President Joe Biden said Tuesday while in Pennsylvania that “brave right wing Americans” who claim the Second Amendment is meant to fight back against a tyrannical government would be obliterated by the military.
Biden was speaking in Wilkes-Barre while promoting gun control and bolstering police forces across the nation. Biden pushed for a federal ban on so-called “assault weapons” and took aim at Republicans during his speech, invoking the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
“As one of the most – one of the most conservative justices in history, Justice Scalia, once wrote like, quote, ‘like most rights, the rights granted by the Second Amendment are not unlimited’,”

He assumes that 100% of that military equipment and personnel would remain in federal hands.
I have news for ya grumpy...... MOST of your military bases would find themselves BEHIND enemy lines. And a large, if not majority, of active duty not very sympathetic to the Federal government. And a large number of active-duty personnel who would find it very difficult to fire on civilians.
Least we forget how eager the Russians and Chinese may be to assist with the effort.
Should "the" civil war go hot, it will be very very messy, very very destructive and generally unpleasant for everyone.

If Biden manages to get his civil war started, no American will win. China and others moving in would make sure of that.

Wait - is this the same military leadership that got its backsides handed to them in Afghanistan? The same military leadership that thought there were WMDs in Iraq? The same military leadership that couldn't win a war if their lives depended on it? Against goatherders and peasant farmers???!
That military...?!
Good luck with that....

FJB's cheese has fallen off his crackers. He has gone off his nut. Alzheimer's escalating. Many sufferer's will have a personality change. Totally different or an enhanced trait already present. He was a nasty, angry asshat before and it has become more obvious. He needs to be watched. I can only imagine the crap that will dribble out of his mouth on Thursday. I mean, what in the hell is he doing? I will not watch but will watch analysis of the disaster. FJB over and over again 365/24/7.

Hey, Vegetable... we indeed have the Second Amendment as the ultimate deterrent to overreaching government.
Paraphrasing Thomas Jefferson, when government fears the people, we have liberty. When the people fear government, we have tyranny.

Back during an earlier anti American gun control push many years ago, we took an informal survey of the airmen in the break room. Of the ones not afraid to voice an opinion, the general consensus was that most would take their rifle and equipment and join the patriots.

Besides, I think we've proved without a doubt that superior weapons, superior tactics and infinite money do not win wars. We haven't won one since 1945, and we've been at war continuously.

This is the Communists’ ace in the hole: a politicized military, with the rules of engagement and strategery suspended against Patriots.
All of the references to losses in Viet Nam, Afghanistan etc won’t matter when the gloves are off against “right wingers.”

Come and try it, idiot.
US Army is under 500k, less than half of them combat troops. National Guard is abot 350K, and probably 2/3 of them would be on the side of We, the People. How much of the US Army would fight on what side, Joe?
At least 120 million potential We, the People folks. If just 5% join in, they outnumber the entire Army by a factor of twelve, and the combat army by a factor of twenty four. Any defections rapidly shift the balance, too.
Don't imagine that the Second Amendment would be easy to erase.

You would think that it would be unconstitutional for the US military to somehow obliterate an amendment to the US Constitution? Since the U.S. Supreme Court can’t even do that.

There are an awful lot of us Benedict Biden, and people with high tech weapons have to come out and eat or take a leak, and then they're vulnerable. They can't all be guarded like the President. Not all the time.
If you push it to that, anyone loyal to you and your tyranny won't last 6 months.

1. Biden just threatened to use military force against his political enemies. Not surprised.
2. Biden doesn’t understand unconventional warfare. You don’t fight the military. The resistance kidnaps families . Blows up factories. It’s BLM and ANTIFA run by non-morons.
