When it comes to examples of leftwing bias in the mainstream media, there is perhaps no better example than former CNN host Brian Stelter.
Most of the clowns on MSNBC don’t pretend to be neutral and will come right out and admit their leftism. The broadcast networks’ talking heads are much more subtle and have therefore become adept at hiding their affiliations with the Democratic Party. And, of course, outlets such as the New York Times and Washington Post have scores of ‘journalists’ who would give Stelter a run for their far-left money, but we’re not forced to see their big heads on TV screens when walking through an airport.

In the first poll since the unprecedented Mar-a-Lago raid, Emerson College Polling showed that J.D. Vance, the Trump-backed Republican nominee for Ohio’s open U.S. Senate seat, and Republicans had overtaken Democrats in the Buckeye State.
Vance leads Ryan by three points in the most recent Emerson College poll. The poll found that 45 percent of the 925 general election voters would vote for Vance over the 42 percent who would vote for Ryan. There were also four percent who said someone else, and ten percent were undecided.

The story of Peloton Interactive, Inc is one that in normal circumstances Americans could be extremely proud of. The company was founded only ten short years ago in New York City, the brainchild of five ambitious and daring young entrepreneurs who were looking to reimagine ways for people to stay physically fit. They were a hybrid of traditional technology and a modern fitness company, and they jumped out to an exceptionally quick start.
By the time the COVID pandemic took hold in March 2020 and changed the world forever, Peloton was poised to reap the rewards of a brilliant idea and impeccable timing.

Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) said Thursday she is “ashamed” that Republicans are questioning the FBI’s credibility after it raided former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago.
“I have been ashamed to hear members of my party attacking the integrity of the FBI agents involved with the recent Mar-a-Lago search,” she claimed. “These are sickening comments that put the lives of patriotic public servants at risk.” Cheney’s remarks follow multiple investigations into Trump, including the Russia hoax and two impeachment trials. Before that, the FBI looked the other way in 2016 regarding Hillary Clinton’s 33,000 acid-washed emails.

FBI agents reportedly searched through former first lady Melania Trump’s wardrobe during Monday’s raid of Mar-a-Lago, the Trump family’s residence in Florida.
Former President Donald Trump announced the FBI raided his home in a statement issued Monday.
“These are dark times for our Nation, as my beautiful home, Mar- A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents,” Trump said. “Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before.”

Roger Waters is a talented man who, along with guitarist David Gilmour, was largely responsible for the incredible success of the band Pink Floyd. Albums such as Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall have sold tens of millions of copies and have made Waters very wealthy.
Roger Waters is also an intelligent man. One doesn’t create the quality of music that Waters has without a significant intellect, and if we’ve ever seen him interviewed as he discusses his achievements it’s clear he’s a smart guy. But Waters isn’t nearly as smart as he apparently thinks he is.
Roger Waters has been quick to offer his political opinions

Claim: The decline in the labor force participation rate fell in July because fewer teenagers were working.
On Friday, after the Department of Labor’s jobs numbers showed that the labor force participation rate declined from 62.2 percent to 62.1 percent despite employers taking on 528,000 new workers, White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre claimed that the decline as “about teenagers.”Doocy: "Why do you think people are continuing to drop out of the labor market?"
Jean-Pierre: "Participation actually ticked up."
Doocy: "It declined 0.1 percentage points to 62.1%, the lowest level of the year."

On Wednesday morning, a kindergarten was attacked, leaving six people injured and at least three people dead. A 48-year-old man has been arrested and is being charged with murder. Though it’s not certain yet whether children were included among the victims, authorities have stated that they are working to, “treat injured children and comfort victims’ families in a timely manner.”
The alleged perpetrator was apprehended 12 hours after the attack after fleeing the scene to a nearby mountainous region, which was followed by an extensive manhunt. That search included over 1,000 police officers.
It’s a horrific story, and our prayers and sympathies go out to those poor families.

Blake Masters has won Arizona’s Republican U.S. Senate primary, according to a projection early Wednesday morning from Cook Political Report’s Dave Wasserman.
“I’ve seen enough: Blake Masters (R) wins the #AZSEN GOP primary and will face Sen. Mark Kelly (D) in the fall. @CookPolitical November rating: Toss Up,” Wasserman tweeted. Masters, a former Silicon Valley venture capitalist who grew up in Arizona, earned nearly 37 percent of the vote at the time of Wasserman’s projection. Masters’ 37 percent put him seven points and roughly 40,000 votes ahead of the next closest challenger, businessman Jim Lamon.

There’s an old adage that goes something like this: When Christians die they go to heaven and when socialists die they go to communism. Make no mistake, when American leftists such as Sen. Bernie Sanders and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez extol the virtues of so-called ‘Democratic Socialism,’ what their hearts truly desire is Non-Democratic Communism.
A common thread linking the two political philosophies is their overriding mindset toward wealth. Both socialism and communism are ideologies of envy and greed. You got it… they want it.
In both cases, their solutions are government. The more government control the better, because government knows best.

The talk of an upcoming ‘red wave’ being produced by this November’s general election began in earnest over a year ago, once it became clear that the presidency of Joe Biden was headed for complete disaster. The Democratic Party’s grip on the White House may be secure for another two-plus years, but their control of Congress is exceptionally tenuous, with razor-thin margins giving them the majority in both houses.
The overtaking of both the House of Representatives and the Senate in three months is undoubtedly there for the Republicans’ taking, and they should be able to put Democrats back in the minority without much difficulty.

The House GOP leadership has released a brief and vague two-page policy platform on border security for the 2022 election, after more than a year of inaction.
Titled “House Republicans: We Must Secure the Southern Border,” the low-drama paper ignores the voter-mobilizing, economic impact of legal and illegal migration, and was released on a Friday before the weekend.
But the platform does include significant promises of 2023 legislation to reform current laws on asylum, parole, and other high-profile issues outside the narrow issue of border control.

Good riddance, Tater.
