolding Dr. Oz they reveal some startling information. Uncle Festerman must look at closed captioning to understand conversations. They also concede he is in no condition to debate.
