The Democrats reacted with predictable hysteria last Friday when the Supreme Court handed down its decision overturning Roe v. Wade. We have since been deafened by shrill denunciations of the “MAGA Court,” “extremist justices” and all things Republican. Adding to the din President Biden brayed, “This decision is the culmination of a deliberate effort over decades to upset the balance of our law.” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi declared, “Make no mistake: reproductive freedom is on the ballot in November.” It is hardly a given, however, that this will save the Democrats in the fall.
Question; Asked and answered.
Please state where, within the Constitution that allows the killing of infants?
I won't be holding my breath for an answer, but a real solution, (in my mind0, would be to finally get term limits!
The longer these people stay within Washington, the MORE corrupt they become.

This is all crazy with the riots and women running around painted. These murderers still can kill their unborn. It's just a matter of driving further to another state. I hope it will haunt they every day of their lives. What have we raised in this society, it's okay to kill the helpless. If you don't want that child, allow someone else to have the pleasure raising it. There are so many childless people that would love that baby.

Actually, the Constitution should be on the ballot in November, Nancy.

With the Roe v. Wade decision, now they have the reason they need to explain their “unexpected” win in November. Their base was motivated to vote in unexpectedly high numbers! Count on it, this will be used to explain the election theft they have committed once again. Never underestimate the Democrat Party’s mendacity and you will not be disappointed.

They can't run on their abysmal record, so they will run on the "right" to murder babies. Good luck with that.

Sure this decision will be on the ballot. But every person that votes this year because of the Roe decision was already a democrat and voting for idiots.

Amen, #2. The year that we adopted our daughter there were around 50,000 adoptions in the US. For every couple who received a child, there were 250 couples who did not. Do the math. We tried to adopt again four more times but were not able to.

I believe James Carville once told Bill Clinton "It's the economy stupid"
Bill wasn't stupid. FJB has always been.

We've heard every last scrap of rhetoric from Democrats (& media) for half a century. Reproductive freedom, care, health, rights blah blah blah. It's as false as it is lazy but they've certainly hooked plenty of ignorant fish with it.
But they are now in the all-too-rare position of being in the minority vis-a-vis decision-making power.
Strangely, despite warning their constituents about the loss of Roe for 50 years, they had/have absolutely zero contingency plans other than foot-stomping and whining into microphones.
The Court, as we know, didn't ban anything. It stated the obvious: abortion is not in the Constitution and therefore beyond the remit of the federal government. It upheld the 10th Amendment - states get to determine their own affairs. If it's good enough for gambling, liquor and marijuana it should be good enough for more serious matters.
Most of all, it devolved DC power. This concept and practice is so alien to Democrats and swampers in general that they are genuinely stunned by it.
Democrats now get to demonstrate the difference, with the world watching them closely, between crying wolf and dealing with the real thing. With D control of Congress & presidency, it's now or never for 'Codify Roe.' Since the November midterms were already poised to be a blowout.
But 'Codify Roe' has its own problems, primarily that creating a federal law that the Court has already stated is beyond the fed's remit almost certainly will be immediately struck down or at least challenged and put on hold. Again, not because the Court disapproves of abortion but because it's not Constitutional.
The elimination of Roe also threatens or halts the money game. PP donates to candidates who are elected, elected members vote to fund PP (with plenty of cash from taxpayers who oppose abortion), PP makes a nice profit, some of the profit funds elections etc etc.
Reproductive freedom may be on the ballot but, crucially, it's ON THE BALLOT. The people decide, not nine lawyers in robes.
