How twisted is Chief Justice John Roberts?
Let us count the ways.
The conservative movement worked unceasingly for almost a half-century to undo Roe v. Wade, the 7-2 Supreme Court ruling that shocked the world by abruptly legalizing abortion from coast to coast in 1973.
Roberts must be impeached as soon as possible! Any candidate for POTUS must promise to push this as a high priority!

Most of the wreckage caused by the SC in the last 6 decades came from justices appointed by Republicans.

Better still. Find out what he is being blackmailed for and out him. He will be forced to resign.

Must have been quite a memorable vacation there at Epstein's Island for the blackmail to go on this long. Its nice they send him pictures occasionally, to relive the magic moments.

Speaking of Justice Roberts: did he ever name the leaker? I haven’t heard anything, but haven’t kept up with the news as closely as I usually do.
Just wondering if he got “to the bottom” of the leak.

Having seen the Log of persons ferried to Epstein's paedophile Island, I'll verify that John Roberts is, indeed, subject to Black mail!

The Leaker Investigation
We've heard not a word from the SC for weeks. Utter silence.
Why?
Probabilities:
1. The leaker is Roberts.
2. His final public statement will be his insulting BS similar to "In spite of our exhaustive efforts, we've not been able to identify the leaker."

FTA: “ The Roberts opinion, on the other hand, reflects the disordered mind of a troubled man desperate for attention and approval.”
The article is correct and well worth reading. Roberts has betrayed his oath to defend and protect the Constitution many times. The author points out correctly the various occasions he has been unfaithful to his oath. The man believes himself wiser and more powerful than he is. For those reasons, he should never have been seated on the Court.

First of all Bush was never conservative and isn’t a conservative. He is GOPe.
Secondly We all deserve a thorough investigation of this menacing Chief Justice.
Third, if what turns up in any investigation turns out to be what a lot of us speculate. He should be impeached and tried in an open court for all of to witness.
Lastly, if convicted needs to be removed from the Supreme Court forthwith and any future pension and benefits rescinded.

If Roberts is compromised as is rumored, whatever they have on him must be known to Republicans. Of course now would be the wrong time to do anything about that but if true why haven't the Republicans moved on this?

"it is a pro-federalism decision. More importantly, it is a quintessentially American decision."
MOSTLY it is CONSTITUTIONAL! In 1789 neither Americanism or federalism was established by the votes of the People. A CONSTITUTION was voted on and established. A framework for the legal structure and operation of the country was established. Unless legally changed via amendment, we are as bound by that legal structure today as in 1789. The Dobbs decision, and 2 others, reestablished the proper Constitutional order of legal responsibility that Roe and many subsequent decisions BROKE. It simply says, per the Constitution, this is NOT the business of the Federal government.
Roberts is a weak justice. Instead of trying to accurately clarify the law, he is trying to make people happy. That is NOT his job, especially in the SCOTUS. He said he would "take a more measured approach". Law is not to be doled out in little, palatable sips. It is as written and as a whole. It is NOT Roberts' job to mollify the Country and make us happy. In fact, he should boldly declare the law AS IT IS AND AS INTENDED. It is then up to Congress to fix flaws and mollify the people. This is ESPECIALLY true when the issue at hand doesn't belong in the federal purview to begin with. Roberts' efforts to keep things on an even keel are providing confusing messages, as if there is an alternative law available. Inconsistent law is worse than bad law because no one can know, from year to year, what is legal. This confusion is the Roberts legacy.
The principled boldness and clarity of the Alito -Thomas Gorsuch - Kavanaugh-Coney-Barrett decisions are what the country DESPERATELY needs and will hopefully continue for many years to come. Maybe Roberts will get on board the train. The three liberals are obviously a lost cause and we can expect only more disrespectful and strident screeds from them.

Excellent article and very enlightening. I did not know the nitty gritty about Roberts' decision. But it falls right in line with his Obamacare fiasco. Taking a bold position, squarely on the fence.

Roberts suffers from a poorly controlled case of epilepsy, has suffered two public seizures that I am aware of, and has to be heavily7 medicated, I suspect.
During the course of my seven different spine operations, I was given some of the medications given to epileptics, and i could not tolerate those medications, some of which interfered with my thought processes.
Perhaps Roberts should be medically disqualified from the Court.

Seems Mr. Vadum doesn't understand basic politics, which includes SCOTUS decisions. Roberts certainly has his faults. I'm not a fan. But he has a unique position as Chief Justice, and unlike his eight colleagues has a greater obligation to be viewed as "neutral" rather than another ideologue. Particularly, where his is the deciding vote, it must be seen as being made with legal integrity, not politically motivated. (It rarely succeeds in this ultra-partisan age.) Nonetheless, that is the historical role the Chief plays. His opinion is an example. Most importantly, he voted to overturn Roe, making it a 6-3 rather than a 5-4 decision - and that matters. The rest is window dressing.

Shrub appointed Judas John as he was instructed to do. The Deep State would never agree to the appointment of an actual conservative originalist. But if one somehow slipped through, like Scalia, he could be Borkencided. They don't dare take out Thomas. The DS can't risk a Conservative Black Justice being martyred and lionized, with his amazing and inspiring life story widely recognized. Black People mustn't know that such a hero exists.

I have seen articles alleging that blackmail could stem from the adoption process whereby he and his wife “acquired “( i don’t know the proper word) two children. Supposedly they were born in Ireland and the Roberts “got “? them in a flash , in a not “Kosher” way . Seeing the above poster, with epilepsy Roberts might have a strong incentive to not have actual genetic children ? Just positing why he is so erratic yet arrogantly “special”?

Roberts is a true snake in the grass as verified by his administration of the FISA court and approving of Mary Ann Collyer's overseeing the destruction of all the Hammer (FBI spying n trump) investigation records.
Notice that none of the people from Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Struck and Page on down have ever been brought to justice.
Roberts never asked for an investigation either. What more evidence did this fifth column traitor need in the case of illegal FISA warrants? His smirking makes me sick.

Roberts like Barr, W Bush, Romney, Liz & Wray are more concerned trying to keep a positive image with media & dems than the safety of the country. Who's the leaker & the names on Epstein's plane are where???? Musk is the only one calling for the release of the names...the so called republicans are veeyyyyyy silent!

Mr Vadum discusses the illogical, unreliable, inconsistent rulings by Chief Justice Roberts, and provides a list of some of his most boneheaded decisions. Certainly, ObamaCare ruling is mentioned, but what about Texas v. Pennsylvania, which objected to Pennsylvania unconstitutionally changing its election laws in 2020 in direct violation of both the US and Pennsylvania Constitutions? Somehow, Roberts felt that the state of Texas had no standing to sue another state for an unlawful federal election? Roberts' decision cost Trump the Presidency.
And why did Roberts rule that Trump could not terminate Obama's DACA program (which was created by EO and not by Congressional law). and then just last week allow Biden to end Trump's Title 42 "Stay in Mexico" policy?

I am not a tinfoil hat guy, but it is hard for me to discard the idea that Roberts is being blackmailed, possibly because of his allegedly illegally adopted Irish children. Either that, or he truly is crazy. Or, perhaps both. There is no denying that his actions, his opinions on the court, the strange reasoning he comes up with, are very, very unusual for a supreme court chief justice.
