Earlier today, angry Joe was channeling his inner thug as he harkened back to the good old days when labor unions were cracking skulls on behalf of the communists and socialists. Giving the pretense of connection to the working class is a performance technique Biden has used throughout his career, but it holds absolutely no basis in reality.
Appearing at the AFL-CIO convention today, Biden began yelling at the brotherhood. In his mind anger, violence and conflict is what he believes organized labor is all about, so his performance is designed to convey that connection. It’s more than a little weird, it’s creepy. WATCH:

Last week, the Select Committee on Jan. 6 brought forward a pair of witnesses to testify in the panel’s first prime-time hearing to depict the Capitol riot as a coordinated “insurrection.” Among them was a documentary filmmaker named Nick Quested, who was embedded with the far-right group the “Proud Boys” on the day of the turmoil.
Quested gave the committee an eyewitness account of the riot as he followed the Proud Boys throughout the day.(snip) Except Quested did not testify that the Proud Boys attended first as insurrectionists. To the contrary, Quested told NBC’s Chuck Todd(snip) that the group’s leader, Henry “Enrique” Tarrio, was “very receptive” to the documentary crew’s embed.

Reporters from a non-profit investigative journalism organization have discovered that, over the last ten years, foreign investments in American farmlands have tripled.
Just The News reports that the group Investigate Midwest came to this conclusion by analyzing data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). This trend can present a number of national security threats, according to Farm Action co-founder Joe Maxwell.
“The real question is, who do the people of the United States want to be their farmer?” Maxwell asked. “Do they want Saudi Arabia, Canada, China, other countries to be their farmer? Do they want Bayer or Cargill or other large corporations to be their farmer?”

America is one of the most welcoming nations on the planet, but you would never know it listening to our mass media. An unceasing avalanche of contempt for Americans and their “racist” and “backward” ways flows from the mouths of liberal talking heads on cable news. It is particularly maddening to listen to this talk from recently arrived immigrants in positions of power and influence. The likes of U.S. Representative Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), Ana Navarro on “The View,” and MSNBC’s Mehdi Hasan have done very well for themselves in the United States, but they don’t do a very good job of showing their gratitude.

There’s a bit of a buzz today because of a NYT times article on Saturday that more or less throws Zhou under the bus. It seems Dems don’t want him to run again in 2024—that’s for those who missed that he “ran” in 2020. But most of the quotes of Dems from the article—(snip)
indicate little in the way of regret in any substantive way. Yes, they regret that they appear to be headed for a serious shellacking in November and they prefer to put the blame for that on the hapless Zhou. Of course, they don’t accept the reality of their predicament—the real reasons behind it

Though we can’t know for sure, Monday could finally mark the day that the Dobbs decision, which is reportedly going to overturn Roe v. Wade, is released by the Supreme Court.(snip)far-left groups are already planning to commit what I’ve been assured is an insurrection, surrounding the Supreme Court in an effort to stop it from functioning.
(snip) A preview of that happened last night after Democrat senators, including Maggie Hassan and Elizabeth Warren, unveiled a dangerously asinine plan to undermine the coming abortion ruling.(snip) the crazy ranges from using federal funds to fly women out of state for abortions to using the HHS as a national abortion service provider.

Studies suggest a link between an incurable and fatal prion disease known as Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD) and COVID-19 vaccines.
Researchers believe the prion region from the original Wuhan COVID-19 variant’s spike protein was incorporated into mRNA vaccines and adenovirus vector vaccines — given to hundreds of millions of humans — and that it can cause a new type of rapidly progressing sporadic CJD.
According to Mayo Clinic, CJD is a degenerative brain disorder that leads to dementia and, ultimately, death.
Although the Omicron variant does not have a prion region on its spike protein, current COVID-19 vaccines still use the genetic material — including the prion region — of the parent Wuhan strain.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s vaccine advisory committee will vote June 28 on something called the “Future Framework,” a scheme that would allow Pfizer and Moderna to “reformulate” COVID-19 mRNA vaccines in perpetuity, without conducting clinical trials on the new vaccines.
(snip)
Pfizer and Moderna have a problem — their COVID-19 shots do NOT work. Everyone knows this. The shots do not stop infection, transmission, hospitalization, or death.
Over half a billion doses of this product have been injected into Americans in the past 17 months and these shots have made NO discernible impact on the course of the pandemic. Far more Americans have died of coronavirus since the introduction of

My late father called it the “boob tube.” He did so not because of the rise, in the 1970s, of so-called “jiggle TV.” He only watched sports and the news.
As a teacher, he loathed the deleterious effects television viewing had upon the intellectual practices and acumen of the populace, especially students. He contended that sitting for hours every day and every night in front of the TV to be passively entertained prevented people from actively learning and experiencing life. Perhaps even more than a formal education, he argued, these active experiences provided the life lessons needed later in adulthood to help provide wisdom.

Six banks have been warned by the West Virginia State Treasury that they may be in violation of a new law preventing the state from doing business with financial institutions boycotting energy companies.
The office told The Epoch Times it had sent out letters on June 10, but did not share the banks’ names on the record.
Enacted in March 2022, S. 262 directs the state to notify financial institutions that they are slated for placement on the restricted financial institution list 45 days before the document is published.
Those institutions must respond within 30 days of receiving those notification letters to avoid winding up on the list.

On Wednesday, he Department of Defense (DOD) announced recently that it had updated its guidelines regarding the recruitment of potentially HIV-positive individuals, now opening the door to letting people with the deadly disease serve in the military.

Rep. Rodney Davis (R-Ill.), who is likely to become chairman of the House Administration Committee in 2023 if Republicans regain the majority in the chamber in November, demanded in a letter on June 9 to Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.), the chairman of the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th breach of the U.S. Capitol, that the panel preserve all its records.
The letter ,(snip) came just hours before the Jan. 6 panel’s first primetime hearing. An unnamed aide reportedly told journalists earlier in the day that evidence would be presented showing that then-President Donald Trump was “at the center” of an effort to prevent the transfer of power

….the point being that someone planning a coordinated insurrection does not welcome a well-known documentary filmmaker to embed with and film his group at a protest rally.
Could they have found a dumber chairman than Bennie Johnson? Doubtful.
